Voordelen: "Good crew, fair choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine."
Nadelen: "A couple on our flight decided it was OK to have their 4-year old run around the cabin shrieking and causing a lot of fuss. Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Voordelen: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

Nadelen: "The planes weren't as comfortable as others I've been on like the double deckers of Emirates. Their economy class was NOTHING special. Everyone talks about how superior Qatar is, but I found nothing special about it...the seats, the food, the entertainment were all basic and nothing fancy. The crew, while very sweet, seemed inexperienced and green to me..but they were lovely and that's all that ultimately matters."

Nadelen: "Nothing. Seriously. Tasty food, good movie selection, plenty of legroom, pleasant flight attendants, comfortable seats... good stuff. :)"

Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"
Nadelen: "Le manque d'espace , mais il me semble que s'est pire avec d'autres transporteurs. Dormir ou essayer de dormir dans un avion, un vraie aventure, de toute façon."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

Nadelen: "We departed late and arrived at least 30-40 mins late. Crowded plane. I was very uncomfortable, the person sitting next to me took up space and was not very friendly. Bathrooms were not so clean at times (this may not necessarily be the airline’s fault)."

Nadelen: "Checking our bag was a nightmare. All bag check-in was at kiosk which we couldn't use because we had to pay to check our bag. Had to find a desk in another terminal to check bag, then pay an another desk for said checked bag. We saved money by ticketing this way but we almost missed our flight"

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "The business class seats were just like the economy class, not wider or extra space, only an empty seat in between, not worth the money. The first flight from Cairo to Zürich, no meal or snack was offered. Very disappointed in Swiss business class"

Nadelen: "The food was basic, but I understand this, as we have the pandemics, and there is no opportunity for cooking."

Nadelen: "The ONLY thing I hate about Turkish Airlines is the necessity to go through security in Istanbul when you're in transit on an international flight. Not only do you have to go through security again - with the serious chance of missing a connection - but if it's a flight to the USA, there is serious additional security at the gate. Surely this is enough."

Nadelen: "They had rotten food and didn't even tell us when serving would begin. Also they lost our luggage in spite of having our tag #. How does an airline not put a tag on a bag and give a bagage tag to a customer. ?? And after going on a cruise with one Carry on and everything Lost they don't even give us an allowance or a normal kit for toiletries and no one answers our questions. All the calls go to the call center that has no idea about how to track a bag. There are no managers to help and the customer service stinks"

Nadelen: "Our luggage did not transfer in Istanbul (1 hour layover) and didn't arrive in Warsaw for nearly 48 hours (actually 45 hours)."

Voordelen: "Movie selections. Larger displays. Comfortable seats. FOOTREST."
Nadelen: "When going from US to India, food was excellent. But when traveling from India to US, the food was not good at all."

Nadelen: "Entertainment system was present, but not working. Short enough flight that we didn't need it, though"

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Voordelen: "All was great as mentioned earlier."

Nadelen: "I wanted to upgrade called Kayak that out me through to VAYAMA that then called Turkish airlines. Took hours in the phone (international call) they then told me I can't upgrade (payed upgrade) because the business is FULL, guess what??? Business was EMPTY"

Voordelen: "Entertainment (movies) always helpful to pass the time."
Nadelen: "Hot in the plane during and after boarding - no cool air. I have come to expect more from Turkish Airlines, and I hope they make sure they improve this aspect."

Nadelen: "Canceled the outgoing flight"

Voordelen: "Friendly people , correct timing , good prices"
Nadelen: "The chairs didn,t go well for sleeping And we had 12 hrs to do ."

Nadelen: "Checked bag got ruined, servie was terrible"

Voordelen: "We purchased coach tickets and were surprised at how nicely we were treated!! A very classy operation!"

Voordelen: "I enjoyed receiving food on the flight with real silverware, a warm roll and friendly service. Having a choice of entertainment was also nice. Best of all, I like the fact that the airlines offers a guided tour of Istanbul in English during a layover there; I only wish I'd read that in the in-flight magazine before going off on my own to sightsee."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the multiple screenings to get on the plane, but suspect that was more a decision of the airport than the airlines. Being singled out for extra screening wasn't my favorite either!"

Voordelen: "Always on time. The greatest meals, excellent food and they always give you a nice pocket with personal care stuff"

Nadelen: "I had a seat by the end close to the restroom and shared seats with a stinky guy who forgot to take a shower. The food was aweful. The flight was boring because I did not get earphones and could not watch movie or listen music."

Voordelen: "The staff were very polite and attentive, they made the flight very pleasant. I was very pleased with the entire process, from rapid speed of checking my bag to the completion of the flight, the service was far better than I had expected."

Voordelen: "Plane handled takeoff, turbulence and landing incredibly well. Entertainment system was great. I was worried about my bag as I was coming from a connection from Sochi, but my bag went all the way without my having to retrieve and re-check it in."

Nadelen: "For whatever reason we got bused to the plane. The bus went for couple of miles around the airport before we got to the plane. Then we had to walk to the plane in the rain. This is very unusual event, as I fly often this route and this is the first time it occured."

Nadelen: "Baggage took a while to show up. However may not be Aeroflot's fault."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for 3 hours. With a 3 hour layover, that meant 6 hours at Moscow D terminal. Too long."

Nadelen: "my luggage did not arrive at my final destination and the next day I had to call multiple times before it was delivered at my mother's apartment in Volgograd."

Voordelen: "I wasn't sure what to expect, but the airline was better than I thought. Good food (2 servings), decent entertainment, and nice amenities (pillows, eye mask, slippers) for economy class for an international flight. For the price I paid, I would fly Aeroflot again. I wish I would have gotten my Russian transit visa prior to my trip. I knew about it, I just didn't want to pay the $200. SVO airport is great and open 24hr, but having a 20hr layover is tough. p.s. Don't let a hotel/Airbnb tell you you don't need a visa - you do! I watched 2 girls have meltdowns in the airport because they had hotel reservations, but no visas. Sad, wet eyes does nothing for Russian airport officials."
Nadelen: "The staff, but you have to remember that Russian customer service is different from American. Some of the staff were really friendly and nice. I think they were compensating for the overtly rude ones, so it even itself out. Boarding at the airport isn't always clear if your flight is boarding or not. Pay extra attention to your gate and time changes."

Voordelen: "My mom had the stomach flu and couldn't make it to the flight. I called both air companies (was on the phone for hours!) and they literally didn't care. Didn't refund anything. So if you're throwing up take the flight anyway, don't worry about infecting other passengers, they apparently don't care. Otherwise, say bye bye to your ticket."
