Nadelen: "Passengers traveling with pets took our reserved seats. The places for our baggages were occupied. When addressing this issue, we were told to move further ahead to empty seats. There was no meal included, and the one we purchased could not be paid by POS."

Nadelen: "A minus for the Crew because when we arrived in Hamburg, people started to open the baggage boxes although we were still rolling (like 5 min too early) and they didn't say anything, so more people were following. When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed with nearly 2 hrs. Cabin crew were rude made as feel very uncomfortable. This flight as whoke was the worst one I have even been too. Never ever again. BLUE AIR NEEDS TO SORT ALOT OF THINGS BEFORE OFFER SUCH SERVICES"

Nadelen: "I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Nadelen: "I have booked with 2 checked in baggage pieces. On check in I was told no baggage was paid and I had to pay 100€ for the baggage."

Voordelen: "Boarding was good, flight and crew were good, had refreshments and food which came as a surprise. Overall I had a very good flight."

Nadelen: "Charged £60 for hold luggage because the airline’s unstable website wouldn’t allow me to book in advance (£20 extra in the airport). Plane was delayed because they were late allowing passengers to board and missed the runway slot. Seats were uncomfortable - it was an older airframe."

Voordelen: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Nadelen: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Nadelen: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Nadelen: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

You enter all your details press confirm and it is supposed to go to the next instruction, but a message appeared then took you back to your previous page and you had to input all your details again..this happened many times before I eventually gave up."

Nadelen: "We arrived at the airport at 9:00 to check in for our flight that was scheduled for departure at 12:15 and we were told that we could not check in until 2 hours before the flight (10:15). All of the passengers for flight AZ1466 lined up in front of a check-in counter that displayed Alitalia for our flight. At 10:45 they announced the check in for AZ1466 at a different check-in counter knowing full-well that everyone was lined up for flight AZ1466 on our line. So then everyone that was lined up at the first counter had to line up at the new counter. My wife and I were initially 3rd in line and then after we had to move we were in the very back of the line. On top of that, they only had 1 person checking everyone into economy (which was most of the people on the plane) and they also had to weigh everyone’s carry-on baggage. We were initially told they had weather issues with the snow in Rome and they did not know if we would take off on time or would be cancelled. However, I was getting e-mail messages from Kayak stating our flight was on-time. So how is it that a 3rd party travel company knew what was going on, but the crew at Alitalia did not? Afterward I had to go through security, wait on the tax refund line, and go straight to board the plane. After that we waiting on the plane for 50 minutes and did not take-off until 1:05 PM. These were the problems in short: 1. No one informed us that we could not check in at this particular airport until 2 hours prior to flight departure. 2. They did not begin the check in process until 90 minutes prior to departure. 3. We had to switch check-in lines and they only had 1 check-in person. 4. We had no time to shop or eat lunch at the airport. 5. We boarded the plane and waited until 13:05 to takeoff when we were scheduled to take off at 12:15 (50 minute delay). 6. We received no communications about delays from Alitalia (via e-mail or app). However, we received e-mails from Kayak stating everything was on time. We had no communication from Alitalia about the delay or that we could not check in early (which you could do at every other airport I have been to). We also had a connecting flight in Rome that we were concerned we would miss. We arrived at Rome airport on a delayed flight out of Marco Polo airport (AZ1466). Our 13:40 flight to JFK (AZ610) was delayed until 14:45. After we arrived at Rome airport we ran through the airport to our gate and boarded the plane. After we boarded the plane we waited until 16:10 to take-off (85 minute delay). We did not receive any communication from Alitalia via e-mail, the Alitalia app, or crew members that our flight was being delayed any longer than it already was. We planned on stopping to use the bathrooms in the airport, eat a decent lunch, and shop (which I promised my wife we could do at the airport). However, we could not do any of those things because we did not receive any information about delays from Alitalia. After we arrived home in New York the airline l"

Nadelen: "Legroom inside the aircraft is too small. Salted and sweet snack options including cookies. This is on a two hour flight. Very uncomfortable journey"

Voordelen: "Short flight crew was very friendly. Not many passengers so crew let us move around"

Voordelen: "We arrived in Dusseldorf, there was a wheelchair waiting thanks to AirBerlin, and the rest of the trip was excellent."
Nadelen: "Check in was chaos. A different Alitalia flight had been cancelled so there were mobs at the check in at 4 a.m. waiting for the Alitalia personnel to appear--AirBerlin was open and staffed, but Alitalia was at least 1/2 hour late and all check in had to take place in person at the counter and no counter was specified for our flight. I had requested wheelchair assistance (I'm 80 years old with back problems), but there was none available."

