Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Nadelen: "Very little leg room and of course as soon as we were in the Air the person in front of me reclined his seat all the way back so the Monitor was only a few inches from my face. This was my single major complaint. The food was not great but typical of an American Carrier. The foreign airlines do better on food. The last time I went to Europe I took WOW, the cheapest budget Airline and the leg room was MUCH better. You would think Delta could do better."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "Lufthansa bumped us from our preassigned seats. We purchased our tickets five months in advance to ensure our family would sit together. When we arrived, they had our family of five sitting in three different rows. Two of our young children had to sit alone, eight rows away from the nearest parent. After telling them we would not board sitting apart like that, they moved us closer together but still separate from two of our children. Highly disappointed."

Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Nadelen: "Le vol a été dérouté sur Lyon pour des vents dangereux. Seul hic, l’ensemble des autres vols atterrissants à Genève on tous pu atterrir dans la même tranche horaire. Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Nadelen: "Seats (too small and little distance between them) Food (although this time the breakfast was better, AA has the worst food selection compared to other airlines. I just have to get dinner at the airport or eat at the lounge before bording) service is also mediocre, flight attendants are lazy"

Nadelen: "There was a maintenance issue on departing plane which delayed us a few minutes and when we arrived to layover airport (note we still arrived before the connecting flight was scheduled to leave), the connecting flight had decided to leave early and was gone. Now stranded with standby and all the flights for the next few days are sold out. Beyond angry!"

Nadelen: "My bags were not checked all the way to my destination, I had to get them re-tagged and checked for this part of the trip and the American Agent was EXTREMELY rude and made us pay oversized bagge fees even though our baggage was within the Qantas allowance, the main carrier for our flight."

Voordelen: "Food was surprisingly pretty good. Good entertainment options."
Nadelen: "The 3 1/2 hour delay was the worst - missed our connecting flight because of it, which is pretty bad when you're supposed to have a 3 1/2 hour layover. Then the flight they put us on was 3 1/2 hours late. We got home at 7 am instead of midnight. Spent 45 minutes sitting on the runway in Philadelphia because another plane was at our gate so we had to wait for them to take off, not just leave the gate. Flight attendants were efficient but not at all friendly - not a smile among them."

Nadelen: "Smelling booze on obviously wasted passenger who invaded my personal space multiple times."

Voordelen: "The TV's on the back of the seats were nice."
Nadelen: "The threatening tone of the counter associates about last minute checking of your bags because they don't have enough space in the overhead cabins. Why offer everyone that option if they will force groups 7-9 to check them?"

Voordelen: "Nothing. Just the pilot"
Nadelen: "Everything. Bad communication. 1 h delay. Then 3 hs in the plane. We ran out of gas. 2 more hours taxiing Never seen something similar. I really hope my mileage refund."

Nadelen: "We still haven’t left Dayton."

Voordelen: "De stewardessen in t vliegtuig waren erg aardig en hulpvaardig"
Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Voordelen: "Entertainment offered several options to choose from"
Nadelen: "Food, only one beverage was offered"

Voordelen: "Flight attendant actually seemed to enjoy job even had genuine smile. Made that the most enjoyable flight I’ve had in awhile"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was great, amenities such as USB charger and outlets were convenient. Flight departed about 10 minutes early and arrived early as well! Crew was friendly."

Nadelen: "Missed the flight because of problem with the CDG trains. Crew on the ground were absolutely useless. I ended up getting another flight the second day using the customer service number. The cecking in process was terrible. The agent was terrible.on the flight, the crew kept banging almost everybody with the food cart. One poor lady behind me got water spelled on her, hit by cart few times, and food spelled."

Nadelen: "The service was mediocre and the food was horrible! It made me sick!"

Nadelen: "No food available. Only drinks. In a flight late in the night."

Voordelen: "Nothing. Didn’t happen"

Nadelen: "They put a bunch of crying babies next to me, other than that it was a good experience."

Nadelen: "I hate American airlines. It is the WORST. We were held for almost 4 hours waiting for "maintenance call" then flight was cancelled. THEN it took two full hours to get back checked bags. By ths point it was 5 pm, had been at airport since 8:30 -- no food offered, no apologies, not even a glass of water. Of course, no flights back to US so I was stuck an extra day, completely messed up school and work. I THOUGHT I was booking with Iberia but it was a code share. I WILL NEVER fly American Airlines again!"

Voordelen: "Loved the fact that the pilot frequently spoke to us during the turbulence. Crew was great."
Nadelen: "Lack of entertainment."

Voordelen: "It was a larger plane than the first leg of my journey so I did not have to gate-check my carry on luggage."
Nadelen: "It was a bit of a bumpy flight during take off and landing. Flight was cold, but not freezing - tolerable."

Voordelen: "Over a hour late"
Nadelen: "Over a hour late"

Nadelen: "AA changed my flight plans without advice me. THEY ARE BREAKING MY BAG. The flight was very late. They ask me to pay $300"

Voordelen: "Fantastic"
Nadelen: "None"

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were amazing. I enjoyed the in flight entertainment and overall flight. The flight was only a couple of hours so there were no meals. I enjoyed a hot cup of tea during my flight. I was able to take a quick nap during the initial flight and catch a movie on the way back."
Nadelen: "The terminal at LGA is undergoing renovations, I had to take a shuttle bus to my gate. The shuffle down stairs, bus ride, and lines for boarding were annoying."

Voordelen: "Staff were friendly and seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "My TV wasn't working and it was the same for a couple of others. They managed to get the others moved stright away but they kept telling me they would reboot it and sometimes it was slow starting up. They rebooted twice and after 2hours 30mins into the 8 hour flight they accepted that it wasn't going to work and they finally asked another passenger would they swap with us. They said that all TV were checked on the ground between flights but this was obviously not the case."

