Voordelen: "The crew was very polite and very helpful. Boarding process was smooth and easy, however, the Singapore airport has security checks at every gate prior to boarding. This meant that after clearing this security process at the gate, bathrooms were not available until after boarding the flight and drinking water stations were not easily found in the secure boarding area. The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals."
Nadelen: "On a 14 hour flight, staying well hydrated is very critical and difficult. It would have been nice for the crew to make more frequent trips through the cabin to offer just water refills to keep passengers hydrated and reduce plastic cup usage."

Nadelen: "they walked past me twice with introductory drinks without stopping and offering me one, I then had to ask for one.. not good. the younger staff need to develop the wonderful standard of the older staff."

Voordelen: "The attentiveness of the flight attendants and the new plane."

Nadelen: "First experience with Singapore where the crew made a negative impression. As soon as the plane pulled away from the terminal, crew members seemed rushed and frantic, literally running back and forth from Economy Premium to the galley gathering items. Approximately every 7-10 minutes, crew members would be running back and forth next to my seat with heavy foot steps, which would wake me up. I also noticed that certain crew members were shouting at passengers to get their attention instead of lowering themselves to be heard. One flight attendant almost spilled orange juice on me because she turned around too fast trying to serve drinks. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, or if it was the influence of a certain crew boss, but something was definitely wrong."

Voordelen: "Everything about this flight was top notch. The inflight entertainment, touch screen and remote controlled, was so good i was up the entire time watching movies Black Panther, Downsizing, DeathWish, Pacific Rim and listening to the wonderful library of music, i was surprised at the range of music, from uncensored rap to big band."

Voordelen: "It’s worth it to pay a bit more for the extra legroom seats."

Nadelen: "No entertaining at all, only old movies. The seats are very tight. There was a guy snoring during the flight keeping everybody awake. The breakfast was mediocre, just a a bun with fruit"

Voordelen: "Everything SIA stood for, we experienced it, despite the unfortunate delay which the ground crew couldn't have done much about."
Nadelen: "Unfortunate delay caused by technical issues. I'm just glad we found it on the ground, instead of in the air. But the delay was REALLY long."

Voordelen: "I dropped my scarf and only realized after I was seated. People were still boarding and I told a young man attendant and he found it and brought it to me. And he was such a gentleman too! Wish I knew his name but it was Frankfurt to JFK 835am flight on April 3rd. Thank you again!"

Voordelen: "Singapore airline crew is always top notch in terms of service and attentiveness. It's a direct flight from Singapore to Canberra! Beats the layover in Sydney or Melbourne."
Nadelen: "Business class seats were uncomfortable compared to other business class. They're not lay flat seats, and I can't get the seat even close to flat because my feet jam in to the bottom of the seat in front of me. The food wasn't great, some of the meal which was supposed to be served hot was still cold."

Nadelen: "Inflight entertainment wasn't as extensive as in previous years."

Nadelen: "Boarding at Singapore airport was shocking, as we had to wait 6 hours for our flight. Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

Voordelen: "the first class seats from HK to SFO, IFE, service, dom perignon, red wine, excellent attention, greeted personally by four of flight team, provided flight details personally. Im 6'0" so the bed was a little short. it was simply a wonderful experience."
Nadelen: "the IFE is not touch screen and pausing on the hand held was fidgety, but a huge 24 inch screen and beautiful."

Voordelen: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Nadelen: "1. the food was a disaster. 2. The noise on the flight from a group of passengers was terrible, no way to sleep or rest. 3. The staff did not try to calm the people the steward laugh me when I complained.."

Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"

Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "The checking in experience was chaotic. I was told I was on standby for my connecting flight to New York. The flight was delayed by almost an hour and a half."

Voordelen: "Though I was never sent an email for my daughter's check in, I had a different reservation for her but still under my name and same email, when I called on the phone the people were pleasant. They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."
Nadelen: "All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so."

Nadelen: "The plane seats are closely spaced. I'm not heavy but am tall, so the row spacing isn't the best. The cattle call boarding is not desirable. Would prefer zone boarding."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Nadelen: "So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!"

I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"

La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."
