The crew was fantastic. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs throughout the flight. Definitely Singapore Airlines is the best.
Everything good accept food not good
I love my experience with this airline. The crew was very accommodating and the service was more than excellent. It felt like being home up in the clouds.

Nadelen: "I heard so many good things and was left disappointed. The service from staff try to help and be nice but some of them do not care at all, things like too busy to bring a beverage etc was a tad annoying. dont know if i will use them again"

Nadelen: "Old plane, cramped seats, wrong tissue paper (unusabke) in bathrooms, instead of paper towels, unremarkable food, served almost cold, rushed staff which spilled water on me (offered S$75 voucher as compensation), however did not take thebtime to listen to requests from passengers who spoke poor English, etc."

Nadelen: "wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride."
Nadelen: "aren't all the passengers on the flight same? how come economy passengers denied Biryani, while premium and Business class gets it?"

What an absolute joke of an airline. 1) Flight attendant spilt a half a bottle of water on me and didn’t even apologise 2) Same tv shows and movies as 5 months ago. 3) no eye shades 4) entertainment turned off around 20-25 mins before landing and all headseats collected 5) staff"
Nadelen: "Le racket de cette compagnie commence dès l'enregistrement. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Nadelen: "Poor food quality. When long haul involves 4 flights in total MUCH more variety is required. When the snacks are predominantly cheese based, then that's repeated x4 Entertainment was poor. Not enough comedy, not enough documentaries and again by the 4 th flight, well just try to sleep as you've done all the good movies"

Nadelen: "Window seat is quite cramped and I am not sure why I had to pay to choose a seat before this flight but not for my previous flight to Singapore which resulted in me getting one of the last seats available which was a pretty cramped window seat. Also too many repetitive announcements"

Voordelen: "That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much"
Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Voordelen: "As I said, the crew and facility were pretty good. But the bad things really ruined the trip and pissed me off."
Nadelen: "First of all, I tried to purchase the on-plane WiFi. That didn't happen, as I was told there was an error in purchasing and I didn't end up getting any connection. Yet when I got off the plane, I realized that I was nevertheless charged for $12. This was definitely annoying, and they still haven't gotten back to me. Secondly, which is very frustrating and infuriating, was the fact that not only was my checked luggage delayed, they did not call me or reply to my emails with any useful information on my luggage's situation. To this date, I have no idea where it is, if it's lost or damaged, or when can they deliver it to me. I had all my clothes, my DSLR camera and gifts in my luggage, and I had to buy a bunch of stuff in the next few days because I didn't have those things. It has been more than a week, and they still haven't gotten back to me on anything. For this reason alone, I think they totally deserve a poor overall rating, especially because I chose them in the first place because I trusted their good ratings."

Nadelen: "Even thiugh i paid for first class , i was made to wait for 30 minutes while economy passengers boarded. Many of them arrived after me. Other first class flights allow you to eat when you want. not this one. i slept through their mealtime - no food for me. the seats also do not recline fully. Since the treatment is not first class, might as well fly economy on this one."

Nadelen: "Check in at JFK took ages as the ground staff just didn’t bother about balancing queues versus available agents. One quueue moves fast and the other got stick . Some of the agents were novices After boarding some passengers couldn’t find place for their carry on a. They were rudley informed that they are carrying large carry ones and were threatened with deboatdong if they weren’t fast in finding alternate places for their bags"

Nadelen: "Three of is were travelling and they offered food only l to two of us..i think they thought my three year old doesn't need food..and on my flight to Kochi the crew was so mean.."

Voordelen: "1) the flight was not full which was a big plus 2) the universal charging at the seat, I didn't need a converter."
Nadelen: "1) The sinks in 4 bathrooms were broken. People were still using the bathrooms although there was no sink. So people were not washing their hands which is unsanitary. 2) the food was not very good, nor the timing of it. Also sandwiches in plastic wrapping were distributed during sleeping hours and that was very disruptive. 3) the plane was older. 4) the flight was very expensive so I expected 5 star features and comfort, but it was only a 3 star for me."
Nadelen: "They only had vegeterian options for the most part even when the expectation is that they would have at least some meat choices. They ran out of the meat options quickly. The crew was very nice though and arranged for a chicken meal at the end"

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Kids were crying most of the trip and the seats were so we couldnt sleep and when the food came they give you options hoping that you will choose what they got on their mind and they end up giving everyone the same type of food."
Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE.
