Efficient Boarding process. Some of the cheapest and worst snacks I have ever had.
Easy check in, boarding on and off was smooth, plane running to schedule - a great flight!
Friendly crew and no delays,
Asked for a little more water and was told by flight attendant that I’d have to get it myself from the back of the airplane. Not cool. Not good attitude either. Disappointing.
We bordered at 408pm Monday on time from Medellín to Bogota but when on the plane we sat on the runway from 420 to 700pm.. they never let us off the plane judt said logistical issues. I had a connecting flight to Quito Ecuador from Bogota the same say at 748pm. We landed in Bogota at 815pm missed my flight. I was told to call my provider Kayak.com ans Kiwi.com No replies until 7hrs later. In which they denied the plane even left the terminal as they said it was canceled but hey I have photos and sent them and they still couldn't belive it. So I sent proof and now they argue with me about waiting 3 months for repayment of the connecting flight. I've spoken now 25 agents all differnt names all giving differnt information. Never seen a company in 37 years be so unprofessional
The airline is terrible. They did not allow me to check in a bag ahead of time for my flight. I checked when I bought the ticket, I checked weeks before, I checked each day leading up to the day of my flight if I could add a checked bag and Latam kept telling me I had to do it at the airport when I check in. When I got to the airport they over charged me and told me I could have avoided the charge of $130 if I had paid ahead of time. When I explained that I tried and was told to do it at the airport, they gave me terrible excuses and pretty much told me too bad and robbed me of $130. I will never fly Latam again.

Nadelen: "Smallest seats and shortest leg room I’ve experienced in a long time! They even charge for a cup of coffee, and anything else, other than water! I didn’t try to use the bathroom, but they probably charge for that, too!"

Voordelen: "It was on time and boarding was efficient. I’ve never been on a flight where they board window seats first, then middle, then aisle. I can see how that makes a lot of sense and makes the process better."
Nadelen: "I wasn’t sure why my small rolling luggage was being tagged and told to be left at the gate. Others had their rolling pieces brought onto the plane and there was enough room, so I was a little worried about if someone was going through it or if it would make it to the destination. It did show up."

Voordelen: "Boeing 787 Dreamliner, plane looked brand new. Attendants are friendly. Food is excellent. Best flight experience in many years."
Voordelen: "The airline and travel agency never informed me that this flight was cancelled. I almost got stuck at JFK."
Nadelen: "Everything about the airline and the travel agency since they never took the time to inform me that it was cancelled."
Nadelen: "Delayed 4 hours in Lima. Stood on the line to get a usd6 voucher for food, same as all passengers when I was flying business. No lounge service."
Voordelen: "Nice crew. Comfort ok."

Nadelen: "My 3 Hour layover was extended to Nine hours. The Peruvian airport offered me a hotel room i turned down. Peruvian gentleman on the plane just prior to landing was telling me how dangerous it is in Peru in the area surrounding the airport. I was given four hours of wifi coupons and coupons to a breakfast and lunch at a restaurant by our gate, where i was waited on poorly. Next time i may look for a layover in Florida."

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35. Arrivée à Palma de Majorque à 18h20 pour une correspondance à 18h15. Nous avons donc logiquement manqué notre correspondance en direction de Marseille. AirEuropa nous a laissé sans solutions dans Majorque. INADMISSIBLE

Nadelen: "The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo."

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Voordelen: "Although I was able to board the airline didn't have my name or reservation number or anything... it was like i never purchased a ticket. I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."
Nadelen: "I did not appear in the airline system"
Voordelen: "It was really comfortable and the food was great, the crew was really nice."
Nadelen: "There was only like 8 old movies and none of them loaded so I couldn't watch anything. And the Wi-Fi super expensive."

Nadelen: "There was not one aspect of this flight that went well. I am beyond horrified of my experience and it really makes me not want to fly or use any fight service again. Air Europa is the WORST airline in the industry."
Nadelen: "A small child was allowed to be in business class and disturbed me during the flight. I thought small children are not allowed"
Voordelen: "Imagine that I lost my flight and I had to rebook another flight that departed from Milan - Copenhagen and from Copenhagen - Miami... I paid $1,200 to get this flight... plus I lost my flight that they didn't want me to board in... plus imagine, the €150 for my luggage that they dropped it for me by the baggage claim in Malpensa airport, after I was rejected to board the aircraft... Believe me that I am not much concern about the loss of money that happened to me in this situation, as I am more concern about IS BEING AN ARABIC MUSLIM PERSON, was the reason to lose my flight??? Really guys??? Why really??? I am not a terrorist... I love everyone and I expect people to respect me for who I am, not for where I am coming from..to keep repeating same word ( Arabo Arabo ) ???..... I just need fair judgemental... I've been flying with Air Europa many times and love the company but now I will remain in shock the rest of my life with this experience, to be discriminated in that level from different representatives of this company in Malpensa, Milan... Voordelen: "Arriving plane was late and then there was added lateness because of a bag put on the plane without owner getting on plane -- perfectly fine otherwise, just a bit disorganized."
Nadelen: "We were an hour late taking off after boarding"

Voordelen: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."

Nadelen: "As my connecting flight was late due to the check-in debacle, I had very little time to make it to this flight. After running I made it, and my assigned seat had a broken chair! In fact the whole thing, including the newspaper holder and the screen were broken. The flight attendant was not shocked by this at all, simply suggested to use the seat next to me if no one was using it. The entertainment on these flights is awful! Only a few very old movies, and you have to pay 3 euros for the head phones. The planes they have are quite old and broken all around."

Nadelen: "The plane was very, VERY old and extremely uncomfortable. This was an overnight flight, they turned down the cabin light for the first ten minutes but then it was on for four hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was no in flight movie, and there was no way to turn off the antiquated cumbersome seat TV. Really awful to get off the plane and be exhausted. They didn't offer food to the inside rows, only to the window side. When you asked you got an annoyed glare."
