Nadelen: "In flight food selection should have some variety for three hours flight. Should significantly improve Sri Lanka Lounge as the place was not the neat and clean, as it was run by one staff alone. Food in the lounge were sitting for hours and not freshly made."

Nadelen: "I was denied checking in a the counter. I bought the ticket with a friends credit card and they needed to have the actual card to swipe and then only they get access to my booking. It is company policy but it is not stated when you are making the purchase the airlines website. It says so on the bottom of the ticket on the page long rules in small print. And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka."

Nadelen: "They distributed the UK landing card long after meals served and most passengers were a sleep. It would be good if they could distribute the UK landing cards straight after or before the meals."

Voordelen: "Like fying in the dark ages. Our first leg crew did a great job and offered first person information about what not to miss on our tour. Pretty much everything else went from bad to worse!"
Nadelen: "Our bags got lost on arriving flight and in this day of advanced technology and airport security, no one could even tell “where” our two pieces of luggage was located for 4 days. Needless to say our one time trip to Sri Lanka didn’t happen the way we planned."

Nadelen: "i am very dissatisfied for the bad service. my friend and i missed the booked flight, but the online service and counter said they can help me nothing."

Nadelen: "very bad meal.Offered beef.rest of the menu was finished by the time they reached my seat.insisted on taking beef which I had never eaten. very sad and disappointing."

Voordelen: "Plane was not full, so I could lie down which was a great rest after such an early checkin in bangkok."
Nadelen: "A bit disorganised in Colombo, but all in all informations were gathered. The airline desk a bit unhelpful in not wanting to contact by phone the main airline desk for a question which forced me to walk all the way back, But no huge deal."

Voordelen: "Being a QR Gold member and one world airline I opt UL for few travels by which i can get additional miles and travel in business with less money compared to QR. The service is good and the flights are always in time and well clean. There ia flat seats between Doha to Colombo and from there to Kerala is normal flight but its fine. Business class lounge in Colombo is good with free feet and head massage. When there is a five hour plus transit, free hotel is provided by UL. Overall i like their flights and service and food."

Voordelen: "Modern Airbus 320-300, choice of chicken or veg in economy (4 or 5 choices in Business). Clean, shiny new airport. Feels a notch or two above Air India. Ceylon tea, of course."

Nadelen: "The seat does not feel soft, so hard and discomfortable"

Voordelen: "With airlines like Frontier & United in the U.S. providing such dismal service (in every aspect) it was truly a refreshing change! Took me back to the days when flying was luxury."

Voordelen: "Staff kept us informed and it almost boarded at the expected reschedule time. I did not go to the lounge at first, the monitor was flashing "last call" 3+ hour before we finally boarded. SriLankan staff sent me to the lounge and treated me very well. The 2nd leg was badly delayed and poorly handled for most passengers."
Nadelen: "Fortunately I was in Business Class. Coach was loaded onto a bus and held without air conditioning for about 30 minutes. The bus went to the plane and returned because they were not ready to board yet. Poor coach treatment of passengers."

Nadelen: "wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride."

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing, there's one lady crew that's super friendly. Met great passengers too. Was seated at 71 F, the gentleman next to me was great Mr 71 G. Just wished was able to say goodbye to him. Fl EY455 9/3/19. He was heading for Beirut and me to LHR. JUST wish for an ETIHAD CONNECTION. Thanks."
Nadelen: "The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person."

Voordelen: "La atención excelente. La comida muy buena. El abordaje y la entrega de equipajes a tiempo."

Nadelen: "Surbooking à l'embarquement, aucune info, un scandale. Seulement un petit déjeuner (très moyen) servi pour la totalité d’un vol de plus de 6h, quand les autres compagnies servent un vrai repas et une collation Aucune trousse en classe économie, ni un masque, ni une brosse à dents"

Nadelen: "Le racket de cette compagnie commence dès l'enregistrement. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Nadelen: "Seats didn’t work. Both seats couldn’t recline. Not nice on a 13hr flight! Gluten free meal was very average. Poor entertainment compared to other airlines."

