We finally found the representative to Air Belin to check us in at the Frankfurt Airport to find out we will be flying with Balkan Airline at another terminal. The same thing happened on the way back. Luckily we arrived at the airport early both times to make sure we were flying. But getting information from one airline to another is hard when your booking # & flight number is different for each airline, & when you call the airline they tell you to go to the airport as they cannot help you over the phone. The flight was find but to board is another."

Nadelen: "The boarding was a mess, because they decided to consolidate the passengers of two planes, so most of the seats were double booked and they were struggling to find seats. The flight was delayed with one hour because they were looking for lost passengers. Complete mess!"
Voordelen: "The crew are friendly and professional, I was greeted and given instructions when I missed a connecting flight due to mechanical issues with the first flight. I was given new boarding ticket for the next day's flight along with vouchers for the hotel and meals. The hotel was inside the airport and had a late check out and I was able to keep my carry on luggage in the room for most of the day."
Nadelen: "Turned the face value for the meal vouchers were way to low and was not enough to cover a very basic meal therefore I had to cover the difference."

Voordelen: "The first leg, Madrid to Vienna, was great. Check-in and flight crew were friendly. Check-in line was very long though. Took almost an hour due to some passengers adjusting the weight in their bags."
Nadelen: "The second leg, Vienna to Sophia, was not smooth at all. I did not get a boarding pass for it when I checked in at The beginning in Madrid. At Vienna airport, no one knew where I could get the boarding pass. They sent back and forth between terminals and between airlines check in counters. Finally Austrian airlines issued the boarding pass. My bag did not arrive in Sophia. Two other passengers, who had also transferred, did not receive their luggage either."

Very comfortable flight and professional crew

Notice that "this flight is often delayed" would help when booking so as not to miss the connecting flight

LOT turned out to be a nightmare of a company, they delayed the first flight so I skipped the second, i had LOT business both flights, they didn’t care to help find another flight i had to buy economy and pay 230 extra with them. Horrible experience and of course they didn’t provide a hotel as the flight was next day

Has not happened yet, and the airline has offered no assistance in making it happen, other than waiting for 5 days.

Had to lay extra at the airport for baggage because LOT Airline website was not allowing me to purchase on there. This is the second time. So disappointed with this feature.

Nadelen: "On a way to Poland from New York we were waiting two hours in airport with no information. Then we were sitting in airplane 50 minutes more. It was delay 2hours and 50 min."
Nadelen: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Nadelen: "We were forced to pay for our checked bag and it felt like a scam. We even showed the staff the website where it said free 1st checked bag and they said we don't work for LOT we work for airport. Very scammy to me. Felt very unfair."
Nadelen: "The airline left bagages of 30 passengers at Origen since AC was too small. Two hours at the airport to file report, have to wait for next flight Never again LOT"
Voordelen: "The biggest supprise for me was the 787 Dreamliner which is very comfortable. You do everything to provide an excellent experience. The crew was very nice and helpful, You are the best! I don't fly often but LOT is my favorite company to fly to Odessa. Thank you for great service!"

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled. Employees lied to us about other flight information. Other passengers received food and water as a small compensation and we received nothing, even though our same flight was cancelled. They had to rebook us twice due to their mistake and no one even apologized. Barely made any effort into helping us from their own mistake."

Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Delay of over 2 hours, I had to take another flight in Sofia that I missed because of this delay. Asked to the crew information about the airport as i still was able to make it to my next flight when we landed at Sofia airport. However, crew wasn’t able to give information about anything, no one tried to help us. As readily we missed our other flight, where stranded at Sofia, had to find a hotel and had to book a bus to our final destination next day. Horrible experience.

Il n'y a pas eu de vol. Correspondance raté à cause du retard effectué au départ de Charleroi. Très mauvaise expérience. Ryanair un compagnie à fuir. Bloquée sur Toulouse à cet instant même une maman se bat pour rentrer chez elle avec ses deux enfants.

