Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "The on board duty free did not have ample change, so I had to forfeit $3 in change.. On top of that they secrectly charged $10 extra on my card after my flight! I already got the ticket and paid extra luggage- what is the extra charge for?? The lady at extra luggage tried to overcharge me as well! Had to refer her to your website! I need this excess charges reversed. I demand an explanation!"

Voordelen: "The food,crew and flight were flawless. Our flight scheduling had us connecting within a thirty minute period in zurich and we had to run to catch the flight. Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

Nadelen: "Geneva airport is so busy on the weekend I had to stay in the line for 20 minutes it's a little annoying"

Voordelen: "the entertainment system was perfect, there were lots of movies and shows to entertain you, including newly release films. there were games and music also availble. the seating was comfortable we had blankets and pillows. The beverage service great and the food was good to. although there could have been better options in terms of the dessert ( ice cream taht was provided)"
Nadelen: "the boarding was poor, we waited in line to board and they did not announce to us that we need to have our ticket stamped before we got to the door, as a result we were sent out of line once the ticket was stamped we had to rejoin the line from the back. When i got through they then said something was wrong with my ticket in which they took it and I was pulled out of the line. they should try to the ticket check and the boarding line at the same time"

Nadelen: "They lost my bag and after 24 hours, still no word on whether it's been located."

Nadelen: "Terrible service. Crew was unfriendly and unhelpful. There seems to be an element of arrogance when flying with this airlines."

Voordelen: "On every flight I have ever been on, if I request it I can get a whole water bottle vs. the small cups offered...however on this flight they refused saying 'it is against the rules"?? As a result I had to bother the flight crew over 10 times to refill my small glass...a huge inconvenience for both of us. The other inconvenience (one I have not experienced in over 5-6 years) was the the headphone jacks were the old fashioned kind...meaning you could not use your own, and the buds given by the airline were very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "The flight crew were great very friendly & service oriented as far as getting your food & water"
Nadelen: "My partner & I were given separate seats. We tired to reserve our seats online according to instructions & time but the online registration wasn't working properly. We had to wait til we were at the airport to do that. When checking in we were told we had to wait til onboard? Then once on board told no. So we were not able to sit together & weren't even in the same area of the plane. We also had an old plane & seats very uncomfortable. The movie screen was barely visible so basically u could just listen."

Nadelen: "De crew, onvriendelijk en bot. Geen verwelkoming, geen bedankt en tot ziens. Het eten werd op je tafeltje gegooid. Niet wat je verwacht op een Lufthansa vlucht."

Voordelen: "Crew was awful. Grumpy and not friendly. They hate their customers especially children."
Nadelen: "This was my worst experience on any Lufthansa flights. Worst ever!"

Nadelen: "vanwege de enorme rijen bij de veiligheidscontrole was ik te laat voor mijn vliegtuig. schandalig!"

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Voordelen: "The Agent at the Lufthansa baggage location services was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "De stoelen in Croatia airlines lijken wel van hout en zijn redelijk krap. Eten is pietepruime."

Voordelen: "Crew looked after me after a family took up a whole row including my designated seat. I need up with the back row to myself so could put my feet up & chill after a less than pleasant 5+ hours wait at Munich!"

Luego al preguntar si estaba asegurado dijo que sí pero no sabía por cuanto. Los compartimentos encima de mi asiento no estaban llenos. El avión aterrizó tarde. Las azafatas de vuelo profesionales."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "Latam screwed my son in law, pregnant daughter, and 2 year old grandson. Due to a delayed Latam flight, they missed all international connections. They were stuck in Santiago for 4 days with no help from Latam. Their bags were lost by the airline. NOBODY behind the counters took responsibility to help get them home!! Their passports, credit cards and money were all stolen during this 4 day period."

Voordelen: "There entire experience was 1st rate. I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. A special thanks goes to Sebastian. Thank you Brother."

Nadelen: "Inadequate signage - especially for passengers arriving on a domestic flight and departing on an international flight. Why are you writing to me in Dutch? How do I change to English?"

Nadelen: "Poor service. Not too friendly crew. I normally fly American but being myself Chilean, I thought I'd give Latam a chance but was disappointed. I was travelling with my daughter and 2 yr old grandaughter and felt that they didn't give us any special attention in regards to baby.I used to be a flight attendant and In my day the standards of service were SO MUCH HIGHER!! I Will not fly Latam next time."

Nadelen: "The only refreshment without charge was tap water. The crew also pulled a curtain across the tops of the seats in front of us to separate economy from priority, and it felt somewhat insulting. Boarding was delayed with no communication from the crew as we all stood at the gate waiting for instructions."

