This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Les genoux dans les dents tout le voyage c’est rarement agréable. Avion de Eurowings, un vrai cauchemar. Et je fait 1m75, pas 2m.

Connexion avec Genève mal faite, j’ai du attendre 3h pour un autre vol.

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Nadelen: "I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."

Nadelen: "They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable."
Nadelen: "25 min late too much announcements during night flight, especially about duty free items and prices..."
Voordelen: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."
Voordelen: "As if our flight from Washington to Brussels was not delayed enough, the flight segment to Accra from Brussels was delayed for almost 2 hours"
Nadelen: "Almost everything about the trip was impacted one way or the other. Our luggage/bags were partially damaged too, but I decided not to lodge an official complaint."
Nadelen: "Pour un vol de 6h, international il est selon moi inacceptable qu’il n’y pas eu ni collation de servit ni de breuvage. Tout était payant."
Nadelen: "Service was bad"
Voordelen: "L'attention de l'équipe à bord était au delà de l'habituel dans les avions de compagnies de bas coût. Ils ont montré un vrais souci pour le confort des passagers."
Nadelen: "Ma siège était dans le dernier rang de l'avion, sans fenêtre et pas trop commode. Pourtant, c'était à cause de ça que l'équipe, sachant les inconvénients, m'ont montré cette attention spéciale comme compensation."
Voordelen: "À l heure excellent décollage et atterrissage tout en souplesse"
Nadelen: "Siège peu confortable je ne pouvez pas abaisser le dossier"
Voordelen: "The crew didn't give me headache for practicing my religious duties to do my prayers in the galley, as has become a new practice in some class airlines recently."
Nadelen: "The seats don't recline. I'd preffered that they would do."
Voordelen: "Flight crew, especially the lead pursuer is very good and demonstrated a professional and courteous attitude"
Nadelen: "seats don't recline, no entertainment system"
Nadelen: "It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight."
Voordelen: "Nous avons été obligé de donner notre bagage dans le souk chose que nous n'avons pas souhaités vue notre itineraire, conséquence nous avons raté notre train, une perte de temps d'une heure :-("
Nadelen: "Si nous avons décidé de prendre notre bagage dans le cabine et avons reçu autorisation de votre part, c'est au team de s'assurer que chaque voyageur peut prendre son bagage dans la cabine comme il a souhaité au moment d'achat de billet."
Nadelen: "There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all"

Nadelen: "too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences..."
Nadelen: "The plain didnt leave because the food didnt arrive. We waited 3 hours! Very bad!"

Nadelen: "Vous allez abandonnez les vols du mardi pendant 2mois et demi (avril-mi juin) pour les reprendre le mercredi Va pour le mercredi au lieu du mardi, mais pourquoi interrompre ?"
Voordelen: "The flight was on time and everything was o.k. I had no high expectations as it was a cheap flight"

Nadelen: "I was rudely asked to put the trolley in the devise to verify it fits the size regulations. It did fit and then because of the delay, I was forced to check the trolley into the belly of the plane rather than into the overhead as there was no room for it on board. This was an unnecessary inconvenience as everything in the trolley was necessary for the flight."

Nadelen: "Pour 3,5kg supplémentaires sur le bagage en soute mon ami à payé 56€ en supplément c’est une honte !! Les billets ne sont certes pas cher mais de là à voler votre clientèle .. Un bagage en soute coute 47€ comment expliquez-vous que 3 petits kilos supplémentaires coutent 56€"
Nadelen: "Le chaos au moment d'embarquer. Trop de monde entassé devant la porte. Pas d'endroit ou s'assoir. Mise en soute de mon bagage à main au dernier moment."
Nadelen: "I was charged for my carry on luggage from the UK to Israel, despite the fact that this was the same bag that I boarded the first leg from Israel to the UK. Secondly, many of the other passengers had several bags, bigger bags, prams, hat cases, etc. I felt that i was chosen at random, and that the rule is not applied equally."

Voordelen: "The plane is new and clean and the crew really do try their best. How they manage to stay calm and professional with all that's going on around them is excellent."
Nadelen: "No entertainment. Maximum seats are crammed into the aircraft leaving very little room. Seats can't be reclined."
