Notre hôtesse de l air été excellente dans son travail. Toujours à prendre soin de nous, être attentive à nos demandes et toujours disponible. Vraiment excellente, elle s’appelait Roma je crois. Merci pour tout, je reprendrai cette compagnie tout le temps.

Le voyage à été annulé la veille, cause de stress, puis remis à 17h à la place de 10h. J'imagine que ça leur évite de payer pour l'annulation

Voordelen: "I am so grateful and appreciative towards the staff. My flight was delayed and therefore I was very late to the gate. They let me on the plane - a big thank you! I was also in such a rush that I dropped my passport holder and they picked it up and returned it to me. The food was surprisingly good too. The service during the flight was also very good."

I had to "create" of sort of barrier between the two of us with a couple of pillows. A lady sitting in the row in front of me - a 50-something y/o woman with husband and 3 kids keep on reclining her seat to the point that I was barely a couple of inches from the top of her head, even as I was eating. I had to forcefully push back ti get some room."

Nadelen: "There was a late gate change in Cairo, which was not communicated to the new gate personnel. They were not ready to receive, there was no female screener which required a delay for the ladies to enter the gate area, and the plane was late leaving. Not a crisis, but was entirely avoidable. Also, I suggest avoiding long layovers in the Cairo airport. There are few chairs outside the eating areas."

Pour un voyage, je crois qu'Ethiopians fait le maximum. Ils sont au Top 🔝.
La business class n’est pas assez considérer lors de l’embarquement, on paye plus chère pour avoir la priorité, néanmoins des personnes hors business class sont pas passés devant mes enfants et moi…conclusion: travaillé votre service ethiopian airlines!

La prestation des hôtesses étaient bien. Mais le respect des sièges doit être suivi
Les numéros n'était pas correct nous avons pas plus embarqué et impossible de vous joindre par mailsou téléphone, mais encaissé l'argent aucun soucis😡😡
L’éventail de film auquel on a accès est assez désuet
Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .
Nadelen: "Ethipian Airlines overbooked my return flight and did not offer me an alternate return flight so I could return on my designated date. They instructed me to come back the following date to fly. I was not compensated nor offered at the very least an apology. The ticketing staff was unprofessional and attempted to blame me for not flying. Do not fly Ethiopian Airlines out of Accra ever!!!"
