Nadelen: "The connection time allowed in Istanbul was too short. Anything less than 2.5 hrs is too short. Covid social distancing was a joke in Istanbul and the business class boarded with everyone else - the airline run out of meals in business class!!! I will not fly with TK again."
Voordelen: "All was good. Excellent price. Plenty of space. Crew was nice and helpful, as always with Turkish Airlines. The flight was on schedule."
Nadelen: "The food was basic, but I understand this, as we have the pandemics, and there is no opportunity for cooking."

I called as I had before to Justfly and was then told that I had to use the ticket by the date I purchased it (3/26) . I should have just done nothing as when I cancelled the ticket, it cost me another $100l. I will not use Justfly again. I am out more than $1000."

Nadelen: "Service was terrible, crew was rude. Flight was delayed 2 hours leaving Tel Aviv and my luggage was not here when we arrived. They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

Nadelen: "This flight had 10 hours layover at Istanbul. Air line did not provide no hotel. Definitely I would not recommend anyone to take this types of flights with long layover."

Nadelen: "I landed in Istanbul for a 19 hour layover. I previously made arrangements to stay at an Airbnb nearby. I was made aware that a Visa is required while attempting to go through passport control. I had to leave the line I spent 30 minutes waiting in to go get a Visa for 25 Euros. I was never informed of this requirement by Kayak or Turkish Air. It was a very frustrating experience and an added expense for which I expect to be reimbursed."

Nadelen: "It did not matter where you were on the flight, last row or business class, you all boarded at once. It was a big free for all. And usually business class is given a given special treatment as soon as they are seated but it was not the case. The short flights are not worth the price of the business class."

Nadelen: "Getting off the plane at Istanbul airline was on the tarmak and then transfer to airport via shuttle. It says raining outside, the stairs going down where wet and one had to run to the bus. This was fine for me but not the find for more senior passengers. No personal entertainment but very short flight."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Covid protocol was badly monitored. Coughing people without a mask. Thank you KLM for your ignorance.
Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

The food was like being on a Delta flight, and the entertainment screens in my entire row would not work, nor did many others."

In addition, we had to pay an extra baggage fee and the payment process required us to wait for 45 minutes at the check in desk while the agents tried to sort out a problem wiht their computer system. They claimed that the problem was with the integration of their system with SAA's system."
Nadelen: "2 separate incidents. One, a fight between passengers at ththe check in desk that spilled over before staff could resolve incident. Then at security, after immigration, no cues. Minimal staff overseeing the process. No organization. Early"

People switching seats, refusing to get up from wrong seats, oversized carry on, personal hygiene. The crew did their job professionally and with a smile. Made big impression. I did have a much different and better experience going from ADD to BKK"
Nadelen: "The food, comfort and entertainment on this plane was below OK. The monitors were unresponsive to touch, antiquated ear phone/ plug system and the seats were nasty, covered in a cloth material and disgusting! On some seats you can see stains that will not come out. Ever. The food was....airline food."

Voordelen: "Again, the cabin crew where all very nice."

Nadelen: "Unfortunately, I had to request earphones (which were not supplied in the seat pocket in front of me) five times from three different attendants over the course of an hour and a quarter before I was given them. This was not just so I could watch a movie but because the quality of the plane's public address system made it very difficult to listen to the announcements from the captain and the crew. Listening on earphones I was able to hear everything clearly. Why it had to take so long just to give me earphones I don't know."
Voordelen: "Excellent pre-boarding service to get aisle seats. Comfortable on time flights. Pleasant service."
Nadelen: "Bad service and follow through when luggage lost. Promised it would arrive that afternoon and given a tel number to call. Advised that I could not claim expenses for toiletries, basic necesssities. 1. Luggage did NOT arrive that afternoon 2. No reply to tel calls or got an automatic answering service. 3. No follow through to emails 4. Persistent phone calls at last elicited a response that luggage would arrive next morning - but unable to give a time 5. Luggage arrived late afternoon i.e. 2 full days later 6. I will put in a claim for toiletries, underwear, socks + taxi to get to shops"
Voordelen: "I was pleasantly surprised at the entertainment. Other than that, everything was pretty good. Nothing stood out as exceptional and nothing was particularly bad."
Nadelen: "The seats weren't the most comfortable, but on a 10 hour flight, nothing is."
Nadelen: "My monitor/screen never worked; could never watch a movie despite asking the flight attendants to reset my screen several times. Pretty bad for this 10+ hour flight. I have had much better experiences with crew, staff, friendliness, responsiveness, etc, on almost every other airline."

Nadelen: "I asked for an extra cup of coffee (cups very small) which didn't arrive until I reminded the stewardess several times. Flight was only half full. The food was very bad. A pink sausage and very, very dry bread, which absorbed all moisture in my mouth."