Voordelen: "The entertainment was excellent! Flight was top notch! A+++ , very friendly people and nice to talk to!"
Nadelen: "A hippie beside me opened up his homemade fish and garlic hummus! But excellent on American Airlines end!"

Voordelen: "Plane was on time. Free check of carry-on."
Nadelen: "Seats are too cramped and extra cost for better seating sucks."

Nadelen: "I booked the flight with Kayak and it showed the airline as Finnair, the flight was actually with American, no complains about it. The issue was that Kayak did not update me with the Flight number for American Airlines and kept sending me information about the flight with Finnair which was not going to actually take place. I had to actually call American and spend time with a Representative providing all the data to be able to get my American Airlines flight booking code so I could check in online. American as always was great! Shame on Kayak!"

Nadelen: "I didn't know it was American Airlines. I would have bought a different ticket had I known it wasn't JAL."

Voordelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Voar 8 horas de Miami para Sao Paulo sem entretenimento de bordo foi péssimo. Poucos filmes e nenhum com legenda em Português. Se o voo era pro Brasil acho que era o mínimo que se poderia esperar. A comida estava horrível."

Voordelen: "Nice employee's"
Nadelen: "Plane seat were cramped and worn out. Over priced food"

Voordelen: "That plane took off and landed safely."
Nadelen: "Flight to philly, waited 3 hours on the plane before take off because of holes in the plane. Flight to dallas, waited 2 hours on the plane because the plane in front of us on the runnway wasn't clear for take off, we were and they couldn't taxi them out of the way?! Missed my connection and a day of work had to pay for a hotel. I only have so much $. I'm not and AA CEO."

Voordelen: "AA has. Not been an airline I have used in many years. Great experience, I will be looking to fly with them again very soon."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "Tout sauf le repas très mauvais des boîtes de conserves. C'est de la rigolade. Très déçu du repas vraiment."

Voordelen: "Friendly and courteous"

Nadelen: "Very poor signage to show where boarding groups 1, 2. 3 , & 4 were supposed to queue. Gate attendant nasty."

Nadelen: "L’avion me semble pas en bon état. Des gouttes d’eau tombaient du plafond suite à la condensation"

Nadelen: "Iberia annule le vol choisi puis change l'attribution des sièges et sépare les gens sans la moindre considération. Vol cher et médiocre."

Nadelen: "WiFi didn’t work. Seats were ridiculously small but it got me to Paris safe and sound, and that’s what matters most."

Nadelen: "Iberia est une.compagnie mauvaise, qui ne se préoccupe pas du délai entre deux vols A éviter"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"
Nadelen: "Le personnel de sol était très mal"

Nadelen: "Le retard et la prise en charge à l'arrivée"

Nadelen: "The space between seats was just microscopic. I’m 6ft tall and I really had a bad time in those 2h30, all twisted and unconfortable."

Voordelen: "Excellent flight, timely"

Voordelen: "Every thing was ok"
Nadelen: "N/A"

Nadelen: "We we’re delayed 3 1/2 hours causing us to miss our flight to San Sebastian. That, in turn, caused us to miss our check in for our hotel that we had already paid for so we ended up spending $300 on nothing."

Voordelen: "Iberia offered the worst ever flight of my life"
Nadelen: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

Voordelen: "Excellent crew and comfort during flight."
Nadelen: "Confusion at time of boarding."

Voordelen: "Food and entertainment were okay."
Nadelen: "Iberia was unable to ticket us all the way through to our final destination when we checked-in at our origin (Faro). We then had to go through an arduous process to get handwritten boarding passes in Madrid. This put us at the end of the line for boarding. Then the gate agent refused to let us board because the boarding passes Iberia customer service wrote and stamped didn’t have ticket # on ithem. The gate agent made it clear that it was all on me to go back to the agent at customer service to get it addressed and make it back in-time. The other passenger was my 80 year old mother who a I had to leave unaccompanied at the gate so i’d have some chance of running across the terminal and making it back in-time, which fortunately I did. The complete lack of interest in helping or even acknowledging that this was their mistake is the reason why I will never fly Iberia again."

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Nadelen: "The person in front of me was so close that when she tried to recline the seat she hurt my knee."

Voordelen: "Hola todos estuvo ecelente"

Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that the flight was delayed over an hour with zero explanation as to why. just sat in the hot plane with no reason or explanation."

Voordelen: "Personnel de bord excellent, cabine très agréable pour un vol au même prix que Ryanair ! Merci à Iberia d'être sur cette ligne. Vol excellent."

Voordelen: "Équipe que je plains d'ailleurs."
Nadelen: "Rien à manger ou à boire. Place très limitée pour les jambes. C'était mieux avec Ryanair"

Nadelen: "The seats were very uncomfortable for such a long flight."

Nadelen: "Horrible flight; no complimentary soft drinks are served, not even better. The baggage did not arrive and Iberia does not even deliver the baggage, even though the fault was theirs. You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

Voordelen: "Entertainment was great. Nice choice of movies, and boarding was easy."
Nadelen: "The space in the cabin left something to be desired compared to most transcontinental flights I've been on. Atmosphere was stuffy and hot."

Nadelen: "The line at the checking counter in Rome was moving very slowly. The person at the counter was a nice person, though. I think they need more people there."

Voordelen: "The flight has enough leg room considering I'm 6ft. The entertainment was world class. The flight was smooth."
Nadelen: "The flight attendant was slightly rude. The food was not so good. Every meal they had, had cheese in it."
