Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.
La gestion de la sortie des passagers de l’avion. Il doit bien exister un mode de fluidité du processus.

Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "I came with a friend. At first we were given 2 boarding passes, both with my name. We continued to security where they found the problem. We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Nadelen: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."

Stewardess’ sat and talked in the back and never walked around. When the finally brought drinks, never even asked why the light was on. They also were extremely unfriendly because our incoming flight from Malaga was late . All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

Nadelen: "The service was worse than poor. The planes seay table had hair and dandruff all over it. The air hostesses handed me the food two isles away and I had to hand it to my whole row. I would never pay this price for business class for this airline or ever trust Kayak to give good options."

Nadelen: "Some of the worst customer service, seats that do not recline at all, minimum leg room, and worst of all a 2 hour delay that made me miss my connecting flight for which they took NO responsibility stating that they can have delays for up to 3 hours without having to compensate anyone."

Nadelen: "Gate checked 90% of the carry on luggage, but not with an official tag, just some guy scribbling on tags before the bus. Boarding was a fiasco: disorderly lines just to pile into a bus and shuttle to plane. Comfort!? Ha. I'm 5'8" short and my knees were digging into the seats in front of me. The new seats are hard as a rock and don't recline. Cramped is an understatement. The tray table is literally the same size as the tray itself. Did TAP build a mock up of this before production?!? You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed leaving Newark so we missed our connection in Portugal which was supposed to take us straight to Venice. Instead TAP gave us a replacement flight to Madrid and then from Madrid to Venice A FLIGHT WITH TWO STOPS IS NOT WHAT WE WANTED OR PAID FOR. Madrid was also delayed and we missed our connection to Venice. We got a new flight from Madrid to Venice and had to wait 5 hours for it. A trip from New Jersey to Venice ended up taking OVER 24 HOURS!!!! Due to the disgraceful disorganization and service of TAP PORTUGA we missed our best friends rehersal dinner a memory we would have loved to have. Extremely disorganized, terrible customer service OH AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR BAGS TWICE to get reimbursed later but I don’t believe anything Tap Portugal says so we’ll see. Staff advice did not align and they were unapologetic for the experience we received."

Nadelen: "I had an awful experience. A flight attendant named Comissário Bruno denied me a second dessert when I asked for one. I was flying business class on flight TP059 on March 4 2018 and have Gold status on Star Alliance. Many passengers had declined dessert and I felt extremely embarrassed by having been denied food on a plane for the first time in my life. The attitude and lack of tact of Comissario Bruno on TP059 spoiled the whole flight experience for me."

Nadelen: "Checked bag costs are 90USD which is way to high. No meal selection. One choice offered and it was a weird flavor."

Nadelen: "Flight left Toronto at midnight, the crew served a meal and it was about 2 hours after departure that the cabin lights were finally turned off. On an overnight, overseas flight, turn off the lights and service breakfast with a noon arrival like all the flights I've taken to London do."
Voordelen: "Check-in and baggage drop was fast. Food was good. Cabin crew did their job. Economy plus seats are comfortable and leg room was ok (I'm 1,84m tall). So, smooth and easy flight."
Nadelen: "We arrived with 20 Minutes delay...and it was just the first shuttle of the day... could have been better"

When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "To start off our trip we weren't allowed to get on the plane until an hour after our boarding time. After we were allowed on, the air conditioning was not working and continued to sit on the tarmac not even leaving our terminal for another two hours. Within this two hours there were many elderly people asking for help and one specific gentleman whom was in his late 70s, informed the people around him that he had a pacemaker was pleading to get some air conditioning to the point where 6 people on the airplane were fanning him off. It was 90 degrees in the airplane and we had been sitting in the plane without any help even pleading with the attendents to let the elderly off so they did not pass out. Once we reached the 2 hour mark without any ac the gentleman in his late 70s was beginning to lose consciousness and many people had to call the emergency services, and the crew on flight TP214, tried to tell us everything was fine while the plane was pulling away from the terminal ... as they were giving the man oxygen, even though the elderly gentleman had lost the ability to communicate verbally and was about to pass out. They had to pull the plane back off the tarmac fully delaying us 3 hours in the process making us miss our other two flights. Once we were finally in the air for the 6 hour flight our entertainment system was not working so we were left to twiddle our thumbs for the remainder of the trip. It really ruined what seemed to be an exciting trip and I highly doubt we would ever take TAP Portugal ever again or recommend it to anyone no matter the price."

Voordelen: "I was a bit hesitant to fly Ethiopian Air for such a long flight (Dublin to LAX) however it turned out to be the best leg of multi-segment trip (all other flights were Aer Lingus or Delta and Ethiopian Air was far superior to both of those carriers). Flight attendants were friendly, the physical space was comfortable and spacious, the food was plentiful and delicious. Movies offered were relatively new and the IFE worked well. This flight is a continuation from Addis Ababa to LAX so when we boraded in Dublin most people were already onboard. It was a bit difficult to find space in the overhead bins but with a little rearranging of smaller packages by other passengers, we were able to fit our carry-ons in the overhead bin near our seats."

