Un petit problème, mais pas forcément dû à Delta, est que nous avons eu 3 changements de porte. Sinon tout était bien.

Flight attendants not very good. We were dealayed and didn't offer snacks. Bottom of the barrel here.

J aurais aimé que les passagers soient appelés par zone. Exemple zone 1 présenter vous pour débarquement ensuite zone 2..... ainsi les autres passagers restent assis et attendent leur tour.

Mon baggage en soute à été extrêmement détérioré

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Écran ne fonctionnait pas …. Pas d’alternative

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

We told them we had a flight to the US on the same day, so they notified the Latam office in Santiago. When we go t to Santiago, we only had an hour to spare for our next flight. They help ed us out with the boarding, skipping the long lines. That to me was impressive."

Nadelen: "Normally, international-domestic transfers are pretty difficult to coordinate. This particular one (Bogota>Miami, Miami>San Francisco) seemed particularly so. On top of being just enough time to wait for our bags, drop them off with the next airline, walk across the airport, enter security (which went exceedingly slowly), we had just enough time to get to the gate before boarding. This is why I gave a lower rating."
Nadelen: "They didnt check my bag from DCA to BOG, so I had to check out my bag in MIA and then run to check in the next flack. I couldnt. They gave me a seat in another flight from another company, so it was OK."

It helped a lot with the carry on baggage issue (lack of space, too many people wanting to put their too large bags in the overhead bins). Good entertainment selection, they provide headphones which is nice. Comfy blankets. The crew was attentive and patient."

On est un cran en dessus d’une compagnie comme Air France. La qualité et la quantité des plateaux repas est décevante, le personnel navigant est désagréable, peu prompt à répondre de manière aimable aux demandes des voyages. Ils semblent tous énervés et réagissent de manière brutale.

Le personnel de vol est agréable et serviable. Par contre la nourriture au retour est plus que médiocre même si nous ne sommes pas dans l’avion pour faire un bon repas de réveillon 😋 , c’était quand même pas bon du tout. Bonne année 2022

Could not hear announcements from staff. Luggage in hold was delayed on both legs of trip.

4 flights in 3 weeks between arrival and departure and all flights delayed about 5 to 6 hours ! What’s going on with AF ?! Not a low cost and you paid for that service !?!? Not anymore

Nadelen: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Voordelen: "The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines."

Nadelen: "Séjour de 5 jours aller/retour sur Boeing 777 sans escale, le repas médiocre à l’aller est strictement identique au retour. Varié les repas pendant 1semaine ne seraient pas du luxe même en éco. Aucun divertissement pendant 7h de vol, à si, l’itinéraire de vol."

Nadelen: "Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Nadelen: "Tres mauvaise expérience avec Air France, vol raté, donc 900€ de frais supplémentaires pour un voyage avec mon epouse et nos 2 jeunes enfants. Le vol en lui-meme etait correct."

Nadelen: "Old plane with very lousy seats for a super expensive business class. Super slow check in and overall process till boarding because of lack of ground staff compared to passenger volumes"
Nadelen: "boarding groups were not adhered to and those in a lower boarding group often boarded well after those in later boarding groups."

Nadelen: "La qualité des distractions. Parfois, l'écran buggue et sur un vol de 8h, les distractions sont primordiales."

Nadelen: "Bright lights on throughout flight, would have been nice to dim lights for late night flight so passengers could rest"

Nadelen: "More water provided during the flight. Also, the second meal was not very good."

Nadelen: "Everything was incredibly poor. Flight was delayed, entertainment was outdated and the airport staff were rude."

Nadelen: "The food was awful and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved."

Nadelen: "I didn't really use the in flight entertainment - the usual movies, tv etc"

Nadelen: "L'état de mon bagage à l'arrivée. Déchiqueté. Est ce lors du premier vol BKk Amsterdam sur Air France ou Amsterdam Bordeaux sur KlM ??? toujours est-il qu' il est irréparable"

Very small seats, no legroom. Not enough storage for the amount of carry on people bring now, causing delay leaving because people are trying to find places to stow luggage.

En plus articuler l’arrivée. 1h15 avant que l’avion ouvre ses portes et 1h20 pour récupérer la valise

C’est un petit trajet Une bouteille d’eau et un chocolat suffit déjà

Nadelen: "I was unable to check in online, then waited in line at the counter for 45 minutes to then be redirected to AirCanada counter, where I then had to walk back and forth across the airport with their representative to have them 'find' my ticket, which was supposedly lost. It would have been nice to be informed via email, which counter I should check in at and also, confirmation that they had my ticket. Fortunately I showed up 3 hours early, because I needed every minute of it."

Nadelen: "After a delay on my first flight, I managed to get to the gate with a few minutes to spare and the door open. The desk agent refused to let me board the plane."

Nadelen: "Retard de 7h à l’aéroport de Hong-Kong! Donc attendu 11h ( on avait une escale de 4h au départ) on a eu de la misère à se faire payer un repas à l’aeroport....c’etait Un bol de ramen sans breuvage...."
Nadelen: "J'aurais apprécié au moins une petite collation sur un vol de cette durée."
Voordelen: "l’écoite et l’aide offerte surtout avec un bébé et beaucoup de bagqges"

Nadelen: "Service counter at check in Vancouver was terrible and unprofessional. Poor to very poor. Flight delayed with no announcement until you ready to board then they inform you your flight has been delayed but wouldn’t give reasons. Twice. Both connections."

Nadelen: "Les points moins agréables sont la connexion à votre application. Il m’a pris 30 minutes avant d’avoir accès au menu du lecteur électronique. Puis, le service des agentes leur du premier vol était ordinaire. J’ai demandé à deux reprises un verre d’eau. La première fois, j’étais un fantôme. Elle n’a que servit la personne à côté de moi. La deuxième fois, elle avait oublié."

Nadelen: "Pas de cuillère pour manger ma soupe et la bière était chaude"
Voordelen: "vol assez rapide vin dans le repas pour mieux dormir siege ajustable pour mieux dormir"
Nadelen: "rangee de trois quand on est pres du hublot et que les autres dorment on est bloque pas beaucoup de place pour les bras et les jambes beaucoup trop de films asiatiques agent de bord ne comprenant pas du tout le francais, je lui demande du vin blanc et il me sert du jus de pomme.. pas de jolie fille a cote de moi"

Voordelen: "Basically the same budget airline, BUT unlike a previous Germanwings experience, on time, no boarding issues, great crew. This was connecting flight with Air Canada. This time around seating was in the roomier front section which was infinitely better than the "cheap seats" near the back."
Nadelen: "Food is rubbish. Why bother. Just give us water and have done with it!"
Voordelen: "Boarding was very efficient, staff was friendly and the plane super clean."
Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "Because the first flight was delayed I did not end of completing this leg of the trip with Air Canada but instead rode British Airways."

Voordelen: "I was able to change my seat from a middle to a window. I also had an open seat next to me so I was not squeezed in. The person at the desk in Toronto was very pleasant and helpful."
