Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Nadelen: "I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

I had to take a greyhound bus in the middle of the night to get to NYC. It's as terrible as it sounds. I am filing a complaint with AirEuropa"

Nadelen: "The bathroom was extremely dirty at the beginning of the flight, had to hold it because it was so disgusting. The crew ignored requests, they skipped us on the beverage run twice, and walked past us when trying to giving them the trash (on their trash run). The crew keep bumping the food carts on the seats, repeatedly, during service. I was given water twice and both times they spilled water all over my clothes, it was not bumpy at all. The entertainment screen was broken, the images were pixelated and going in a crazy pattern. Even if you turned it off anytime there was an announcement it would turn on. Plane was delayed. We sat in a warm plane for over an hour."
Nadelen: "The plains are old and uncomfortable, very little space in between seats. The food wasn't good"
Nadelen: "I had to add luggage into the booking. In short, that is impossible to do on the website, and very little information about luggage in the booking procedure. So, the passenger didn't take any changes and asked me to book flight with another airline. Which I did, and found out that canceling is not a thing that you do either...."
Voordelen: "Flight left and arrived on time and seats were comfortable for airline seats."
Voordelen: "The flight was on time and it is the only direct option to get from Europe to Bolivia. I had to rebook my dates and the attention of Air Europe for this was Excellent!"

Nadelen: "Had trouble confirming flight on their mobile app, then suddenly it worked. At airport kiosk, for printed ticket, was only in Spanish German and French. Muddled through that and got printout. Then to find out onboard they would even charge for water?"
Nadelen: "People were boarded by standing in a line instead of zones. We stood in line for a good 30 minutes. Also, while standing in line, a gate representative decided to take the back half of the line and move them to the priority line to "expedite the boarding process". As one of the last people in the original line seeing everyone behind me board before me, I was annoyed. This was poor form."
Nadelen: "Old plane, no entertainment system (just AirEuropa ads in a loop), late and slow boarding, no blankets or pillows."

Arrivé aux portes d'embarquement, je m'assoie pour attendre l'annonce de l'ouverture des portes. HEUREUSEMENT, un policier me demande ce que j'attends, me dit que l'embarquement vient de fermer, que je dois courir. Arrivé devant la porte, plus de passerel, le commandant à était bien gentil de me laisser monter dans l'avion qui décollait 2 min après. Je ne vous remercie pas !"

Bref vraiment dégoûtée"

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Nadelen: "arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"
Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."
Nadelen: "App info and service poor. Gate closed more than 30 mins before flight while flight was delayed according to the AP status. Would not fly with Vueling again."

Nadelen: "We didn’t fly and we paid extra money to fly on 8-3-2019. We arrived one hour and five minute before and the crew refused to check us in and said we should be there at least one hour and half. Very very poor service,i will never fly with RAM."
Nadelen: "Boarding was a complete debacle. There was no rhyme or reason and that led to it taking forever. The flight staff were rude and not very responsive. Among many things, they ran into a nearby elderly passengers seat several times with food/beverage carts and did not apologize."

Nadelen: "At the Check in in Laayoune the attendant could not register the whole of my trip with the fidelity number. The snack on board is always the same, cheese sandwich, which could be made with better bread, wrap, chiabata, etc. Very bad."
Nadelen: "They canceled the flight without telling anyone including the airport. Airport staff was on the phone with them and said the flights canceled. Then we had to go to 3rd party service who really couldn’t do anything. I had to customer service in the States to finally book myself on another airline. The alternative was to fly to Casablanca and stay there for two days since the next available flight was the 15th. I would have to pay for the second night myself."
Nadelen: "Once again, there were some issues because I am pregnant. There was continued confusion and duplication with the release of liability forms, and then there was an unfortunate incident wherein my water was taken away prior to the boarding area with a promise that I could get more in the boarding area. This turned out not to be the case. Luckily, there was a very kind staff person who ran onto the plane and retrieved a bottle of water for me, but this should not be the policy."

