Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Ty e bathrooms could be kept better . The crew could pass waiter or some juices during the flight as it used to be before . The guys could be more friendly during the flight .

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

There were about 12 kids in a business class that we’re just running around screaming yelling play crying could not relax dog barking it was not pleasant at all

Voordelen: "No water was served between the first and last meal. Some people were dehydrated and had developed a headache. One person have been calling the flight attendant five times and no one responded. Very sad."
Nadelen: "I don’t like to seat next to toddlers. They should have special place, separate area just for families with kids, fare on the end of corridor. Noice , activities, banging and smelling, not pleasant and not confortable for what I paid. My comfort of flight with LOT was completely ruined this time."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant and attentive. Water was offered several additional times through the 9-hour flight, as well as the usual beverage cart. Good selection of movies"
Nadelen: "Very, very cramped seating. Extraordinary measures needed to even try to maneuver arms to try to eat. Food provided sustenance but no pleasure. Seriously, you should just serve pierogies and everyone would be happy. Desserts were actually quite tasty."

Voordelen: "When we got to the airport on the way back home, they couldn't find our tickets. I had online tickets and confirmation, but we were still not on the flight list. We had to go to the ticket counter for them to clear it up and put us back on the flight. The flight itself was not bad. The flight attendants are a bit rude and condescending. The seats and entertainment was not bad."

Cancelled our outgoing flight hours before it was set to leave; notified us via email; barely got re-booked via different airlines and had to take 3 different flights to reach out destination; missed the 2nd flight because LOT put us on a flight that was departing 30 minutes before out 1st flight arrived. 2. When we got another 2nd flight, we arrived at our final destination without our bags. LOT assured us that our bags were on our flight before we boarded but calling and confirming that they were able to transfer our bags (only had 40 minutes between flights), but of course, it was a complete lie. We did not get our bag until the next day in the evening over 24 hours later. At that point I was happy they found them and gave them to us. 3. Turns out, they cancel flights pretty often and they also book people on transfer flights that are too close for people to make it. We traveled with a handful of other passengers that had the same experience and people were in tears about their horrible travel experience. 4. Warsaw Airport - they only have 5 passport control officers clearing travelers and because they don;t have lines or any type of organization of these travelers, the lines our out of control. People are pushing each other, crying because they are missing flights or not feeling well because of no air and all the pushing and shoving. I was pregnant standing in the line for over 40 minutes. They would not let pregnant passengers or passengers with kids with them pass in their disabled line. Only people in the wheelchairs were allowed to pass there. Horrible airport and even more horrible airline! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION."

Il est impossible de rejoindre qui que ce soit au service à la clientèle pouvant nous aider. Auparavant, j'avais déjà fait affaire avec vous et honnêtement, je préfère payer plus cher avec une autre compagnie et obtenir un bon service."

À l'allée nous étions avec Aur Canada Rouge, aucune comparaison possible, Air Transat gagne haut la main grâce à cette gentillesse du personnel. Professionnelle et gentille. Merci."

Nadelen: "No priority boarding for families with small kids, delayed flight and more importantly, the stroller was not delivered at the aircraft. This is a major inconvenience as I had to carry my son in my arms for a pretty long way. There is a reason you know why parents choose to bring a stroller and that includes having the stroller through the airport."

Nadelen: "Seating is awful. Risk deep vein thrombosis. There was no foods available to purchase, only drinks for a 3 1/2 hour flight. Entertainment is one movie on mounted screens, or the Air Transat app which is not worth the trouble, trust me. Better use your Netflix app to download something to watch."
Nadelen: "Food was misrepresented in the menu to what was served. Staff were not friendly or accommodating. There was no individual air flow or total cabin air flow."

Voordelen: "L’embarquement s’est fait très rapidement"
Nadelen: "Retard du vol. Deux en deux (retard le 4 octobre pour l’Islande et le 19 octobre, retard pour Montréal). Des agents de bord qui ne parle pas un mot de français pour un vol en direction de Montréal. C’est inacceptable et c’est régulier sur air Canada. Je suis vraiment déçue de cette compagnie et je vais essayer d’éviter le plus possible."

Nadelen: "There were several announcements to download the Air Canada app in order to access in flight entertainment. They must have been 5-6 announcements about this. WiFi access was to start after take off in order to use the app. but was never available."