Une horreur. 8h de retard. Aucune explication. Un voucher de 8€ au bout 6h d'attente alors que le sandwich le moins cher est à 7€ et que la règle du voucher c'est 4€/heure de retard. On est monté dans un avion. On a du redescendre et sortir de l'aéroport. On a du repasser les portiques de sécurité. Donc ceux qui ont acheté des liquides en duty free la première fois se sont faits emmerdés. L'horreur. J'ai jamais vu ça. Et quand on finit par décoller, le personnel naviguant sûrement à bout n'était même pas aimable. J'appréhende le vol du retour. Dernière fois sur Ryanair.

There was a good process in place for checking documents at check in..staff were helpful a bit frustrating having to wait to queue for the gate no seats..so not great for older customers or those with kids

Voordelen: "Nothing. This was the worst experience ever"
Nadelen: "This flight was booked with an unrealistic connection time. The second flight was missed and we had to buy another ticket to get to our destination."
Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Voordelen: "Ponctualité."

Nadelen: "filthy plane, confused staff, cattle truck class. I bet people got comfier rides to aushvits. if only there were national carrier flying my route"

Nadelen: "Comme à chaque vendredi, le vol Nantes-Marseille prévu pour 18h05, part en retard. Cette fois, l'avion a décollé vers 19h50."
Nadelen: "L'enregistrement fait par un stagiaire inefficace au plus au point,et l'aéroport de Marrakech est une catastrophe au niveau gestion... 3h d'attente à l'arrivée pour passer le contrôle des passeports.Et 1h30 au retour...."
Voordelen: "It was cheap, so, I won't complain."
Nadelen: "It was cheap, so, I won't complain."
Voordelen: "Timeliness. Small airport."
Nadelen: "Limited seating space."
Voordelen: "Just plain good old Ryanair on time no frills"
Nadelen: "All was perfect"
Voordelen: "The flight arrived without crashing. 100% survival rate."
Nadelen: "Cattle call. Couldn’t check in early. No gate announcement until 15 minutes before boarding closed, so had to wait in central area then rush to gate. No policing of unruly gate area. Seated in middle seat that didn’t recline. Had to check in via app prearrival at airport to avoid £55 fee per person. Basically the UK version of Spirit Airlines, but worse."
Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."
Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"
Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"
Voordelen: "Nothing!"
Nadelen: "Delays, with poor comms. After advising of delays, they called us to form queues at the gate, but it was more than 1.5 hours before we started boarding. That’s 1.5 hours standing in line with no communication! No apologies from staff, and when we did start boarding a member of staff was so annoyed at some passengers who we’re in the wrong queue that they called out to the entire queue, (quote) ‘the little baby Jesus is sending you a sign so look to the heavens and you’ll see a sign which says priority to the left and non-priority to the rigjt, ok?’ Again, this is after keeping us queuing with no apologies and no refreshments for 1.5 hours. In all, we were three hours delayed, and not one member of staff even mentioned it. Staff on board were really poor also: huffing and rolling their eyes at passengers ordering food. Genuinely shocking service."
Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"
Nadelen: "45 minutes pour recuperer des bagages a l'aller 1 heure de retard au retour"
Voordelen: "on vient chez Ryanair pour le prix"
Nadelen: "le retard de 2h30, ce qui a engendré une désorganisation totale au départ. Tout en Anglais sauf l'annonce pour les tickets à gratter payants qui est aussi en Français!!!!"
Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"
Voordelen: "Rien !!"
Nadelen: "Retard de 4H30 environ, manque d'informations, retardé petit à petit de sorte qu'il est impossible de faire quoi que ce soit d'autre que de traîner dans l'aéroport... Vol prévu à 6H15, à 9H00 (nouvelle heure supposée jusqu'à... 9H00) on nous donne 5 euros de voucher... Je reste avec la même impression que j'ai d'habitude avec cette compagnie : "plus jamais, je n'aime pas être traité comme du bétail" Et puis en général je craque sur les prix évidemment... Des bus (pourris) avec des ailes, ils ne s'en cachent pas..."
Nadelen: "Boarding chaotic, late departure with no explanation"
Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"
Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"
Voordelen: "Agent de bord très gentil"
Nadelen: "Site internet difficile à comprendre, j’aurais payé à l’avance les frais de bagages en soute. 80 euros!!! Sur place!"
