All of it could be easily conveyed discreetly but he seemed to be least bothered!"

Nadelen: "-carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways, which then takes up space for other passengers. Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes. Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

Voordelen: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."
Nadelen: "I was not given any option regarding the change of my departure flight from Colombo. Originally it was scheduled for 13th 3.25AM and it was brought forward to 12th night 20.20. This caused inconvenience to me and my family to wait 7 hours for the connecting flight to Johannesburg from Doha. When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit."

When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Nadelen: "Was on flight QR 743 Doha to Boston. The pilot landed as if it was an afterthought In good weather, it sounded as if the pilot used the computer to land. The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Nadelen: "Trip from ZAG to IAH Business Class. At ZAG they told me it was fine to take my skateboard onboard. At the Istanbul layover they forced me to pay $160 or else my items wouldn't make it on board. With a business class I still had to pay extra for a carry-on they said it was okay but then they changed their tune. I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."

Nadelen: "Boarding is poorly done at Lahore. Business class passengers should have a separate line. They should have better announcement system for boarding. Boarding becomes chaos when agents aren’t able to properly board the passengers."

Voordelen: "Boarding on time. Decent food. Relatively clean aircraft"
Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "First meal served was excellent. Entertainment selections are always great on Turkish. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Best bathrooms in the air."
Nadelen: "Plane was maintained very hot throughout our flight, also pressurization was very high making for uncomfortable flight. We needed a better choice than macaroni and cheese for the second meal."

Voordelen: "Free upgrades are great, unfortunately rare."

Voordelen: "highly organized boarding process. I wish other airlines would adopt it. courteous, helpful staff, both on the ground and in the air."
Nadelen: "everything was very well done"

Nadelen: "We missed the flight for teasons totally outside our control. We were stuck at Borg El Arab Airport gate for over an hour and therefore missed our flight. Turkish reps weren't helpful at all and wouldn't try to find a solution for us!! We had to book new tickets with Egyptair. I don't believe we'll be flying Turkish again."

Nadelen: "Expedia has doubled charged me for this flight and do not reimburse. You can't issue two seats for only one person. It's a scam."

Voordelen: "Number of times served and staff was excellent."
Nadelen: "Had one entree option. Take it or leave it is the only choice."

Voordelen: "I liked everything in general . I had the assistance on time from the airport that you asked for me . I was asist from a person to abbord the plane and when I came to Paris and took me to get a taxi"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Previous flight cancelled due to weather conditions, and despite calling and having a lot of flexibility with time, we were unable to reschedule without massive charges. Our refund was quite low, and we will rebook on another airline. This, despite being a TK gold card member."

Nadelen: "My luggage just disappeared on my second leg to Istanbul. 2 email notifications that luggage was not found. Wrong contact phone number at initial report and was not addressed despite report and upload. Also a representative emailed that luggage was erroneously recorded as "delivered" which is not true. I still don't have my luggage after 14 days. No further responses despite extensive documentation and receipts. This is bad!!!"

Voordelen: "Nice staff"

Nadelen: "I have bought two sides ticket from Turkish Airlines. And i miss my first flight, when i came to airport for return flight Turkish Airlines cancel my return flight whitout update by email or massage by phon!!"

Nadelen: "uncomfortable seats, food, lateness compare with shedule, no information provided about lateness, crea was not enough looking on pasangers: some work with laptops and mobile during landing"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew. Good food."

Voordelen: "Excellent service, food, entertainment & Aircraft! Need quicker updates in monitors - seem to redundant"

Voordelen: "One stewardess was very helpful, even though she could not speak English."
Nadelen: "13 1/2 hour flight three rows from the rear of the plane. I feel and smell like a sardine. The food was horrid. I tasted it, but thought best of eating it for fear of food poisoning. It also looked disgusting. Couldn't understand any of the announcements."

Nadelen: "The boarding area at the airport was overly crowded and hectic. It was really difficult to move around with two kids and a few bags."

