Nadelen: "First, the Boeing Executives need to be punished by having to fly in the Economy section of their airplanes. Second, Turkish Airlines (a wonderful company) must impose hygiene requirements for their passengers. I sat next to a man that had insane body odor and when I let the Flight Attendant know she kindly reseated me... It was great until I saw the poor woman who took my place ALSO asked to be reseated due to the man's smell! Unfortunately, I was reseated in the middle of the row, which apparently is by Boeing design, none of the middle seats recline. Who makes an aircraft that handles long (13 hour) hauls with seats that do not recline and are too narrow for the average adult? It was such a painful and uncomfortable 13 hour flight. To add insult to injury, the plane was delayed and I missed my connection and had to sit in Istanbul airport for almost 8 hours."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Les écrans tombaient en panne de tous les passagers et l'équipage semblaient ne pas s'en soucier. Pourtant un redémarrage a réglé le problème. (fait a la demande des passagers)."

Nadelen: "I could not get my chair in a more confortable position to sleep, it did not work. Because of that my 6 hour and a half trip was very long and unconfortable and i ended up with pain in my lower back."

Voordelen: "The flight itself was comfortable, smooth and overall satisfactory. They gave us a sandwich meal and there was some inflight entertainment (which I didn’t use)."
Nadelen: "I brought the same Samsonite carry on luggage piece that I’ve used on multiple major airlines (Avianca, United, American, Copa, etc.) with no problems, and AeroMexico says it’s too big, the wheels didn’t fit into the sizing bin. Super frustrating if one of the most popular luggage manufacture makes a “carry-on” bag, airlines should realize people will be arriving with the expectations that they can use it as a carry on. Anyways I’m out $58 both ways ($116). I will not fly with AeroMexico again because of this simple fact."

Nadelen: "This is not a problem with AeroMexico but I found it absolutely RIDICULOUS that our flight crew had to deplane from their in-bound flight - and Go Through Customs & Immigration - only to turn around and get back on the plane for the return trip. INSANE and Embarrassing as this does not happen in other countries - not even Canada."

Nadelen: "Annulation du vol de retour apres un no-show à l’aller. Aucune information de leur part. J’ai du racheter 3 billets d’avion, plus de 2000$ de frais. Derniere fois avec cette compagnie."

Voordelen: "Un check-in incroyable, un personnel très attentionné de l'enregistrement à la porte d'embarquement. Vol avec 1 heure d'avance sur le nouveau Boeing Dreamliner. Diner copieux, service de boissons à répétition. Espace pour les jambes entre les sièges."
Nadelen: "Le système de divertissement n'est pas le meilleur (contrairement à Emirates ou British Airways)."

Voordelen: "Tons of food during the flight, you can still get alcoholic beverages without extra charges, very on time. Flight from here to Mexico was perfect. Now, on my way back, there was a 5 hour delay. The treatment was much better than other airlines, but it would have been better to let us know that we could track the plane from GDL. Now my only complaint regarding the small airplane from MTY to NYC is that the entertainment is provided via a mobile device, yet there's no ports for charging it, and there's no way a device will last that long, which made the whole excercise totally useless."

Voordelen: "When we did get in the air, the flight seemed to go quickly and we got there fast."
Nadelen: "I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule."

Nadelen: "Flight was rerouted to another airport due to poor weather at Philly. 3 hours later we arrived at Philly, but I missed my connecting flight."

Voordelen: "So ridiculous airline didn’t though in costumer at all"

Nadelen: "The seats were nice but so tiny! Very VERY uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "Debbie in Business Class made the trip even more special than ever! 1. Congratulated everyone on board for thanksgiving for those who follow that tradition 2. Spoke so kindly on the PA system in both English and fluent in Spanish 3. Kept my coffee hot fresh and always was smiling even those had to work on a holiday We will always fly AmericAn because of flight crew like Debbie..... 1000% super star for AA!!!"

Nadelen: "Our flight attendant didn’t know what food we were getting. When someone asked in front of me, she said “I’m not sure it could be either turkey or ham”. If you serve customers from all walks of life including Hindus, vegetarians, Islam, Judaism, it should be expected that the flight attendant know if that is turkey or ham. Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

Nadelen: "I missed the flight and the airline wouldn't even pay for a rental care so that I could get home. They kept saying they could get me out on a morning flight, but it was supposed to snow in Amarillo (90%), so I knew that was a bad call. I drive home anyway. Cost me $195 for the rental, which I'm sure they could have gotten a better deal, and I got home at 430am! Never again American Airlines!"

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were courteous and the ride was very smooth, I felt at home."
Nadelen: "We received no snacks coming back home to Jamaica but we give thanks for you guys informing us."

Voordelen: "I have no praise for American Airlines. We didn't board our flight because we would have landed in a flooding, evacuating area with gale force winds. Despite this unexpected natural event, we were unable to cancel our trip. I paid American Airlines more than a month's rent and could not recover this cost."
Nadelen: "American Airlines policy on refunds should be illegal. When there are hurricane and flooding conditions at a destination, CUSTOMERS should have the choice whether they want to CANCEL or reschedule. Simply providing a small window of time for a fee-free flight change to the same destination is not acceptable. The flooding is still not alleviated inany areas and the change period is over."