Nadelen: "They cancelled our reservation the day before our flight for no reason, without notice, and didn't explain why. We had to fight literally an hour before take off to get our seats back. They didn't extend an apology or even an explanation as to why the airline simply cancelled our reservations which we had paid for over an month in advance. During all 4 legs of our trip (N.Y. to Casablanca; Marakech to Fez; Casablanca to Lisbon; and Lisbon to N.Y.) customer service was extremely slow and poor, many of the staff members seemed to not like their job because of how unpleasant they were. The breakfast is three different types of carbs and no nutritional value. I will never fly the so-called 'Royal' air Maroc again. Very unprofessional staff."

Nadelen: "The rest of the food was mediocre. The staff was indifferent and not up to professional standards. A small example was unlike other airline staff they didn’t even bother to pick up rubbish in the aisle or maintain toilet cleanliness which takes so little effort. Again, indifference. Also, surprisingly, there was a spat between one woman flight attendant and a male passenger. They discussed the matter at length behind the first class curtains but it was obvious to many passengers that something was wrong."

Nadelen: "The crew member assigned to the aisle I was in, was so careless that he bumped on me 90% of the times he passed and never excused one single time! The worst: when leaving the plane, I forgot my iPad in the pouch of the chair in front of me. 20 minutes later when I realized it, although I contacted the counter immediately they said that they could not find it and that they could not do anything to help me!"

Voordelen: "I have bad experiences in the past flying RAM but this time was around was quite pleasant. The flight crew was kind and very attentive. The food was actually pretty decent compared to before and the boarding process was orderly and well organized. I hope they keep improving the quality of the airline in the future."

Nadelen: "The process of boarding was a mess. The people already seated at the gate were told to get back up and queue for an additional security check before boarding. Minutes after being reseated at the gate, the attendants suddenly announced everyone as boarding so everyone rushed to get their tickets scanned without instructions as to which rows or classes. Passengers were placed in a shuttle bus which was stalled for several minutes and once dropped off at the tarmac, there was only one attendant rechecking passports and seat tickets at the stairs leading up to the aircraft which led to more bottleneck and pushing."

Nadelen: "The website is very bad really awful ,it needs upgraded ,one can't even register for the email@example.com and you should make it easy for people to upgrade to business class."

Nadelen: "we had a long wait on tarmac in NYC - understand it was not the airline's fault however. Sometimes on return trips to the US the food is not very good - and repetitive to connecting flight I take to get to Casa. I like yogurt but 3 times on flights is too much, and the bread is stale. Salmon dinner is a good option."

Nadelen: "My seat position did not allow me to have an aerial view of sights and scenes during descent."
Nadelen: "One tough crew member can make the flight feel rough."
Voordelen: "We purchased this fare as it had a rock bottom rate for traveling one way back from Madrid on a connector through Casa Blanca. We flew another airline there. We verified that the airline has an impeccable safety record, so we said, "Ok. We will try it." We arrived in one piece and our luggage was there, and we empathized with how the crew could work these conditions day in and day out. If cost is the only consideration in lieu of the other comments below, then this is a good choice..."
Nadelen: "The infrastructure of the Casa Blanca airport is not where it should be compared to other major airports. That said, the airport does have a food court area and some limited shopping so there is an attempt to carry forward to a modern airport, but the next upgrade they should concentrate on is rest rooms. There is also good direction as to where you need to go when disembarking from the connector flight. Dis/embarking was on the run way followed by a bus ride to the terminal. We stood for 10 minutes crowded in the bus before waiting before going to the plane and 10 standing on the runway, but not before the free for all of ascending the stairway to heaven. With rock bottom rates we must have had 20 children on the flight and at least 10 babies on top of that. We have our own family so are empathetic to the challenges of traveling with infants and small children, but at points it seemed like synchronized crying. The aircraft was a 747 wide body so the engine noise and ability to ride the air was comfortable, but the seats were very compact and difficult for me as a man that is 6'2". I felt very sorry for passenger who was 6'10". The plane had no in flight entertainment system aside for a plug in for music on headsets. This means lots of chatter on the flight at some points reaching the level of a busy restaurant on a Friday night with 10 babies crying thrown in. We were lucky as we were not seated directly next to a crying baby or next to a person that does not think deodorant is ever a requirement. Conclusion: you will get no transatlantic sleep and pray you do not get seated next to a baby or deodorant optional passenger."
