Scheduling could improve. There was no need to go to Los Angeles when I could have flown directly to San Diego from Amsterdam.

Lors de notre retour de New York sur le vol air France du 19 septembre à 19h50 heure locale, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance des hôtesses !!! Merci à elles qui ont fait du voyage un vrai plaisir.

Sur ce vol l'organisation de l'embarquement est à revoir car très mal gérée. Rien à dire sur le personnel et le service. En revanche sur le vol aller (D265 le 8 août), 4 heures de retard sur l'horaire prévu à Roissy au final avec un changement de porte de dernière minute, très mauvaise gestion qui a impacté notre arrivée et la suite du voyage.

Worse experience ever

Un petit problème, mais pas forcément dû à Delta, est que nous avons eu 3 changements de porte. Sinon tout était bien.

J aurais aimé que les passagers soient appelés par zone. Exemple zone 1 présenter vous pour débarquement ensuite zone 2..... ainsi les autres passagers restent assis et attendent leur tour.

Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

The check-in boarding counter only had 1 employee, the flight was running 20mins late.

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Delayed departure. Made me have to pay more for parking and had to call out of work.

Personnel très sympa, très serviable.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

The entertainment unit not work. It kept freezing up, the map kept moving around to other parts of the globe, so,e functions didn't operate at all. Finally less than halfway through the flight the unit froze up all together and was completely unusable. Also, the seat wasn't able to recline as the button on the seat was completely missing!

Anyone that purchased a Delta 1st Class seat should have access to the Delta Sky Club. My wife and I purchased 1st Class tickets for a Delta flight from SeaTac to Washington Dulles but were denied entrance to the SeaTac Delta Sky Club because we did have an American Express card.

La qualité des repas de air Canada pour les cool outre-mer ont perdu en qualité. Le petit déjeuner était d’une médiocrité. Servis des dés sac en papier brun, un semblant de croissant pratiquement gelé et un yogourt et rien de plus…

Tout était parfait en accord avec mon classement…. La prochaine fois je voyagerai avec un autre classement sur cette compagnie. L’équipage était parfait tres souriant et accessible. Merci

Ce qui m'a deplu : les retards aux contrôles ont empêchés certains d'être à bord. Leurs bagages ont été retirés, et au final nous avons loupé notre correspondance FRA-Lyon de 10 mn, sans aucune solution alternative (2 jours de grève après; 16 et 17/09).

Plus d'une de retard à l'arrivée à Bangkok sans explication. Ma valise égarée . Le repas très moyen comme maintenant très souvent en classe éco en devient un détail. La valise égarée est un gros problème et après 24 heures, aucune nouvelle

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Vol à l'heure. Vol court donc on n'a pas mangé mais des sandwiches étaient proposés. Pas de divertissement mais ce n'est pas nécessaire sur des vols courts.

I upgraded to business class and service was excellent. Only negative thing was poor selection of entertainment.

La gratuité du repas Tout était payant il ne la Lumos pas lors du vol ils sortent le TPE après avoir demandé ce que l’on souhaite consommer

It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS."

Food was also very mediocre (beef with chocolate sauce???) and many people in my flight were forced to check regulation carry ons for exorbitant fees. I would expect this kind of thing from a budget airline like Ryanair or something, but thought SAS could do better."

Nadelen: "SAS like other airlines gives you a chance to bid on a nicer seat. If the offer is accepted, your card is charged the amount you bid and you are upgraded. If your offer is not accepted, you keep your seat and are not charged for bidding. I placed a bid for a nicer seat and was informed the day before the flight that my bid was rejected. But when the plane was boarding, I went to the man at the desk and asked if the plane was full. He informed me that it was not, and that I could pay roughly $300 for economy plus, or $1000 for business class. Online, I was ALLOWED to bid $200 for the economy plus seat. If they are going to reject this offer and then have the seat fly empty, they are a bunch of dicks. They had a chance for me to be a happier customer and to make more money. Now they lost both. What was also terrible is that when I family with an infant was moved up a few seats, I suggested to the lady next to me who wanted the newly vacant aisle seat that she ask the flight attendant for it. The flight attendant said it was fine. As the lady sitting next to me went to her her new seat, and old man from a few rows up took it. Another flight attendant had promised it to him. So, now the two of us are crammed, she's pissed that the seat she said she could have she couldn't, and I'm there like "My god, they wouldn't even take my money to let me have a nicer, EMPTY, seat." Poor communication, poorly run. Try another airline."

Nadelen: "It was so cold on the plane with most people including grown men with blankets wrapped up to their neck! I understand the crew moves a lot so want it cold but maybe there’s a happy medium? The cold snack sandwich with cheese and spread of some sort was awful. The main meal was better but not as good as some others I’ve had."

