The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

The crew were so kind and friendly! When chatting with the crew they asked if we were celebrating in Paris? I said we were celebrating my birthday in Paris with my husband and friends! They kindly gave us both our coffee and snacks for free! This was so kind and has never happened us before! This made the experience so personal and enjoyable! Everything else was also perfect!

Nadelen: "Our flight did not land to Leeds but to Manchester. I thought this would not be an issue to get my connecting flight to London. As I tried to explain to the airline attendants about my connecting flight they had no idea what was going on and said it wasn't their issue I would have to go to Leeds and explain to them what was happening. I asked if there was a way we could call them and see if I could just get a flight to London from Manchester. They said no. I tried to get a number to call myself still nothing. They sent everyone from the flight onto a coach bus to Leeds. Once I arrived to Leeds, I spoke with Ben and explained my situation. He said there were no more flights to London or anywhere near there. And there wasn't any flights to Austin, TX which was my end point either. He explained there wasn't anything they could do except fly me in the morning to London. I agreed but then come to find out he had to send me back to Manchester. Now I had already had my arrangements to stay in London for the night so I did not have much money left. He said they would take care of the accommodations and the flight to London. I was VERY PATIENT. Within this he was telling me how close they were to closing. I explained I needed everything in place before they even left because I was traveling alone in an unknown country or city. He arranged a cab to take me back to Manchester and a hotel to stay in with dinner and breakfast available. I thought everything would get better but of course it didn't. Ben clearly knew I had my checked bag and carry on. When I'm about to board the flight to London they charged me 60 pounds for my CHECKED BAG. Now this was already included on flight to begin with if all of this had not happened. The attendant did not want to listen to my story and kept passing me to another attendant that said there's nothing they could do. I had to pay since I couldn't leave my belongings. Once i arrived to London. I had to get my bag and RECHECK IN MY BAG. AGAIN they tried to charge me for my checked bag. This time I had enough of your airline and explained it was all included in my flight and I went on a rant with the attendant. He just stared and printed out the ticket for my bag. Didn't look at the computer. Didn't even explain why it's all of sudden taken care of that I don't have to pay anymore. I had no patience to hear his excuse but just wanted to get back home. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Frontier isn't even this unorganized. Shouldn't there be a process for these kind of situations already?"

Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "The crew was VERY friendly and attentive. They responded quickly to requests and were very pleasant. Everyone was showed attention to details and put customer comfort at the forefront. They allowed people to relocate to seats allowing for more room and comfort once everyone boarded and empty seats were identified. The snacks and meals were tasty and generous. The entertainment options offered something for everyone - great music and movie choices. I would definitely fly Aer Lingus again."

Nadelen: "After we landed in DUB, some other aircraft's being in the wrong place seemed to cause us quite a long delay, which meant that I very nearly missed my connecting flight to IAD. My suitcase, perhaps because of this same taxiing delay, missed the flight and had to be sent on the same flight the next day - though it reached me without incident about 24 hours after I reached my home."
Voordelen: "Called the customer service to attempt to check-in online wasn't able to do it.the rep was hard to understand and he decides to hang up on after waiting 18 mins.called 2nd time I was on hold 15 mins asked for a supervisor. I told to call aer lingus to check in."
Nadelen: "The flight one flight attendant was just rude before take off my blanket was on my sit, she takes it and puts it inside the overhead and says you can get it back once we take off. Don't understand the meaning of that??? Then the same attendant was giving out breakfast sandwich I had to convince her that my son didn't get a sandwich. They walked by with the coffee cart she COMPLETELY IGNORE ME. Same thing for water. Bad experience with customer service center and one nasty attendant."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Nadelen: "When boarding a flight it would be a good idea to board the plane in smaller sections instead of business class first and then all economy regardless of row. This would prevent 400+ people gathering around the gate crowding a busy walkway. Poor selection for movies and tv. One of our seats had no audio and the seat control center was inoperative so we couldn't even turn the reading light on. The audio quality and headphones were terrible on the seats that did work. Ok The seats were less comfortable than our British Airways flights on the way out. No alcoholic drinks were provided either like they were on the British Airways flight. We paid for a British Airways flight and were placed on a discount airline."

We were also dismayed to be charged 3 Euros for a bottle of water during the flight. i suppose it's only a matter of time before the airline starts charging passengers for the right to exit the plane! Bottom line: advertising this airline as 'low-cost' is very misleading."

le personnel et les repas sont excellents... Le confort est relatif et à l'embarquement en peu d'attente du à un faible nombre de cabine de checking ouvertes... Les sièges sont un peu spartiates pour le vol, donc confort relatif, mais pour une ou deux heures c'est supportable.

Toujours très compliqué de récupérer ses cartes d'embarquement à l'aéroport et impossible de les prendre en ligne ... Vol très correct, équipage très sympa.

Encore un vol en retard. Cela devient une habitude BA.

Nadelen: "I paid $123 for the flight and than I was profiled by the attended and forced to pay $85 to check in my carry on as a baggage. My carry on fit in the display model, it was 1/2 inch showing because of the handle and I was forced to pay an extra $85! Almost as much as my flight costed. When I was boarding the plane I saw several people with carry on baggage that were wider and longer than mine. I will never fly thru British Airways or book thru Kayak.com again. When I get back to my country I will file every complaint I can thru google and social media. I never felt so disrespected and ripped off!"

Une horreur. 8h de retard. Aucune explication. Un voucher de 8€ au bout 6h d'attente alors que le sandwich le moins cher est à 7€ et que la règle du voucher c'est 4€/heure de retard. On est monté dans un avion. On a du redescendre et sortir de l'aéroport. On a du repasser les portiques de sécurité. Donc ceux qui ont acheté des liquides en duty free la première fois se sont faits emmerdés. L'horreur. J'ai jamais vu ça. Et quand on finit par décoller, le personnel naviguant sûrement à bout n'était même pas aimable. J'appréhende le vol du retour. Dernière fois sur Ryanair.

