Nice flight but from Entebbe to Amsterdam they didn’t get me what I requested for the baby.

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard
Crew was excellent seats are extremely tight
It left on time and arrived a few minutes early. The whole process of checking in, seating (got my upgrade thankfully!), and the meals (superb multi-grain healthy salad) were great. It arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). American continue to keep up its promise of customer service. I love being part of the American traveller family.

Nadelen: "The legroom wasn't great on the flight from Amsterdam to Dallas. My plane from Dallas to Chicago actually had better legroom, which is ironic considering it was a much shorter flight. I would prefer more legroom on the longer trans-Atlantic flight. My baggage in Chicago was delayed over an hour."

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Nadelen: "They seem to have a lot of technical issues. The flight to my destination was cancelled about 8 hours prior to the flight due to maintenance issues with the plane. The computer system at the airport crashed on the return flight and caused a long delay. I won’t fly AA again."

Nadelen: "The 3 1/2 hour delay was the worst - missed our connecting flight because of it, which is pretty bad when you're supposed to have a 3 1/2 hour layover. Then the flight they put us on was 3 1/2 hours late. We got home at 7 am instead of midnight. Spent 45 minutes sitting on the runway in Philadelphia because another plane was at our gate so we had to wait for them to take off, not just leave the gate. Flight attendants were efficient but not at all friendly - not a smile among them."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