Voordelen: "That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much"
Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants are nice enough."
Nadelen: "1. On FCO-AUH route, my son’s entertainment system did not work. We informed the flight attendant and she said it has to be reset but did not come back to do something about it. 2. On AUH-MLA route, my entertainment system is so unresponsive. The touch screen does not work, so I had to use the manual controls. 3. Repetitive advertisements 4. Movies are old, not updated. 5. Food is not so satisfactory."

Voordelen: "Though I missed the Outbound flight, was given a seat on the next available flight and offered a free meal in the airport. Seating was very comfortable."
Nadelen: "In-flight WIFI was very slow and felt a bit expensive. Boarding was a bit unorganized, but OK. Food was average and with no variety."

Voordelen: "I like the treatment given in the flight from Dubai to JFK and vice versa"
Nadelen: "The Connecting flight from Dubai to New Delhi was full of chaos. You should consider females seat priority while allocating the seats. I was so uncomfortable sitting with a person who was drinking whisky repeatedly and also please take care of the smell in the aircraft , it was really bad in the flight from Dubai to N Delhi Juice should have some more options"

Nadelen: "I checked in 10 hours early for my flight and no one told me that I was bumped out of my flight because they were overbooked until one hour before takeoff. Then a gate attendant had the nerve to ask me if I was Vip. When I said no, she said she couldn’t help me and I had to wait for the next flight which was the next day. When I complained to a manager, they let me through security to get on standby for the flight and I was the last one to get on the flight. Their service is awful!!"

Nadelen: "I have checked my baggage allowance for this trip when I first paid and it was 2 checked in bags. However, I had to pay additional 185 Euros for adding my second checked in bag."

Voordelen: "i arrived safely"
Nadelen: "Even thiugh i paid for first class , i was made to wait for 30 minutes while economy passengers boarded. Many of them arrived after me. Other first class flights allow you to eat when you want. not this one. i slept through their mealtime - no food for me. the seats also do not recline fully. Since the treatment is not first class, might as well fly economy on this one."

Nadelen: "The seats never recline. All the 4 leg seats had reclining ossue"

Voordelen: "The flight crew were both considerate and kind."
Nadelen: "I disliked nothing."

Nadelen: "Business class seat not very comfortable when in flat position. Chaotic boarding and very slow check in."

Nadelen: "At most times crew on the aircraft were busy talking amongst themselves than helping out passengers on the flight."

Nadelen: "Poor service this time. Been with Etihad many times, always been 1st class service. This time was poor. Came round once with food and drinks, followed by coffee later...not the usual standard."

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Nadelen: "They have restrictions more than any other flight about the size of the hand luggage- My parents were allowed to bring one hand luggage without any problems, but they were not allowed to take it back because it was "Big!" it did not put on weight or get fat! its a hand luggage that stays the same size! They blame it on the TSA and say it has to fit in and asked us to pay 325 $ to take the same bag that they brought things in."

Voordelen: "On time. Plane was clean. Security clearance was good."
Nadelen: "Food quantity and quality dropped to zero. Absolutely disappointed. I had travelled with etihad before. But this time I feel like not to travel with them again. In a 14 hour flight hardly one meal with 10 hour gap. Imagine if some one traveling with diabetic needs"

Nadelen: "Very clean inside and bathroom , EY could provide training to the hostage"

Voordelen: "All crew members were 5 star and so friendly! They checked many times on everyone, coming along with water often."
Nadelen: "The attendant who checked me at Delhi airport informed that the flight to Abu Dbabi to Istanbul was a full flight and therefore the only option was to have a seat in the middle. However, near the end of my flight I went to the bathroom and noticed there were MANY open seats with more than a handful of people that had a whole row to themselves. I wonder where she got her information because what she shared with me was totally false and I am totally appaled. very old on flight - dress warm!"

Nadelen: "Nothing much of dislike"

Voordelen: "The service was spectacular to begin with. It was consistent, frequent and ultimately satisfying. It was a very comfortable ride with enough space for a broad guy like me. What I love most is their selection of entertainment. I wasnt expecting the food to be as good as it was. I love their flight progress and flight time."
Nadelen: "Jet airways disappointed me from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai because it took a while to board then after boarding we waiting over two hours for a delay."
