He sat on the tarmac before we left for one hour and 20 minutes and as we arrive on the tarmac for 40 minute's, it would have been nice if they would've told us what the holdup was.

Amazing attentive and friendly flight attendants

My flight was cancelled and scheduled for the following day. Overall, it was ok.

Services they SAID were available on our flights weren’t. Stewardess hit my elbow with the cart (2X) Warm water and a stale cookie didn’t cut it either. My father needed assistance to and from the gate and almost missed one of our flights because no one was there to help him and seemed annoyed that I was pushing the matter. It’s American Airlines but didn’t see anything American about it. WE WILL NOT BE FLYING WITH AA AGAIN…

Unlike other airlines, did not allow for basic economy flexibility for new COVID spike. Disappointing.

If you want to provide a better customer experience, equip all your planes with seats video screens. Passengers on a 4 to 5 hours flight don't want to have to figure out what do to watch a movie or TV. I don't fly American that often, but wanted to give it a try to see the difference between you and the other airlines. I have to say that on the return segment (ORD to SFO), I was not that impressed."

Nadelen: "too little leg room, and quite uncomfortable seats, couldn’t relax and was cramping from being unable to move more than an inch."
Voordelen: "The people I spoke to on the customer service line and then especially at the service desk in Miami were able to help me get a sooner flight so I didn’t have to be driving home until the wee morning. I am VERY grateful to them and American Airlines policies which empower its employees to assist its customers."
Nadelen: "I have to say, I’m a medium sized 6 foot guy, but I felt very uncomfortable in the seat with another 6 foot man to my right. I felt like I couldn’t use rest my shoulder, since he was using the armrest. i know this is a calculated decision made by very high ups, but the seats just need more comfort. I was even in an exit row, which has more legroom in comparison, but the actual seat was almost painful."
Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Charlottetown airport is wonderful. Montreal was a bit confusing & overwhelming but the Air Canada staff were helpful, patient & kind. I’d fly with them again..

On the plus side: Short, easy flight with no issues. On the minus side: Coach seats are narrow, uncomfortable, & close-packed. The flight was full, I felt totally sardined and I am NOT a large person. Also, as the flight was taxiing to the runway they played what felt like an endless stream of commercials with the audio broadcast through the plane's speakers. And of course, the one speaker directly over my head was SO FREAKING LOUD I needed to put my fingers in my ears. That volume also applied to virtually every announcement that was made over the course of the flight as well. So yeah - we got there quickly and in one piece, but it was a fairly miserable experience.

Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Le personnel était très agréable et j'ai particulièrement aimé le fait que les agents de bord était québécois. Après 5 mois en France, je me sentais déjà à la maison juste en attendant leur accent à l'embarquement."

Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Puis, le service des agentes leur du premier vol était ordinaire. J’ai demandé à deux reprises un verre d’eau. La première fois, j’étais un fantôme. Elle n’a que servit la personne à côté de moi. La deuxième fois, elle avait oublié."

Voordelen: "Il a été possible de devancer mon vol. Les départs à tous les heures sont avantageux."
Nadelen: "This was an overnight flight but for those of us in the back of the plane (near this staff hangout section) there was no rest. They were speaking loudly, sometimes over each other, as though at a house party for the duration of the 5 hour OVERNIGHT flight. This isnt the second time I have flown long distance with Air Canada and the 'frat party' in the back occurred on both flights. The first time was much worse-12 hours from Seoul to Toronto- with the party going on the entire time. LOW BUDGET service and attitude at major carrier prices."
Voordelen: "The end of the trip and delivery of luggage 24 hours after arriving in Vienna"
Nadelen: "Old and partly broken plane, horrible food. 2 officials to immigrate hundreds of people at Brussels. Breakdown of luggage system in Brussels. No luggage at arrival in Vienna."
Nadelen: "No video screens for entertainment. If you want to use in flight entertainment, you need to download the Air Canada app prior to boarding."

Nadelen: "I thought Comcast service was bad. This was the worst. They cancelled my flight at the last minute, then escorted all passengers out of the gate, told us to go through customs then pick up our luggage. And said we had to call to arrange another flight, but the phones just left a message saying to call back in a few days. I was stranded with no phone, no hotel, and no flight home. Three days later, I still cannot get in touch with them."
Voordelen: "I liked the friendly crew members"
Nadelen: "1. Could not reserve seat on the return flight and still got charged for it. 2. My seat did not have the new outlet for phone jack and USB charger. I had to use old headset outlet on the arm-rest which did not work. 3. Planes delayed on both directions."

Nadelen: "Systeme de divertissement qui proposait belle variété plantsit souvent. Il a finalement été "rebooté" mais il était tard et cela a pris plus de 30 minutes."
Voordelen: "Langues parlées : Anglais + français."
Nadelen: "C'était notre première fois avec Air Canada et nous avons été très déçus : tout est payant ! Bagage en soute et snack dans l'avion."
