So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again."

Nadelen: "I was traveling today with my daughter, who is 6 months pregnant, my 3 1/2 & 18 month old grandsons, my husband & son-in law on an international flight from Chicago to Manchester. I was very disappointed a 757 was used for an international flight! No attempt was made by staff to accomodate our family with a extra seat for the infant, even though there were a large number of rows with empty middle seats (4 of which were directly behind them!) The 1st indication of the beginning of the NIGHTMARE was when the plane arrived in Chicago and overshot the gate, this caused almost an hour delay! (We heard our crew saying "oops" while looking out the window at the plane arriving & then again when they were discussing it would have been faster if the plane had used a different method to get to the gate again.) This was then followed by a mechanical problem with a frozen water valve, requiring us to be de-iced x2! Then we started to taxi out and again had to return because of a hydraulic problem that required repair. I think we were delayed almost 3.5 hours. The crew did bring a round of water during the onground delays, and offered free drinks later in the flight. The icing on the cake was not getting the stroller back at the gate because there were no baggage handlers. I can't tell you how much FUN that was trying to corral a toddler & 3yr old with all our carry-on bags while getting thru customs! Did I mention in our haste to get off that plane we overlooked my daughter's winter maternity coat in the overhead! May be time to switch to the Friendlier Skies of United for our UK travel!"

The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners"

And I especially loved the service of our flight attendants. Overall this was a very quality flight."

No inflight film after many attempts to re-boot system. What has happened to American Airlines standards, they used to be so high?"

Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Not even close to what I had selected, leading me to believe I was booking a trip on the days I chose and then not realizing it was incorrect until my trip was starting. This is the last time I use kayak."

Nadelen: "Iberia est une.compagnie mauvaise, qui ne se préoccupe pas du délai entre deux vols A éviter"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Nadelen: "Even though 1 of the 3 stewards was really excellent at everything (foremost his impecable attitude towards passengers), nothing is really standing out anymore in IBERIA 1st class. It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

Nadelen: "Tea - disgusting brown liquid! What about a tea bag, or I gladly would take just a cup of hot water to brew my own. Sandwiches: turkey with cheese or cheese. I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

Nadelen: "Trop de délai itnutile. L'embarquement a été décalé de 5h! Le WIFI est payant à Chicago et la bouffe coûte chère pour de la mauvaise qualité. Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."

Voordelen: "Flight took off on time. Plane is big and seats are good for people up to 6 feet tall and comfortable fior people up to 220 lbs. Crew was excellent from checking in til landing. I will travel again with Air Europa but I will take a sandwich or two with me just in case pasta is being served. Flight was from Madrid to Miami. On my flight from Miami to Madrid the food (chicken) and everything was excellent. Oct 14 2018"

Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Voordelen: "excellent crew and support staff, very helpful. last minute ticket price was exceptional. Food was actually better than the major carriers."
Nadelen: "personal video was the only thing that wasn't up to par in comparison to the bigger airlines. But what I paid for the ticket, I'm not going to complain."

Nadelen: "We had to board this plane the old fashion way on the runway carrying your bags and everything. Very uncomfortable and no help. It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added."

Voordelen: "I want a refund of 450 euros...i had to pay for my baggage...i paid 1.184 us dollars for my tickets...and was supposed to be free hand bag and first bag free...how was printed in the tickets you sent me.. Nadelen: "The seats were very uncomfortable for a long flight. There was also no air circulation so it was extremely hot. The fact that we had to pay for internet is ridiculous. How much more money are these airlines trying to pump out of us? I will not be flying with air europa in the future."

Voordelen: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."

Nadelen: "When I flew from Boston to Madrid, both TV sets in my row were broken, no signal at all. On my return flight from Madrid to Boston, I paid extra for a window seat in the front of the plane. I was in seat 16c, there was no window and again the TV was broken!! The flight crew found me an isle seat near the rear of the plane where the TV worked."

Nadelen: "There was one hour delay because the Madrid airport was foggy and they never told the passengers what was going on. When the airplane was almost landing at the Madrid airport with the normal low speed, then suddenly accelerated and start going up to flying around Madrid, then they put music and they never told the passengers what happened or what was going on again."

Voordelen: "It is always a pleasure to flight in Air Europe. How can I get discounts on Air Europe, I am travelling many times a year to Spain or Rumania. I also like to know if you have facilities to bring my baby dog (7 months) from Rumania. thank you Delia"

Voordelen: "Very little to like about the trip. As a very experienced traveller the trip to MAD was not pleasing. It appeared that crew attitudes reflect unacceptable monitoring and control by Air Auropa management of crew performance and equipment maintenance..The unworkable entertainment system failed ti entertain. No major delay. Able to meet connections."
Nadelen: "MVD to MAD leg. At meal times crew did not request passenger to sit their seats upright. Crew sleeping in the 2 seats in front of us had seats back total time of trip. It was very difficult to eat meats with the seat back in front of us. Hit in the face by crew member forcing seat back rapidly on change of crew rest period. Curtains of crew rest area encroached into my seat area. It was annoying, colostrophobic and unacceptable . One male member of the crew, when serving drinks at meal time mumbled Ïdiotö¨. I assumed he was referring to me. At breakfast time we were ignored when drinks were served. The entertainment system was unusable. It was apparent that the system was mal functioning and needs replacing. . I spoke to the head attendant and relayed our concerns. I was refused a visit from the captain in order to express pour concerns."

Voordelen: "The option to listen to music/watch movies/play games/charge your electronic devices (via USB cord). Don't forget your headphones!!! It'll cost you 3 Euros on-board."
Nadelen: "On this trip, I had to travel on four Air Europa planes; none of which were ever on time. Delays! Delays!! And more Delays!!! Be sure to apply for vegetarian options if you don't eat meat/pork 24 hours in advanced. You'll be left without even a snack to purchase and starving. -An exhausted and hungry passenger"

Nadelen: "We had a delay inside the plane in Madrid airport of 4 hours and they didn't serve any food or water and NO air conditioning. Waiting inside the plane was terrible. They said they had a malfunction of the brake system which is hard to believe on a brand new plane."