Nadelen: "We paid for bags. Called to check the bags were included and on a technicality alitila charged for bags again. When we asked why, we were told this happens all the time. It seems alitila relays on this to rip of foreigners. This is despicable. This happened twice from two different booking companies and only with Alitalia. I will follow this up next week."

Voordelen: "Flight was quiet and smooth"
Nadelen: "Food was substandard Leg space very crummy"

Nadelen: "One of the entertainment systems was in disrepair. The headphone jack was jammed and the USB charge port was broken."

Voordelen: "Plane in good condition with more than average roominess in economy class with accommodating crew, decent food, and entertainment."
Nadelen: "In Italy Alitalia was difficult to contact and failed to provide timely and complete information about changes to check in procedures, e-ticket number, and flight identification number changes. Web site clunky at best and telephone tree info all in Italian only. When I tried to check in on line only message was of a "problem" with the ticket. No way to get info even at airport until shortly before flight. Flight departed one hour late. My wife's foot room impeded by electronic control box under seat in front of her. In short, back office and online services poor but flight and plane ok. None the less, will not use Alitalia again due to back office problems."

Nadelen: "Oldest plane I've seen in recent years, crew barely acknowledged our presence (talked to each other the whole time), no working air conditioning, and big metal boxes in front of the window seats that take up all of the leg room (yes these seats aren't cheaper."

Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Voordelen: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Nadelen: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."

Voordelen: "L'avion volait."
Nadelen: "Enregistrement chaotique. Pas de possibilité de télécharger les cartes d'embarquement, donc s'impose de payer un surplus de 20£ pour pouvoir embarquer, sans conter que plus de la moitié des passagers étaient dans la même situation, on à dû courir de la zone d'enregistrement jusqu'au service aux clients aller-retour avec toutes les bagages et bien évidemment en faisant des prières pour ne pas rater l'avion. Ensuite, une fois terminé la séance cardio à l'aéroport et passé tous les filtres de contrôle, on est dirigé vers l'aéronef et voilà un autre surprise ; on doit attendre au près de l'avion sur le tarmac... Normalement ça ne devrait pas être grand chose, sauf qu'il y est six heures de matin à London et il fait 5 degrés Celsius à l'extérieur... Oui, ça caille un peu. Aéronef avec un design de base adaptée à la quantité et non à la qualité, fauteuils rigides sans aucun option économique, pas de divertissement abord, même pas un écran et ont ne parle même pas d'amuse gueule sans avoir à recourir à la carte bleu... C'est ma deuxième fois avec Ryanair et cette fois ci ils sont fait des efforts pour se dépasser dans la cônerie... :("

Voordelen: "At first. One too we know the flight was delayed about 30 minutes. Then we got the information that the flight doesn’t go the Brussels but Liège. So from Liège we have to finish the travel with a bus 1 hours 30 minutes to arrive at the airport in Brussels. It’s 11:30 so we have to take a taxi 50 euro to the city."
Nadelen: "The worst was with all these problems, Ryanair didn’t offer any drink or food to passengers."

Nadelen: "D’abord aucun service. Les agents à l’aéroport étaient en grande discussion et riaient ensemble pendant que des dizaines de clients attendaient d’avoir leur aide. Ensuite, des frais d’enregistrement. J’ai voulu m’enregistrer d’avance avec l’application (comme la charmante agente de Ryanair m’a dit de faire), mais l’application ne fonctionnait pas, et le site web mobile m’informait que je devais m’inscrire sur l’application. L’agente a dû se rendre à l’évidence qu’elle devrait m’imprimer mes billets. (Comme n’importe quelle compagnie aérienne autre que Ryanair) Ensuite je lui ai demandé où je pouvais enregistrer mes bagages, et elle m’a dit que je n’avais pas à le faire, que je pouvais me rendre directement à la « gate », comme elle m’a dit. Je lui ai répété à plusieurs reprises que je devais mettre mon bagage en soute, que je ne l’apportait pas avec moi, mais elle me disait que tout était okay. J’ai fait la file durant 45 minutes pour me faire dire que je devais aller enregistrer mon bagage. Quand j’ai expliqué la situation au gardien de sécurité, il m’a simplement dit: « Ah. Vous voyagez avec Ryanair? » Je suis retourné au comptoir de Ryanair, pour faire moi-même le check-in de mon bagage, où j’ai eu la surprise de devoir payer 80 euros supplémentaires pour mon bagage et celui de mon conjoint, soit plus que le prix de nos 2 billets d’avion. Une fois ce montant payé, une agente m’a dit d’aller porter mon bagage ailleurs dans l’aéroport, puisqu’apparemment, nos sacs étaient devenus « over-sized ». En chemin, je demande à une autre agente Ryanair qui me dit que mon bagage doit aller exactement où j’étais. Bref, personnel non professionnel, qualité du service zéro, prix médiocre, confort de l’avion moins mille. Pas d’itinéraire, on ne comprenait rien de ce que les agents de bord disaient, ni les pilotes, pas de goûté. Et dieu sait que je n’ai pas eu le temps de manger avant de prendre ce vol. Qu’on ferme boutique. J’espère que cet avis sera lu et prise au sérieux. Considérez la présente comme la première étape de ma plainte auprès de Ryanair, et de KAYAK. -Catherine Desjardins"