Nadelen: "1. Non disponibilité du Wi-Fi à bord de l'avion 2. Avion remplie à pleine capacité et ayant accepté des voyageurs avec plus de deux (2) bagages à main à bord 3. Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."
Voordelen: "Smooth, on-time flight and okay service."
Nadelen: "For relatively new aircraft, the comfort of AC’s 787-8 economy seats is not up to par. A frame cross member presses the back of the buttocks, there is minimal lower back support, and no protection from the hands and knees of passengers behind."
Voordelen: "Great"
Voordelen: "Crew were nice, food on board was ok Given the long wait time at immigration, we did not have to wait for our bags."
Nadelen: "Rouge seats are notoriously uncomfortable, especially on a 9 hour flight. Rouge Player entertainment sucks, very poor movie selection. Irish immigration took 45 minutes... a ridiculous amount of time in this day and age. My time with the officer took about 30 seconds, so obviously the problem is that they are understaffed...not the best way to start your trip to Ireland after a long flight!"

Nadelen: "Flight was more than 2 hours late - same as the flight from Columbus to Toronto when we left- the ground crew did not know or care where the plane (a replacement craft) was coming from or when it arrived and let it sit on the ramp for about 15 minutes before marshaling it in and the seats we got after waiting all that time were excessively worn and felt like we were sitting in bowls. The logistics either of Air Canada or at the Toronto airport for domestic flights stinks. I will try to avoid both in future."

Nadelen: "Et au retour, correspondance à Montréal(pour Québec), on est près à partir, mais y’a pas d’gaz dans l’avion...:/ résultat: 1/2h de retard...:/"
Voordelen: "Nothing much to complain about. For the section we were in, economy, the seats were pretty comfortable. Good space in front. Decent pitch. IFE was excellent. Staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Good mix of younger and older staff. Food wasn’t bad. Cabin crew kept passengers up to date. Really can’t ask for anything more."
Nadelen: "Well. Maybe one small thing. Airflow from vents above were a bit weak. I think the newer planes are like that as our next leg on a smaller A319 had quite the powerful vents."
Voordelen: "Ease of flying right from and to home"

Nadelen: "Lors du vol Montreal-Miami les repas ont ete servis trop tard et il n'y avait plus rien à choisir. Il n'y a plus de télé ni de radio pour passer le temps à moins de louer ."
Nadelen: "AC was late causing a missed connection to YXE. They were unable to rebook us to Saskatoon for two or three days! They offered standby or Edmonton as our only options. We flew to Edmontonand then drove 6 hours in order to get home for work with no sleep. Unimpressed."
Nadelen: "Retard de 7h à l’aéroport de Hong-Kong! Donc attendu 11h ( on avait une escale de 4h au départ) on a eu de la misère à se faire payer un repas à l’aeroport....c’etait Un bol de ramen sans breuvage...."
Voordelen: "The plane was unable to board on time ,the cabin was too cold. That was a hitch well managed but with a seat near the rear of the aircraft only food option was cup of soup rehydrated with hot water or snacks. May be better food provision could be implemented."
Voordelen: "J’ai apprécié la gentillesse des agentes de bord. Le vol s’est très bien passé."
Nadelen: "Les points moins agréables sont la connexion à votre application. Il m’a pris 30 minutes avant d’avoir accès au menu du lecteur électronique. Puis, le service des agentes leur du premier vol était ordinaire. J’ai demandé à deux reprises un verre d’eau. La première fois, j’étais un fantôme. Elle n’a que servit la personne à côté de moi. La deuxième fois, elle avait oublié."

Nadelen: "Pas de cuillère pour manger ma soupe et la bière était chaude"

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."
Voordelen: "They allowed us to make an earlier connection without any fee. That was very kind. Thank you."

Flight delayed by 2.5 hr....bathrooms dirty and when same mentioned ( no room to place more dirty towels in) staff indifferent !!! Lufthansa is shooting itself into foot by Air Canada alliance .Never again will I book my flight with Air Canada Airlines ( God forbid Rouge).Flight Toronto Vancouver ,disgrace ....freezing cold on board but staff wouldn't notice same because they were not present except giving off skimpy 2 servings of water/juice . Tea (old ,too strong,yak).Wake up people ,none of the passengers I spoken to had anything positive to say ! I liked my Lufthansa flight to Europe but for the sheer reason having to return with Air Canada I will avoid booking this flight .Thank You."