Nadelen: "2 separate incidents. One, a fight between passengers at ththe check in desk that spilled over before staff could resolve incident. Then at security, after immigration, no cues. Minimal staff overseeing the process. No organization. Early"

Nadelen: "Check in was a disaster: no logical control of 100s of people; delayed on the tarmac for 1:45 for a “minor technical reason” that apparently had nothing to do with the actual operation of the plane that prevented me from making my next flight. Food was terrible. Flight attendants could have been more helpful about my missed connection."
Voordelen: "Seat layout-767 has only two seats across on the side sections, much better than three, which most planes have. Crew was courteous, captain explained reasons for delay. Plane was not crowded."
Nadelen: "Flight delayed two hours by weather. Ground operations seemed slow. All planes were delayed by weather, but ours took longer to get ready once weather cleared. Passengers were bussed to the plane for both boarding and disembarking while other planes used jet bridges."
Nadelen: "Cabin crew quite distracted. Between rows 19-23, orders were totally mixed up People given wrong food or drinks"
Voordelen: "Landing on time"
Nadelen: "Limited choice of food- no vegetarian options, only meat."
Voordelen: "Having never even heard of Ethiopian Airline, our expectations weren’t very high. We found the boarding process to work well. The staff was great and the meals were very good. The flights were on time and efficient."
Nadelen: "On many of the flights we had to use the roll up stairs. The water that they served tasted like tap water. The seats seem closer (less leg room) than other airlines."
Nadelen: "I've been flying Ethiopian airlines over the last four weeks to nine African countries and can give an overall excellent rating. They're always on time. They however showed the same movie on all flights. The food quality and variety also need to be improved. Thanks"

Nadelen: "Boarding was interesting. It should have been an easy boarding as it is a small regional airport. Instead it seemed they went out of their way to make it as confusing as possible. Instead of going through security over here lets have you wrap around the hallway to just have to come back to where you were before?"
Nadelen: "The experience from the airport to the plane to Lome was beyond troubling. If ever you are flying internationally from NYC, never fly from Newark New Jersey. Nevertheless, upon boarding the Ethiopian Airline flight to Lome that was supposed to depart at 9:15 pm, the courtesy of the flight attendants was a bit mundane. My mother and I sat on the plane for about an hour after the time of the depart before inquiring why we have no moved and the doors were closed. The flight attendant responded with, "We shall be moving shortly." The air conditioner was barely on. My mother is battling stage 3 Cancer and is an older woman so, I feared for the safety of her health in such a condition. About 30 minutes passed, and we inquired again. This time with a different flight attendant and she said she just did not know what was going on. Other people on the plane began to panic in a sense as well because like my mother and I, they too had a connecting flight to catch. The pilot did not inform the passengers of what was occurring. So, at this point, all passengers on flight ET509 had been sitting on the plane for an hour and a half. By the time we were sitting on the plane for 2 HOURS with the doors closed the pilot finally informed us that they were waiting for some paperwork. He did not apologize or give more information as to why we were sitting on the plane so long, with practically no AC, and weren't informed about when we would be pulling off. About 10 minutes later, the plane began backing up while people were still standing because they were restless with the wait especially when we had a 10-hour flight ahead of us. The pilot then got on the loudspeaker stating that we will be pulling in the air shortly and for the flight attendants to be seated. The pilot did not apologize for the inconvenience or state how long the flight would be or what time we would land in Lome, Togo. Once we were in the air, there were many safety hazards administered by both the crew and pilot. The seat belt safety information was not given, the exit areas in case of emergency were not discussed, what to do in case of an emergency, where certain equipment would be in case of illness or an emergency, and we were still not informed about the cause of the 2 hours and 15-minute delay. My mother and I consistently checked the flight tracker and it did not show the duration of our flight, our location while flying, no flight information was displayed and as hard working paying passengers we should have had all of the information and not have to continuously ask to get a slight answer. Also, I am a vegan and they did not have food for me. But there was a flight attendant who gave me extra fruit which I greatly appreciated. The flight coming back to Newark was decent, going was the major issue. I pray we are accommodated for these great inconveniences. Because to have spent almost $3,000 and receive this type of treatment is both saddening and disturbing to me."

Nadelen: "Somewhat dirty ( and smelly ) aircraft even though they are a very new fleet. Some seats had strange patches and stains. Overall cabin experience can be improved in terms of hygiene and food quality ( food was mediocre or slightly worse)"
Nadelen: "The entire flight was fully booked and plane full of people with bad hygiene whose smell was so offensive that I was nauseous. My friend and I were the only two Western people on the plane and forced to sit in the last row of the plane next to the toilets. Passengers were rude and pushed us during boarding, on the bus, and when leaving the plane. It was disgusting."

Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."
Nadelen: "There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Voordelen: "The on board staff was very nice. That's pretty much the only thing that I liked."
Nadelen: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."
Voordelen: "As if our flight from Washington to Brussels was not delayed enough, the flight segment to Accra from Brussels was delayed for almost 2 hours"
Nadelen: "Almost everything about the trip was impacted one way or the other. Our luggage/bags were partially damaged too, but I decided not to lodge an official complaint."
Voordelen: "We didn’t have assigned seats, we tried to pick the night before. Anyway they sat us very near each other. It was a nice flight."

Lucky I am life… Just when we took off , the pilot announced an engine failure, we returned to Marrakech airport waiting for information instead we were walked around the another from gate to gate, yet still no information. At 3:30 PM we were told that there is no flight that day. They put us in hotel at 8:30 PM. I am at the hotel at this time without information regarding the next flight . This is the worst airline I ever used in my life, not even some sort of customer service."

Nadelen: "Transit in Casa could be better. The staff doling out the transit vouchers didn’t seem happy to do the job and look like they were giving charity to poor passengers. Passengers wee lining up outside the office without a sitting. Day use hotel includes food but the lunch was just a small piece of turkey over some steamed veggies...either the airline do good to its word to cater for transit passengers, or they don’t make any promise."

Nadelen: "My flight was put on standby, so I couldn't check in using the machine. When I went to the Air Morac counter to check in, they refused to listen to what the problem is. First person told me my ticket is not business class, without even hearing out what the problem is. Second person told me to go to another counter. When I went there, the third person told me they only process passengers flying to Russia, again refusing to listen to what I have to say, and then direct me back to the second person. After that, second person confirmed that the 3rd person is responsible. So I went back, the third person finally decided to listen and told me to wait for their supervisor. I stood there for 40 minutes. The whole thing is extremely unprofessional."
Nadelen: "For some important family reasons we had to cancel our flight. Cause we canceled it in advance, we expected some voucher for next time. We did not get anything even everybody knows that you sold our seats to someone else...."
Nadelen: "Breakfast was poor Service was poor"
Nadelen: "I cant even begin to describe this airline. They have no customer service and they make no provisions for their customers. They oversold the flight and when you are 1 min late, they give away your seat ,even though they is a 2 hr delay. There was a cockroach on the plane, and the sad thing is that they had cockroach spay on the plane. This should not be. New tickets had to be bought my my other family, although their flight was delayed. I am definitely reporting them to the better business bureau. They should not be in business at all. Never again"

Nadelen: "Boarding was unnecessarily chaotic The plane from Casablanca to Dakar was filthy. The trash had been picked up, but there was spilled food all over, like no one ever wipes things down in the procès of cleaning. No soap in the bathroom either. The Dakar airport isnt ready to open yet. Jet bridges aren’t working, they couldn’t find a stair to fit the plane for a while. Luggage is piled all over the terminal. Half the luggage from the plane arrived promptly, the other half took 45 minutes."

Voordelen: "Overall, the trip was okay - But it was a delayed boarding experience in NY and poor information provided in Morocco about the connecting flight, despite requests for direction from multiple passengers. Many flights left from the same gate and it wasn't clear where to go in the Casablanca airport."
Nadelen: "The gate situation for the connecting flight from morocco to marseille was very disorganized. There was no gate listed on the ticket, and very poor direction from the crew in the airport."
Voordelen: "Nothing to note. Very basic. Price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for."
Nadelen: "Bathroom broke, food is terrible. All bread. Female flight attendant had attitude as noted by several passengers."
Voordelen: "Was told no upgrades were available yet only 1 seat in all of business was occupied. Perhaps either know what you're doing or properly share information."
Nadelen: "Crew watched as people struggled to find space for carry ons, etc. Instead of helping to speed the process they just stood there staring aimlessly. Super helpful."
Nadelen: "The airline lost my baggage for four days, had no explanation and no idea where it was. Despite being told they would follow up with me I had to call over and over each day as I was getting no info. Eventually, they came to deliver the bag but tried to give me someone else's bag. Apparently, they had given my bag to someone else! By the time I located my possessions this debacle had caused a number of other problems. Would never use this airline again."
Voordelen: "Seats were roomy and comfortable. Entertainment was excellent, as there was a big screen in front of younworh plenty of enterta on it. Food was as expected."
Nadelen: "Information flow from the airline is lacking. I was at my gate 4 hours early. I almost missed my flight because there was no announcement that the gate changed. When I ran to the right gate, they said that they announced the change, but I am not sure where. I was able to still get in board and everything worked out."
Voordelen: "For thé price paid couldn t expect more. Problèmes is with all thé Airlines....more and more expensive with much les services..."O TEMPORA O MORES..." Would say the Roman...."
Nadelen: "Connecting time in Casablanca too short even airport is not big but control is Also very ong..."
Voordelen: "No delays, flight was on schedule."
Nadelen: "Pretty much everything was okay"