Voordelen: "Good"

Nadelen: "Missed the plane from London Heathrow to Montreal dur to delays; as I missed the plane from London Heathrow to Nice for the same reasons. Don't sell tickets with too short correspondence times!"

Nadelen: "2 drunk guys speaking Russian I think totally ruined the flight. They were ridiculously loud, making it impossible to sleep. Drinking multiple wines, they got louder and louder and more animated and sloppy. Really gross and for a 9+ hour flight, not enjoyable. Eventually, a flight attendant gently told them no more to drink and was very good. But it was too late. I have flown a ton and have never heard passengers this loud, in a foreign language. In addition, one of them was quite large with a bald head, thus intimidating. We had a very long day and just wanted to rest and that was not at al possible."

Voordelen: "A. Wet nice and observant stewardess helped me off the plane and onto the waiting bus.. Very kind and helpful"

Voordelen: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"

Nadelen: "3 hour delay, no communication with customers regarding delay or connection. Once we finally arrived st Heathrow for the 2nd leg of our journey, we were put on a later connection, no apologies whatsoever from any of the employees. Overall we spent over 4 hours in the air. We were never served even a glass of water or a bag of pretzels. The seats were very tight with very little leg room, and I am only a 5'6" female."

Nadelen: "Boarding the plane. I do not know why the airlines load the people who are at the front of the plane first. Load the people on the back of the plane first. That way, when you call the next section, the people in the back are not blocking people as they enter. An alternative is to call people in sections based on where they sit in a row. If you have window seat, you should be called first. Why? Because so many passengers who have aisle seats have to get up to let people with middle or window seats get in. So, they hold traffic up as people are trying to get to their seats. After window seat passengers get called, then call middle seat passengers, and last, call aisle seat passengers."

Voordelen: "I liked the variety of entertainment selections. The crew kept us hydrated."
Nadelen: "Boarding process for coach from London to Dallas was chaotic. After all the various special groups were loaded in an orderly fashion the other 80% were called en masse which was disorderly. We had a lot of turbulence which the captain never addressed. I get he has to fly the plane but he could give folks a heads up on how long it was anticipated to last. It's scary at times and a word from the expert would be calming. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper."

Voordelen: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Voordelen: "It was quite the opposite of departing flight. Everything was here perfect. Large entertainment choice. Food was good. Crew was this time way better."
Nadelen: "Nothing negative this time"

Voordelen: "Al parts of flight expertly handled by staff, especially cabin people. Thanks for a great flight, VA."

Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"

Nadelen: "The seats on this British Airways flight were so tight and pitched forward that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and I felt as if I was being launched forward the entire flight. Not comfortable or safe."

Nadelen: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

Voordelen: "I wish the menu can be more kid friendly. I enjoy the food no my kiddos"

Nadelen: "We need food"

Voordelen: "That the flight was a very reasonable price"
Nadelen: "The flight was packed there was no separation of people for the convir 19 the seats were very close together my knees were touching the seat in front of me"

Voordelen: "At washing D.C. , soon I've get off the plane and ask to one of crews at gate 36.that lady didn't know what time is for next connecting flight for going to Columbus Ohio. She keep saying I don't know when ? What time to leave.why it's so late to connect next Flt. That answer doesn't give me a clue made me a frustrated. I do not use any more the connecting Flight in the future."

Nadelen: "Great"

Nadelen: "Everything AA did nothing right."

Nadelen: "How about departing on time! Almost 3 hours after our advertised departure time is ridiculous!"

Voordelen: "I've been flying Spirit lately to save money, so know that this is my comparison. American Airlines staff were friendly and helpful, the website was easy to use for things such as changing seats and adding bags, and I really appreciate the updates from AA via email and text. I appreciate the snack."
Nadelen: "No complaints."

Nadelen: "Commuter jets- uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "Crew bemoeide zich op deze korte vlucht met niemand. Bracht wat te drinken rond. Verder niet."

Nadelen: "I paid for a seat with extra leg room and then was told at the gate that there were none of those seats left, despite the fact that I booked and paid for that seat 3 weeks ago!"

Voordelen: "last minute upgrade was nice, made sleeping much nicer. food was good, flight uneventful which is always a good thing."
Nadelen: "Some of the flight attendants had an attitude and we not very personable to others. Just doing their job, ticking off the boxes. One was very kind, the others not so much."

Voordelen: "There was a short delay but it was done professionally and I got a notice about it. I had nice people seating next to me and the craw was ok."
Nadelen: "It was upsetting that they didn’t have earbuds/headphones as my iPhone headphones can’t connect to the TV so I had to watch a movie without sound. You should have extras. I also wish they had a banana for us, it’s better than pretzels. And cheep and healthy."