Deux voyages en deux mois, et chaque fois 2 heure de retard!

Les ventes de nourriture, de cosmétiques et maintenant de tickets de tombola... c'est trop. C'est assez insupportable ce défilé permanent de chariot dans l'allée.

Check in was slow

There was a maintenance problem so we took off late and arrived slightly late too. Nevertheless the flight went well. The cabin staff were polite and pleasant and deplaning went without problems

There was a good process in place for checking documents at check in..staff were helpful a bit frustrating having to wait to queue for the gate no seats..so not great for older customers or those with kids

Nadelen: "Lots of things should be better on Ryanair flights"

Voordelen: "Crew were very caring. What amazed me from a proposed flight of 1hr 20, was to and from Dublin a flight time of 50mins. Very good."
Nadelen: "Going with one airline and coming back with Ryanair meant I could only get my boarding pass 2days before flight, rather than the beginning of the whole trip. I tried 6x's on my mph to no avail, day before, got it on a desktop on last day."
Voordelen: "Le prix, les dates de vols, l'aéroport est desservi par les transports."
Nadelen: "L’embarquement avec des personnes incompétentes qui ne font pas leur travail correctement contrairement à l’aller qui était parfait. Les sièges sont inconfortables."
Nadelen: "Worst plane I've ever flown on, so uncomfortable!"
Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Voordelen: "The flight was all good and even though the flight was delayed, they did a quick turnaround and took off as quickly as possible."
Nadelen: "Why do Ryanair only release their return tickets two days before flying? If they released them at the same time as flying out then it would be easy to get printing facilities."
Voordelen: "On time basic transportation"
Nadelen: "I was a little confused about bags. My bag fit under the seat, it's a "small bag". A "cabin bag" is what I would call a carry on."
Nadelen: "Politique des bagages en cabine flou . On a du payer pour 20€ pour un « cabine bagage «  qui devait aller en soute... checkin ouvert la veille le soir pour le lendemain midi ( vol re)..Tarif affiché pour un petit sac et un embarquement non prioritaire. À savoir pour la prochaine fois avec ryanair"

Nadelen: "Vol en retard d’1h (Pas prévenu à l’avance evidemment !!), en retard à l’arrivée et donc pour prendre un autre avion après. RYANAIR ne prend rien en charge !!!! Vraiment des ********* ! En plus de ça, le confort à bord est pas terrible, les hôtesses ne sont pas aimables, l’eau n’est pas offerte ! Scandaleux !!"

Nadelen: "Limited seating space."
Voordelen: "Just plain good old Ryanair on time no frills"

Nadelen: "Nous trouvons injuste de prendre 20€ par personne (nous sommes 2 personnes = 40€) de ne pas avoir imprimé nos "boarding cards". Nous sommes 2 retraités qui n'avons pas de smart phone et ce n'était pas possible pour nous d'avoir accès à notre messagerie. On n'avait pas un ordinateur avec nous. Pour prendre 40€ simplement pour ça, ce n'est pas bien juste. Au moins, il faut prévenir en GRANDES LETTRES que si on n'imprime pas les boarding cards, on doit payer lourd pour cela."
Voordelen: "L'amabilité de l'équipage."
Nadelen: "Nous avons attendu nos bagages beaucoup trop longtemps. Trois vols sur le même tapis. C'était la pagaille."
Voordelen: "Quick and efficient staff."
Nadelen: "Whole. Families split up , inc young children, one group of ten spread all round the plan. Just two of us me row 27 better half row 8 ! Only Jet 2 do this too to punish you for not paying to sit together."
Voordelen: "Delayed and had to have replacement plane"

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."
Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"
Nadelen: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."
Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"
Voordelen: "Bonjour, Une fois dans l'avion tout s'est bien passé Nous sommes toujours bien accueillis par les équipages en vol. Confort, bagages, prestations à bord, tout est bien organisé et optimal."
Nadelen: "L'enregistrement a été un véritable calvaire Je n'ai jamais réussi à m'enregistrer via Kiwi mon prestataire Je suis donc venue tôt à l'aéroport pour m'entendre dire que l'enregistrement sur place est facturé plus de 50 euros par passager ! En fait je n'avais pas reçu l'adresse mail kiwi pour effectuer cette démarche, adresse incroyablement longue, introuvable sur le net ( je prends pourtant l'avion depuis quelques années ! ) Bref, gros gros stress et la sensation d'être prise pour une andouille, ce qui est plutôt déplaisant Je ne voyagerai plus par Ryanair si le prestataire kiwi est proposé, d'autant que mes tentatives pour les joindre avant le départ ont toutes échoué. Cordialement"

Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"
Voordelen: "Depart à l'heure avec quelques minutes d'avance à l'arrivée. Accueil très sympathique des agents d'escale à l'aéroport de Bratislava."
Nadelen: "Le confort des sièges de l'avion est vraiment perfectible bien que l'espace au jambes soit correct."

Nadelen: "Attente retard au décollage mais rattrapé en vol Confort spartiate"
Voordelen: "Clean and efficient with good staff."
Nadelen: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."

Nadelen: "Only problem I would say they delay in baggage handling and on the wrong carousel"

Nadelen: "Just wish it would have an onboard film on flip tvs like the good old days so passengers were not fiddling with tablets and phones, and maybe turn the cabin lights down so you can snooze a bit."
Nadelen: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"

Nadelen: "The way we were gathered up like sheep at the departure lounge. There was one person who acted like a mini hitler, scolding people if they dared to cross the line. An unpleasant experience."