Nadelen: "Le retard et toujours ce problème de réception des cartes d'embarquement par kiwi J'ai reçu cette fois une carte sur 3 par mail Pour faire les cartes j'avais le mail de kiwi cette fois donc ça a été mais je trouve toujours le procédé complètement anormal voire tout à fait ignoble quand je pense aux personnes plus âgées par exemple Je reste choquée par les méthodes du prestataire Kiwi"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by almost four hours."

Voordelen: "The fact that I won’t fly this airline again."
Nadelen: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."

Nadelen: "45 minutes pour recuperer des bagages a l'aller 1 heure de retard au retour"

Voordelen: "Le tarif"
Nadelen: "Embarquement fait à la va vite dans un terminal bondé, départ avec vingt minutes de retard, siège peu confortable en comparaison à d'autres compagnies à bas coûts."

Voordelen: "Nouveau Boeing avec une cabine totalement repensée. Un bon vol dans son ensemble, Ryanair s'améliore de plus en plus: service..."
Nadelen: "Embarquement mal organisé et très retardé. Personnel non aimable..."

Voordelen: "Rien !!"
Nadelen: "Retard de 4H30 environ, manque d'informations, retardé petit à petit de sorte qu'il est impossible de faire quoi que ce soit d'autre que de traîner dans l'aéroport... Vol prévu à 6H15, à 9H00 (nouvelle heure supposée jusqu'à... 9H00) on nous donne 5 euros de voucher... Je reste avec la même impression que j'ai d'habitude avec cette compagnie : "plus jamais, je n'aime pas être traité comme du bétail" Et puis en général je craque sur les prix évidemment... Des bus (pourris) avec des ailes, ils ne s'en cachent pas..."

Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"

Voordelen: "L’équipage était agréable, possibilité de changer de siège, arrivée rapide à Madrid."
Nadelen: "Embarquement « prioritaire » catastrophique dans un aéroport qui frise le hangar de bétail ! Dernier vol du soir = vol retardé. Les nouveaux sièges sont bien moins confortables que les précédents, totalement pensé pour être extrement fins et légers afin de dépenser le moins de kérosène possible"

Voordelen: "To really enjoy flying budget carriers, it’s imperative to purchase upgrades like more seat room and premier boarding. It’s so worth it!"
Nadelen: "It was snowy and windy when we boarded, a jetway would have been better."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Needed to catch connecting flight after Milan to Liverpool flight .. which was Liverpool to Belfast.. already delayed couple days due to weather.. long story short - they put tags on bags to put in hold which meant I wouldn’t catch connecting to Belfast as I’ve have to wait at carousel (Dublin not operating due to snow) , explained my story that I needed to catch this flight in order to have any chance of making uncles funeral but she completely ignored it, and said that’s not my problem!! Couldn’t believe my ears.. Disgusting behavior"

Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."

Voordelen: "Price. Dirt cheap prices is only reason that makes me book this flights."
Nadelen: "U get what u paid for. Check in is slow and only 2 counters are working. During the flight they will try everything to pull money from you. Seats are fixed to one back position."

Voordelen: "Good flight, took off on time and landed early. Didn’t get a chance to try food or entertainment."

Voordelen: "Pour un vol Low Cost, cela s'est bien passé, embarquement un peu long mais nous sommes arrivés avec 10 min d'avance et pas de gros problème lors du voyage."
