Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Voordelen: "B777 Dreamliner is dreamy. Lots of overhead luggage space. Decent leg room (could always be more). Great individual entertainment screen for long transcontinental flights. Flight staff was a mixed international crew, very friendly, unpretentious, polite and just nice compared to other airlines. The planes they use seem very new. Would definitely recommend Qatar Air over Aeroflot any day."
Nadelen: "Food was decent for airline food but nothing to rave about and as with most airlines uses too much plastic packaging. Although I was pleased that some of the flights used metal flatware, but still too much waste in the industry in my opinion. Also, the headphone jack was not compatible with my headphones. The type used on the 777 is the dual pronged one. I did not have an adapter so had to use the crappy headphones that are provided."

Voordelen: "I really enjoyed the flight, which was almost 15 hours long. I give an overall 4 star review for this flight. The boarding process was pretty organized (without including the ignorant passengers who can't read their zone numbers, haha) because they called us up group by group, in a speedy process. Even inside, the cabin crew welcomed us aboard and showed us where our seats are. This leads me to my 5-star rating of the service. Very warm, friendly, and generally helpful cabin crew Qatar Airways has. They fulfilled all my needs even if they had to go out of their way. As for entertainment, I was very surprised at how many great movies they have! Especially the new ones! I would not be bored again with this selection. Food was okay to be honest. It was a hot meal that satisfied my hunger and tasted good, but maybe it's just me and airplane food. Doesn't taste right for me. And to be honest, I was cramped. Not even me but many other passengers felt like the seats were too small. Overall, Good experience!"

Voordelen: "The flight was SO OLD and uncomfortable which is absolutely ridiculous for a 16 hour flight. My screen did not work the entire time despite asking flight attendants to fix the issue. The flight attendant would not attend to me despite me pressing the button and twice skipped me while giving out meals. I had to call them back and ask for it. The bathrooms were SO dirty and yet no flight attendant took out the trash or cleaned it even though we are in the midst of a pandemic. We were also not given hygiene kits to keep ourselves safe. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE."

Nadelen: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."

Zero interest by the airline helping. We found a flight on Turkish but paid an extra $500. Zero interest in helping. Last time sensitive ever on Emirates."

Nadelen: "The ICE on this flight is ancient, the seats are narrow, food was okay, nothing special. This is an old 777, which needs a refurbishment badly. Boarind experience is blah. After checking in you find yourself in a waiting hall with all the other passengers."

Nadelen: "Attendants were negligent. Asked for water many times, but didn't get any response. They were busy chit chatting. Internet - only 20 mb , that too for 2 hours continuous. Food was not that good. And only 2 meals for 14 hr flight!!"

Voordelen: "I definitely love Emirates' use of the A380 as it is more spacious and therefore offers a more comfortable ride. It also helps that their cabin crew were accommodating and the services offered onboard were good."

Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!"

The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Voordelen: "From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!"

Voordelen: "Love the 767 seating layout with 2-3-2 seating. My hubby and I got 2 by the window/aisle. I like having 2 aisles for walking around. Pasta meal was much more tasty than the chicken meal."

They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

The police agreed that they get lots of complaints from this airline. The crew on board was just as nasty. If you spoke russian you got treated better."

Nadelen: "Even though the flight was booked all the way from Tokyo to Barcelona and their website says they allow two checked bags on intercontinental flights, I was slapped with a $100 baggage fee at the airport. They are also very strict with weight limits. Aeroflot is NEVER on time."

Nadelen: "It took 90 mins to park the plane after landing and we couldn't do anything but remain in the seats the whole entire time. The entertianment shows should be available for people after landing. My screen was broken from the beginning and I told the crew about it either change the seat or restore but she ignored my request three times. In the end, after an hour later no one did anything,I finally went to the back of the plane to do something. Bad customer service."

Nadelen: "transfer in Moscow is a mess, incoming delayed and very tight to get connection but no support or fast lane at all. Was traveling in business class."

Voordelen: "All the board crew were very friendly and attentive"
Nadelen: "The main dishes were not good at all, bland, did not eat it. Salad was bland, with ice."

Voordelen: "Excellent service, professional staff"

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were cheerful and pleasant, good choice of movies, food was decent."
Nadelen: "Rude service at check-in. No eye contact from personnel. Online check in did nothing to expedite the process; we had to wait in line with everyone. Airport personnel did an okay job maintaining order with the extremely slow line. Security/TSA was typical for JFK - rude barking of orders, barely comprehensible even for me (a native New Yorker). No signs telling people to take out laptops or remove shoes. Staff joke among themselves while treating passengers rudely. It's an embarrassment to me as an American. I don't know why they can't fix this pathetic state of affairs. Other airports do it much more efficiently and politely."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system was not working for a duration of 10 hour flight. Not even headphones were available. Food could be better relative to other airlines."

Voordelen: "We are family of three and the seats assigned to us were not together. Very disappointing because we booked our flight way in advance; five months ago and Aeroflot would not provide us with the assigned seats like other airlines do. Although they are offering this service for a fee, believe this is absurd since we already paid for our tickets and should not get charged for assigned seats. Sandwiches are not very good, two thin slices of ham, cheese and a bun. There was not any juice, only coke or sprite."

Nadelen: "I can't call you when I had problems that I want to reserve seat and check in online from China.So I had to my son' s help from America."

Voordelen: "Seats were so incredibly uncomfortable. Bad food. Boarding process was unorganized and without protocol."

Nadelen: "No vegetarian food options Boarding was delayed but no announcement was made"

Voordelen: "Attendants were professional and polite. Pilots handled takeoff and landing smoothly. Flight was smooth and uneventful."
Nadelen: "All airlines are squeezing as many people as they can in a confined space. Getting into and out of an economy seat is torture."

Nadelen: "I ordered vegetarian meal for all flights and yet on the long flight from BKK to TLV they didn't have it for me and my son. Had to eat bread for the entire 9 hours flight. :-("

Nadelen: "the hostesses were beyond rude and disrespectful, even pushing my seat up while i was sleeping without waking me or asking me. They do not speak English, even though they are hosting international flights. The planes are very old and overloaded with hand luggage to the point that i had to keep my trolley under my feet. Very poor service."

Voordelen: "I liked that the plane was clean and the service friendly. I liked the personal screens for entertainment and the selection of movies was good."
Nadelen: "I didn't like having to stand in a long line to board. Because the seats are close together they can't lean very far back and it was difficult to get comfortable to sleep. One of the vegetarian meals was simply pasta with tomato sauce and a few of pieces of squash with a white bread roll. BYO"
