This crew could have made an effort to deliver the passengers to the Vienna on time or to delay departures of the plains that the passengers were connecting to. There is no excuse for what they did to us.

Late , small space seat to seat, disgusting food and not liquid soap to the toilet .

More space . Several delays , boarding process and security extremely disorganized and time consuming

Boarded process could have been better. Overall excellent flight.

The cabin was a bit warm, and I felt pretty cramped in my seat. The pilots did a fantastic job flying. Landing is my least favorite part of flying, but I didn’t clutch my husband or the seat in front of me when they landed at Dulles.

The last leg of my flight did not exist so I was stranded in DC overnight.

Entertainment was difficult to operate

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Definitely would recommend and I will book again

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

Delay due to lack of personnel!

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

Nadelen: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."

Voordelen: "The security process at the airport was the best and fastest I have had. Flight was however delayed. But flight was short and enjoyable."
Nadelen: "The delay of the flight could have been handled better. We were not advised why it was late or anything. But overall experience was good. Thanks"
Voordelen: "The flight itself was fine. We have taken this flight several times and have never had any major issues. Seattle has improved its arrivals hall, so clearing immigration and customs is much quicker than it used to be."
Nadelen: "Navigating Heathrow when changing terminals is horrid. I have no idea why they make you go through security again when you never leave a secure area. Always allow at least 2+ hours for a transfer. When boarding this flight usually does not have a gate. It is necessary to take a. Is to the plane and walk up the stairs, which seems like unnecessary delays."

Nadelen: "I guess they are having problems getting flights out on schedule I had a long wait coming from the US and they added another 2 plus hours of wait at Heathrow....."
Voordelen: "Fast, easy, and comfortable flight, with a friendly crew."
Nadelen: "For this flight, the line of people to board stretched outside of the gate- it was not possible to wait inside the gate. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight)."
Voordelen: "Friendly attendants on roomy older plane."
Nadelen: "The "snack" was a very unappealing tuna sandwich which was basically an empty bun, but no one is on that flight for the food anyway. The entertainment monitor was broken, but again, it just didn't matter."

Voordelen: "It was for the most part on time."
Nadelen: "Basically a mostly-on-time bus in the sky. Both trips there were issues with soap in the bathroom. The first time: a shared hotel bar. The second: no soap at all. Food awful (tuna sandwiches for everyone served in a closed tube hurtling through the air not my idea of a good time) but it was a short flight from Amsterdam to Malta so whatever."
Voordelen: "Relatively on time. Friendly crew."
Nadelen: "Only had a bar of soap for the bathroom for everyone to use. Didn't seem very hygienic."
Voordelen: "It was a short flight, so we didn't have a meal or anything like that. But all in all the service was fine."

This is a simple flight without much entertainment. The boarding is fluid but the seats in the plane are very close with each other.

Nadelen: "This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight"

Voordelen: "The seats were more comfortable than on the way out. Crew were friendly, polite and efficient. Took off on time and landed early"
Nadelen: "Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online."
Voordelen: "There was a 2hr delay and communication from the pilot was misleading at often times"
Nadelen: "More clerks for checkin/baggage; some organization in queuing to board. It was total chaos and the staff seemed very stressed."
Nadelen: "On s’est vues refuser l’embarquement alors qu’il n’y a eu qu’un appel et que nous sommes arrivées 1minute après, le bus était encore là, le boarding n’était pas fermé et on ne nous a pas laissé embarquer"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed, normal easy jet flight, not expensive, short on space and just about ok on comfort. But, good flight times and reasonable cost. There was a very big man in my row, with his small wife, he just about fitted on,but I don't think of have accepted him sitting next to me."

Nadelen: "The boarding process really lets Easyjey down. It’s never clear where to queue or where to stand and so many passengers get angry about it. It becomes such a stressful thing. It’s literally the reason I chose not to fly with EasyJet where possible. Shame because everything else is good."
Voordelen: "Hard to understand some of the crew announcements due to speaking way too fast"

Nadelen: "They overbooked our flight, sold our tickets and we didn’t get on standby. We had to wait in the airport for 8 hours for another flight because of this."

Nadelen: "Boarding is ridiculous. No direct access to the plane. They make these things called jet ways... start using them! Also the crew said the front bathroom was not in service then proceeded to allow the captain and crew plus a few passengers to use it."

Nadelen: "The carry-on rule was a bit absurd. After being asked to combine two backpacks into one, I was informed they had reached carry-on capacity and needed to check my bag thru to Gatwick."
Voordelen: "It was a short and cheap flight."

Voordelen: "Once we were on board the airplane, the flight was comfortable and just fine. The crew were competent and pleasant and the amenities acceptable."
Nadelen: "The intake of passengers and check in was horrible and embarrassingly slow. It was a poor logistical plan and handled poorly by your onsite staff. And your rules compound the problem. The same for the arrival! The cheap fare was evidently offset by what seemed like a mile walk to customs after we got off the bus. Again it is poor logistics and planning."

Nadelen: "Seats aren't designed to let you sleep (leaning your head back gives a cricked neck as there's no cushion or proper headrest), and the seats are a little cramped."

Voordelen: "Seats were as expected. Staff were friendly. Food was alright, but not much choice for gluten free! First officer explained the route we were taking home, which I find interesting and not all airlines do this now. Might have been nice to be told a little more at points on the way home. Smooth flight and landing, and ahead of schedule too! Luggage reclaim was quick too."
Nadelen: "The queue at check in was ridiculous! 1 lady serving with another for priority only. We stood in the queue for well over an hour and a half, which meant we almost had to literally run to board the plane! Not as relaxing as we'd hoped, especially as we arrived 20 minutes before the check in opened!"

Nadelen: "Salle d’embarquement trop petite, bar très sale et les toilettes n’en parlons pas tout ça a 07h30 qu’est ce que cela doit être en fin de journée. Pas assez de sièges, pas assez de personnel pour aider les voyageurs à l’auto drop bag. Avion pas très propre. Et vol en retard."