Voordelen: "Why do I get asked 3x times if I am ready able to assist with a verbal yes. I get asked at baggage check in, again when I board by gate agent, and then again by flight crew. Is this FAA regulations to ask 3 Times?"
Nadelen: "Ask me 1 time"

Voordelen: "I took two connecting flights on American Airlines between Los Angeles and Lisbon period on the website American claims to have charging and or electrical ports in every row. There were none on either flight. To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."
Nadelen: "On top of that, one of the flight attendants on the Philadelphia to Lisbon run was a hella snarky guy with a bad attitude all the way through. I would be surprised if I am the first person to complain about him."

Voordelen: "The crew member was great."

Nadelen: "We boarded a bit late. No big deal. Once on, however, they made us deboard because they forgot to do a security check. Oops. Flight attendants made the experience much better -- funny, enthusiastic, hard-working."

Nadelen: "seat and monitor seemed to have minds of their own, but only caused a minor inconvenience I'm frustrated with AA's information on movies, which is questionable and unrealable. For example, the recently released film 'Coco' was listed as PG-13 and not included in the "Disney" category. "Justice League" was listed as R. There are several other examples of misinformation in their movie listings. For parents who use the ratings as one piece of information to guide their children, it would be nice to have correct information when making selections. this problem is not new; it's been this way for over a year now. I hoped that over time they would get it right, but alas, it remains inconsistent at best."

Nadelen: "I didn't realize that I was sold a "basic" ticket. No early seat assignment, last boarding group, no access to overhead stowage (didn't need it) so all bags have to be checked for extra fees, bought preferred seating just to be sure my wife and I could sit together but did not get a receipt and had trouble explaining this at curbside check in. Overall unsatisfactory. Same seats but no amenities."

Nadelen: "The airline charged me $50 for my carry on even though they told me I could hate check it earlier. Apparently they changed their mind and I am $50 poorer. This is after being a loyal American card member for over 10 years. BS."

Nadelen: "The seats were terrible. I don't know what it was about them, but I've never had a more uncomfortable flight. My husband had leg cramps for much of the flight and couldn't get comfortable. The rest of the flight was fine, but the uncomfortable seats were a huge minus. We'll probably try to avoid 787s from now on. The window-darkening system was annoying. They darkened the windows when it was dark outside and they darkened the cabin, so we couldn't look out the window. It was dark outside--why the need to darken the windows?? My husband requests window seats so he can look out the window."

Nadelen: "The tv's did not work at our seats. Made for a horrible seven hour flight!"

Nadelen: "experienced a 1hr mechanical delay. it would be nice if refreshments were served."

Nadelen: "AA changed my flight plans without advice me. THEY ARE BREAKING MY BAG. The flight was very late. They ask me to pay $300"

Nadelen: "The connection in Chicago was 3 HOURS late with several gate changes. People on the desk were rude and never explained what was wrong. They didn't even announce the gate. change. I got it from Kayak."

Nadelen: "First class cabin smelled like urine and was filthy Does. It appear cabin was cleaned before flight was turned. Cookies and crumbs al over seat and in passenger seating area"

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "They would not let me board for being less than 5 minutes late."

Nadelen: "i bought better seats when i booked the tickets. on the day of the flight AA changed the airplane, and I did not get the preferred ticked i payed for."

Voordelen: "The entertainment screens and the new seats in business class were very nice"

Nadelen: "Couldn't flight. I was on time, got an inspection through the police,. Missed my flight for the long inspection. Now, the airline wants me to pay penality for something that I didn't commit. Francisco Vishnu Carpio checa"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 4 hours so we missed our connection. The entertainment system was down during the flight and all they did was apologized over the speaker. There was no rep waiting to help upset customers so we had to wait TWO hours in line as there were only 2 girls at the counter when there are 6 counters. They were completely unapologetic and although they set us up on another airline to fly back, the whole experience was completely unsettling. AVIANCA NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!"

Voordelen: "The staff tried to help as much as possible."
Nadelen: "I called American Airlines as ssoon as I book my trip to set up and make sure my small dog could fly with me. They neglected to inform me their partner, jetstar, does not fly animals. My luggage did not arrive with me. Both of my suitcases were mangled and broken. Items in my suitcases were shattered and crushed even though they were well packed and protected. We got stuck on the terminal in MSP and missed our connecting flight. When we finally arrived the systems were down and could not get new flights or hotels. We were told we could not get hotels and had to argue for an hour. Even though it was a maintenance issue. I arrived a day late and had to take extra leave. The plane from LAX to Tokyo was horrific. I booked a window seat, was stuck in the very middle. There was no way to charge outlets devices. The screen did not work. And my new luggage was also damaged with even more items destroyed."

Voordelen: "Crew were friendly and helpful, the magazine was worth reading and the flight was smooth and on time."
Nadelen: "The seat felt like a wooden block was strapped to my back."
