No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Nadelen: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."

Nadelen: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Nadelen: "The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him."

Nadelen: "I must admit that the food choices is not great. You are catering to international crowd not only emaratis. In general the planes are good, but the smaller older ones are not that comfortable. The older 777 configuration is very uncomfortable, comparing to the 787. When you need to slitly recline, there is no need for the whole chair to come forward in attempt to creat a bed for you. These are little things that need to be addressed when purchasing planes."

Nadelen: "We have cancelled the trip on some personal problems online on kiwi.com, called twice also but till date no action is taken. Neither we got refund nor tickets got cancelled, eventhough we have cancelled tickets 3 days prior to start of our trip"

Nadelen: "I spent 15 minutes on the phone to Abu Dhabi at my own expense (international rates, no free phone number) 3 days prior to this flight to order a vegetarian meal. The phone consultant assured me she'd ordered it. However onboard the flight attendants said it had not been ordered and even accused me of not phoning up. I almost had to get out my skype phone records to prove I had tried to order the meal. One flight attendant said he would order it for the next leg of my flight, but when i got on that flight it showed he had not ordered it. I had tried to order this meal 5 times via the etihad website and it did not work. I also added my frequent flyer number which showed as going through, but it did not register (a fact i only found out after the flight). Also felt uncomfortable with the fact the safety video was only half translated into English. Arab speakers had a travel prayer said, English speakers did not get the prayer."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed an hour, service staff were not very warm and we went through multiple checks in baggage. Will avoid abu Dubai airport at all cost in the future"
Voordelen: "On this leg the general courtesy was great especially one particular hostess, Nikita. The movies and certain music on the menu were a good range."
Nadelen: "The food! 12 hours of mediocrity in a aluminium foil. My wife and my hand held consoles were not working and hence we couldn't use our reading light besides some other functional limitations. An elderly lady sitting in front of me had a bad bout of chills because of the cabin temperature (most probably) the staff never followed up on the help that fellow passengers had given to the lady. My prior two flights with this airliner were much worse My A380 experience in the Emirates has been MUCH more spacious and great meals with a predictably jollier staff. Qatar airways can perhaps even top that. The only thing I feel etihad has over these better rivals is the convenience of the US Immigration. As a NATIONAL CARRIER of the UAE, I'm quite unimpressed and disappointed."

Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Nadelen: "My kids are 14 and 15, traveling as unaccompanied Minors to visit their dad in Kuwait. We chose a Etihad because they would only have to be on 1 plane by themselves. I put them safely on the plane in Chicago, and their Dad flew to Abu Dhabi to meet them when they got off the plane and fly together to Kuwait. On the return flight they fly to Abu Dhabi with no problem. Then, they try to board their connecting flight to Chicago, and they tell my kids they overbooked the flight and they can't travel for at lest 2 more days. If they had to remove someone from the plane, how in the hell do they choose a 14 and 15 year old traveling alone to stay in Abu Dhabi for 2 full days! I'm livid!"

The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep."

Voordelen: "It is worth it to pay a little more for exit seats. They were very comfortable. The agents at checkin were very helpful. I came with a backpack, a roller bag I often can carry on and another bag to check.The bag allowance was just one to check. They wouldn't let me carry on my roller bag because it was too heavy. They encouraged me first to rearrange the luggage to make the one light enough to carry on, by putting some in the other bag that was being checked, But I explained that bag was already full. So they urged me to get my two bags wrapped together so that there would not be an extra bag charge. The ticket agent also came out to look for me---I hadn't realized they boarded so early---and walked with me to the gate. That was very nice of them. There were snacks and beverages on both flights and friendly stewardesses, and lots of movies to choose from."
Nadelen: "The second flight I didn't get the exit seats and was a bit cramped, but that was a shorter flight, so it didn't matter much."
Nadelen: "What airline in 2017 requires you to present your credit card if booked using CC at time of bording, then takes 20 minutes to verify this? Oman air does. In addition, they called me to tell me my flight time changed and so decided to push the flight back one day, so they rebooked me. Then at airport was told i missed my flight...completely maddening and had to throw a fit before they finally booked us on the flight we were told by phone we had yet didnt seem to register in their systems."

Voordelen: "Other than the smile of the crew i did not like anything. It was late at night and old AC . I really liked the massage in the business lounge."

They delivered the food and then took ages to collect it once we were finished. The sound for the in flight entertainment was broken on my consol. There seemed to be a problem with the air flow: it was really hot on both flights."

Nadelen: "While being served the meals - I asked for white wine, on which i was only been given after the round of meals was over.. so which did not serve my convenience as I was expecting it to be having it with my meals."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed out of Heathrow and as a result over 50 of us missed our connecting flights. We arrived in Oman and many missed our flights by only minutes to find ourselves stuck from 8 am to 2 am the next day as only 2 flights a day are offered. They never thought to hold the flights to await our arrival. A hotel was supplied but it charged for internet(we were told by the airlines it was free) had very good meals but NO tea or coffee in the rooms or offered after breakfast without a charge. The airline said we could sleep until midnight and then a shuttle would return us for the 2 am and 2:45 am flights but the hotel insisted on us going at 10pm . driver wanted off was all we thought. Second flight was an older plane ,terrible meal and no individual movie or tv systems ."

Nadelen: "Seats on the Muscat - Riyadh sector were quite ordinary and there were no TV screens in front of passenger!"
Voordelen: "Most comfortable seats on the sector Lahore to Muscat, flat beds. Lounge arrangement at Muscat airport was very comfortable given that I had a long layover. Food served was mostly good and the attending crew were quite courteous!"

Better variety with meals

Surprise hour long stop in Cairo? It was the middle of the night, maybe we saw the pyramids? But otherwise a pretty rough experience.

L’éventail de film auquel on a accès est assez désuet

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

I know this is Africa but the plane seats could be more comfortable

On the way in they had vegetarian options but nothing but meat options on the way back. I totally forgot to ask for vegetarian meals when booking my flight, but luckily there were enough items to get me through the flights. A wonderful flight and crew.

Nadelen: "The services at the airport was terrible. The Booked me a flight with only a 30 minute layover. When I try telling the people before boarding the plane, big Norred me. When I told the flight attendant she said she would talk to the captain to see if there’s a way I could get a ride to my next plane so I wouldn’t miss it. That never happened. When we got off the plane no one at the airport would help us and when I was trying to run to my next terminal one of the officers at the airport told me to slow down because I wouldn’t miss the plane and I was fine. When I asked help with directions and told him I was afraid of missing my flight people laughed and walked away. When I finally found my terminal and got to it, my flight had already took off seven minutes prior. I absolutelyHated my experience flying with Ethiopian air. The seats are uncomfortable on the plane, not all the seats recline back the same level, and when I was eating dinner I decided to eat chicken since I can’t eat beef and halfway through the check in my stomach started her and I looked up the chicken and it was still pink inside."

Nadelen: "Economy is a bit tight; the bidding process for Cloud Nine (business class) has reduced the chance of passengers being upgraded for free especially as a means to reward frequent flyers, or help passengers with special needs/accommodations."

I did have a much different and better experience going from ADD to BKK"

The monitors were unresponsive to touch, antiquated ear phone/ plug system and the seats were nasty, covered in a cloth material and disgusting! On some seats you can see stains that will not come out. Ever. The food was....airline food."
