Seems to be flown only by Romanian families with hundreds of pounds of luggage. Like a caravan."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Nadelen: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Nadelen: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Please listen carefully to my below story that happened while my flight from Milan - Madrid ___ Madrid - Miami. I traveled on October, 16th from Miami - Madrid and while checking in to this flight, the gentleman on Air Europa check in desk , required me to pay for my luggage and my iternary already stated that my ticket allowes me to have one bag in cargo and one carry on baggage on board. After I met with the station supervisor and showing the receipt, she understood my rights and proceeded professionally checking me in and I made my flight perfectly all the way to Malpensa, Milan.. On October, 23rd, I was about to make my flight back from Malpensa, Milan - Barajas, Madrid to connect from Madrid to Miami as scheduled.. I proceeded in Malpensa ,Milan Airport to check in area number 5 on terminal 2, where Air Europa flight# UX 1066 is stationed to check in the PAX on this flight. Politely I asked the lady if it's possible to be seated by any emergency exits as I am ex - commerical 1st officer for almost 8 years and I will be able to assist in case of emergency, as I am familiar with evacation procedures.. she informed me that I have to pay for this service.. i totally understood and I didn't comment, while the lady reaction and the way she answered me, was really disrespectful.. Then she asked me to pay €150 for my luggage and I explained the same that happened in Miami airport.. but this time I was deeply disrespected by telling me YOU GO TO TICKETING OFFICE OR YOU WILL NOT TRAVEL...i asked the lady to speak to the supervisor.. the supervisor came after awhile and she was very kind, polite and helpful.. but she kept insisting that I have to pay for my luggage, even I showed her the flight iternirary staying that ONE LUGGAGE IS ALLOWED ON BOARD - 1ST BAG IS FREE - 2ND BAG COST $100... and I had only one bag... Then she saw the receipt and while reading it, another lady from the check in station needed the supervisor help, so she left and I found myself speaking to no one, except the lady who is in charge of my checking in process. Then I told her that it's not fair to pay for something that I already paid for. No one in life can imagine how rude, impolite and discriminating she was.. specially speaking to her colleague in Italian carrying a conversation that I can't understand at all.. but I was able only to understand one thing she mentioned many times while angry... ( La Arabo ).... Yes I am Arabic person from Egypt that love the world from east to west, South to north... and I am living in The United States Of America with a beautiful family that have friends from different cultures, religions and races... But I felt really discriminated at this point when she mentioned ( La Arabo ) many times.... Then she looked at me saying OK AIR SIR ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR YOUR BAG OR YOU ARE OK TO MISS YOUR FLIGHT ?"

She directed me to the TICKETING office.. I went there and was really very sad.. not for paying, for how come someone can treat a customer like that... or even a human..then when the gentleman asked me for the credit card, I dropped it on his table.. Yes I know that I did it not in a nice way.. but then i apologized to the gentleman..  and you can ask him that I told him that you have nothing to do with this..  and I should apologize.. he gave me the receipt that I still have it that prove paying €150 for my luggage.. I went through security and then proceeded to my gate with a huge feeling of happiness that I will see my family in the U.S soon after a long trip.. The craziest thing even happened while I was proceeding to the boarding gate, the lady took my boarding pass and informed me that I am not allowed to board the airplane for security reasons..What???? Why??? What did I do??? No one talk to me... The lady who was checking me in earlier was turning her face and smiling.... can you imagine?????? Can you imagine the abuse????? Then I told her what did I do ??? I am not a bad person to not be allowed to board the airplane... I don't carry a gun or anything that threatening the safety on the aircraft..  and you know What??  I started to cry while I feel that I am deeply discriminated.... they told me that the captain has the rights to refuse you being on board... Again, as an EX Commercial Pilot, I know very well that for security and safety reasons for the aircraft, the PIC has the authority not to accept a passenger on board, in case that this pax is threatening the airplane verbally, visually, mentally and physically by showing any extreme illness symptoms that would put the life of passengers on board in danger.... DO I AM ONE OF ALL THIS?????? I am someone who is never being in a police department for any criminal purposes and never threatened any human being life... so why I am not allowed to board the aircraft and go back home to see my family and go to my work that I gain my salary from, to pay my taxes to the country that I am resident in, The United States Of America.. And if you are planning to decline my boarding process, why would you let me pay €150 for the luggage???? Isn't it really unfair???? We all work hard to afford our living... so why to do this for me whime I am leaving my family in America to travel for business to afford living for my family.... it's not fair by any meaning or language...."

Nadelen: "The seats weren't too comfortable. Not all movies that were in the entertainment list in the website were actually in the flight."

Nadelen: "I am a skyteam member and have platinum status with delta and prior to leaving for my trip I had contacted air europa with my skymiles number and was told baggage was included. Upon arrival to airport my status was ignored and I was refused when asked to speak with a manager. I ended up having to pay 60 euros in baggage fees and then was not allowed to board as sky priority despite showing the airline my status."

Nadelen: "The website would not allow me to check-in on my phone or my laptop. Had to retry 5 times. Finally when the boarding pass was sent it did not have a barcode. I was able to repeat the check-in to have a barcode in the app but then the reader at security would not read it! I had to go back to the check-in desk for help. AirEuropa web needs to get their act together."

So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"

Nadelen: "The plane was very, VERY old and extremely uncomfortable. This was an overnight flight, they turned down the cabin light for the first ten minutes but then it was on for four hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was no in flight movie, and there was no way to turn off the antiquated cumbersome seat TV. Really awful to get off the plane and be exhausted. They didn't offer food to the inside rows, only to the window side. When you asked you got an annoyed glare."

Voordelen: "I had heard some bad things typically associated with low-cost carriers, but that might only be on their shorter domestic/EU flights. In the bigger plane for the transatlantic flight, there was good service, two meals and drinks for free, and a decent in-flight entertainment system."

As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

L'agent de comptoir m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'ESTA, donc que je ne pouvais pas partir, alors que j'en avais un. En pleine panique, j'ai appelé ma mère qui heureusement a retrouvé en 5 minutes dans son ordinateur mon numéro d'ESTA. Cela m'a causé une très grosse frayeur, car c'était presque le moment de la fermeture de l'enregistrement, et m'a vraiment gâché le voyage. Je me plains donc franchement du manque de gentillesse et de la qualité du service de l'agent de comptoir. Je précise que j'étais en billet retour, donc il aurait été facile à l'egent de penser que j'avais un ESTA puisque j'avais fait escale à Chicago aussi à l'aller."

Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"

Voordelen: "Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part."
Nadelen: "- They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."

I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either."

Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money."

Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Nadelen: "De bagage normen"

Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"

Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"

Voordelen: "niets"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."

Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."

Nadelen: "Nearly 3 hours late and no proper explanation for delay. Sorry but delayed incoming aircraft doesn't wash. Also had to wait nearly half an hour upon landing at Stansted before we could disembark"

Voordelen: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Nadelen: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."

Nadelen: "Spijtig dat we als koppel niet naast elkaar zaten. Er was nochtans nog een vrije plaats naast mezelf!"