Nadelen: "Food took up too much tray space and crew did not clear trays promptly. Messages from pilot were inaudible. We went through more than four security checks and we were only transferring planes in Istanbul. Terminal was short on places to sit and had excessive duty free shopping. Walks in terminal went on for miles. With the flight gate only posted 35 minutes ahead of departure, this was a problem."

Nadelen: "The seats on the second flight were smaller and we had no flight console (no movies, usb charge..)"

Nadelen: "Poor customer service, rude airport staff in Istanbul, nobody speak English in airport. I had two 85 years old lady with me and they had wheelchair on their ticket, and a I asked the airport staff in Istanbul but, nobody care, that is bad experience in my life."

Nadelen: "My seat was terribly uncomfortable. The airplane temprature was really low that it made me so sick. I had a missing luggage where i did not hear any updates from Turkish Airlines for 5 days. I ALWAYS fly Turkish Airline internationally when going to Turkey. But after my last experience, i am not so sure"

Voordelen: "The flight was comfortable and on time. My congratulations to THY for the management of the situation so well right after the confusion brought about by the coup d'etat attempt in Turkey. Thanks a lot!"
Nadelen: "The Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul is discrageful, and changing flights there is always a horrible experience. But this is not, of course, the fault of THY. The airport is simply too small for the current number of flights."

Voordelen: "Liked that the flight was on time and the plane clean. Online seat selection and check in was helpful but there was no wait at the airport either."
Nadelen: "No inflight entertainment. Food was poor, but it was only a short flight."

Voordelen: "very nice flight."
Nadelen: "The vegetarian dish could not be arranged in this case, although it was totally the fault of the third party website"

Voordelen: "Again, service was awesome business class cabin temperature should be lowered as it was hot."

Nadelen: "There were enormous crowds at Sabiha Gökçen airport. The flight connections were late due to bad weather, and I nearly missed my connection to Brussels. There was no information and no help, and the gate was already closed. The people at the ground terminal knew no foreign languages. All they could say was 'I do not know. This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Voordelen: "Boarding was on time and departure as well."
Nadelen: "Entertainment in the whole plain did not work. At arrival we waited about 30 min before exiting the plain."

Voordelen: "I'll start with the food. Authentic Turkish cuisine with multiple options. The entertainment trumps the food with dozens of movies. Let's face it, this isn't Emirates, but you can't go wrong with 15+ recent movies for a 10 hour flight. I watched three and even got some sleep."
Nadelen: "Service was subpar, but this was a full flight. Boarding was pretty terrible with 3 security lines. The lines themselves were not a problem, but they did not provide nearly enough room at the gate for this, and the boarding started 2 hours before scheduled take off. Personally, I'd rather not sit on a plane for an hour before having to sit through a 10 hour flight, but we were not given a choice."

Nadelen: "Heat on flight was too high the second half."

Voordelen: "Train ur staff to be courteous, improve their deamenour, improve the quality of food. Your r turkish, the best cuisine in the world but the food quality on airline was the worst. On one leg of my flight they turned off the AC; Seriously!!"

Nadelen: "They canceled the flight that I booked from muscat to Manama at 1245 and booked to me at 745 am flight, and they keep me waiting for six hours to catch my flight from Manama to Riyadh, They did not offer me a hotel to stay during the waiting period."

Nadelen: "Lovely new Dreamliners. Best TV screen but poor content/choice of shows. Rest good."

Voordelen: "All was great since the moment I got into the Airport until arrival into Lebanon... All went through extremely well."

Nadelen: "The aircraft left an hr late with passengers waiting on board ..no alcohol on the flight which to be fair I knew was their policy..Then they couldnt get the doors open at the destination Airport leaving us onboard for 45 minuutes at the gate..I also found the cabin unbearably hot with no individual air con controls..the crew were also nowhere to be seen most of the flight so had to get up frequently for water and inconveniencing the passenger next to me"

Nadelen: "The (A321) plane could done with an overhaul, but understandable as to why it is the way it is; for the purpose short hauls. Besides, the flight was only for an hour. Other than that, nothing much more to say."