Thats not a good service for a long trip fligt: washington-copenhagen and back. All other Airlines i have been with gives you a choice to choose between 2 different meals, buT SAS they decide for you ! And i have never seen any airline serve pork/ ham because of different believes people have, but SAS service you pork on an international 8 hours flight ! This is first time and last time I’m gonna fly with SAS. I always fly with KLM , perfect in everything and anyway. NO MORE SAS FOR ME !"

Not bad in and of itself but they only gave me a few hours notice that my flight was changed (email sent at 1 AM on a 7 AM flight) and I lost my already paid for upgrade to premium economy. They couldn't find any record of me having purchased an upgrade when I went to check in on my 5+ hour flight."
Nadelen: "Almost absent crew And almost no service. Made flight with United and with United connection. SAS lost my connection, told ME I canceled my reservation. What a mess that was! I could also not reserve any seats online because flight was partner united flight and neither airline would allow me to choose seats."

Nadelen: "I really enjoyed flying with SAS on my way to Stockholm but on my return flight back to DC it was dreadful. Boarding the plane in Stockholm was one of the most unorganized setups I've ever witnessed. Something so simple was made so complicated. Second, their seat recliners go so far back that you barely have space in front of you and can barely see your tv screen. On my previous flight I was in a row where there was no one in front of us so I didn't get to experience the recliner situation. Passengers on the plane were getting into fights. So bad."

The entertainment was nonexistent, no food, not very comfortable

La chance d'avoir des places spacieuses

Initialement prévu en siège 10c, je me suis retrouvé avec un nourrisson de 3 mois à mes côtés. J’ai échangé de place avec le paire de l’enfant afin que la famille soit réuni. Je me suis retrouvé siège 14C avec une personne en fort surpoids à mes côtés. Hormis le fait que cette personne occupait 1/3 de mon siège, j’ai passé le voyage collé à son aisselle, mes oreilles dans ses ronflements et ses gesticulations. Impossible de dormir. Impossible de dîner non plus car la personne prenait toute la place Comfort tres tres désagréable. L’hôtesse m’annonce que l’avion est plein , ps de surclassement et je peux que mettre des boules kies …

Rien ne m'a vraiment plu Temparure élève il faisait très chaud dans l'avion Chaise inconfortable pas possibilité de l'ajuster car abîmé, repas infect. Le constat que je fais c'est qu'il y avait un manque de considération des voyageurs sur ce vol.

Nadelen: "Air France delayed our JFK to CDG flight. That caused us to miss our connection flight afterwards from CDG to MUC. We got a later flight luckily but one of our bags got lost and is still currently lost!!!"

Nadelen: "The fact that you cheapskates don't allow credit or refund is downright usury. I didn't take that flight because of medical issues that caused me to cancel my trip 2 weeks in advance. I pleaded with you to be able to take a credit, to no avail. You lost a customer."

Nadelen: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Voordelen: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

Pas possible de s enregistrer en ligne, uniquement à l aéroport. Aucun contact possible en français ( ni sur place ni par téléphone) Pas possible de choisir les sièges en avance. Transfert horrible : pas de priorité donné aux vols qui partent en 1er pour le contrôle d identité, du coup ç est le bazar, le stress... Perte de bagages, et personne pour nous aider à les retrouver, même par téléphone ils ne peuvent rien faire. Surtaxé coût téléphonique.

There was so much leg room and the seats were comfortable. Additionally, the food was very good.

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

I attempted to change my return flight due to a medical emergency but was unable to do so through the call center. I requested a call back from a supervisor but never received it. Finally I booked a completely new return ticket.

The airplane selected for this 8-hour journey was way too small! It was uncomfortable, cramped, and not to the usual standards. A long-haul transatlantic flight needs to have more space and adequate overhead locker space for carry-on baggage. We had to check our small carry-on and they were the very last bags to arrive at baggage claim, 40 minutes after arrival. On two occasions I counted 17+ passengers lining up in the aisle waiting to access the bathroom, as there were only 2 lavatories in the economy area. Staff were clearly frustrated and the crew had to ask passengers to sit down to avoid blocking the aisle... another point why the plane was too small for that travel duration. Turbulence was frequent, again something that is not as obvious on a larger plane. As an Irish citizen living in the US, I'm so disappointed to see the Aer Lingus standard dropping and will be likely looking for other carriers for my frequent tranatlantic travels.

They should have let us know while we were still in the terminal so we could purchase a book or download a movie. Beer and wine had to be purchased on an international flight. No economy plus."

Nadelen: "Buying via Kayak seemed to put us in second class status with Aer Lingus. We couldn’t get seats ahead, nor could we check in. We never received any notices from Kayak or Aer Lingus or Justfly who processed the sale."
Voordelen: "Nothing really. The price was good, but only a little cheaper than others. I will pay more next time for sure."
Nadelen: "Hot plane (no air vents). Rude attendants. VERY small, narrow seats. They removed a few bathrooms for more seats (rows without windows now). There was nothing to like. Nothing. I was on the IAD to Dublin flight (and back). Delayed flights both ways."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."
