The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "I had only 40 minutes to board my connecting flight to Vienna, had to run through two sets of security gates and one immigration and a long walk - at 64, I almost didnt make it, and was the last one to board huffing and puffing!"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Nadelen: "Croatian Airline checkin service was good but was made to check in carry on. However, baggage clerk was extremely hostile and wanted to charge us for two bags for which we had prepaid. Would not accept our evidence of payment for the two bags. Finally accepted her mistake but Forced to pay 90€ For the extra bag. Ripoff!! Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."
Nadelen: "Missed the connection because the flights were booked too closely together. Then had to wait 7 hours in the airport for the next flight. It only takes 4 hours to drive there but I don’t have a car."

Voordelen: "The cabin and gate crew provided a very friendly atmosphere. At the gate, the staff were very efficient in getting passengers on board despite the 20-30 minute delay. During the flight, attendants did a good job making sure meals were on time and drinks were offered often."
Nadelen: "Since the plane clearly came from another destination, the cleaning crew at Vienna International Airport could have taken some more time to vacuum the floor and wipe down the surfaces in the passenger cabin of the aircraft."

Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed by three hours due to “technical problems“. We were never updated during the weight and when we were told that the flight was canceled everyone was told to go back to the ticketing area to pick up their luggage and to find other options. When we were almost halfway there we were told to turn around and that the flight in fact was not canceled. The food was mediocre at best in the service on the plane was in adequate. They were understaffed and staff to peer to be stressed and fatigued. The seats were small and cramped and not well padded in the economy section. We are going to be flying on Lufthansa in the spring and will hope that their services are better than what we experienced on Austrian air."

C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

The Lufthansa flights were great, but the booking process was horrible. They (Lufthansa) rescheduled my flight booking (with no explanation as to why), The new itinerary did not allow a long enough layover. So when the first leg was late I missed my next flight. They automatically rescheduled it, but tried to send me to a different destination. Told me that was OK because it was not far away. I had to insist on the original destination. The Lufthansa online check in process was terrible to navigate Your Priceline web site was unable to find my reservation when I clicked on "My tours". When I called for help, she found my reservation, but told me there was no way to add it to "My tours". What use is signing up for an account if it doesn't work?

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

the flight was not packed. no problems. clear information. great staff.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Voordelen: "The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids."

Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk"

Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."

This had nothing to do with me but rather their scheduling. They really need to allow more time between connecting flights for this and for getting thru passport check"
Nadelen: "The connection time of flights needs to be adjusted. I had to fly from Dubrovnik to Zagreb with a connecting flight to Frankfurt. I missed my fight to Frankfurt due to the line being so long at the passport screening area. There's nobody at the airport to help you and they were rude!"

Nadelen: "The boarding began with delay. The boarding call eas absent or hard to hear anyway. The boarding sign was on two places simultaneously, with vision obscured by the in-building wall pillar. Most passengers were sitting in the waiting area expecting the boarding call to be announced on that obvious gate, while they started boarding on another gate around the corner. And it was not Croatia Airlines staff, but some airport personnel. Before landing, flight attendants let some passenger have luggage on the floor in front of the seat in the exit row, which does nit comply with the safety standards. Likewise, some passengers were already using cellular signal before landing, which is another lack of precaution. It us true that flight attendants cannot see whether each and every passenger obeys safety measures, but they should better pass through the aisle and check it rather than grabbing their own seat so early, eapecially when the flight was only half-booked."
Voordelen: "The flight was OK but we were mislead by your advertising which clearly stated that one checked bag was included with each ticket. When we arrived to check in we were told that was incorrect and we would need to pay for any checked bags."

Nadelen: "Check in was very late. Made making the plane a close call. Supposedly check in should start 2 hours ahead of flight. The baggage drop was not available until 1 hour before the flight. According to the rules baggage must be dropped 1 hour before the flight, but the counter was not open. I asked an employee what the issue was and received no meaningful answer.. I made the effort to prepay the baggage fees. Good thing or we would have missed the flight. Will never fly Croatian again"

Nadelen: "Air Croatia’s lack of responsibility Lufthansa lack of communication and the complete ineptness of Lufthansa customer service. “I only have a headset so can transfer you to .... the airport where you ticket is now held” and “I do not have a duty manager and as I said I can not transfer you to the complaint system”"

Nadelen: "We checked in for our flights in Dubrovnik and were told we need to get the last boarding pass in Frankfurt. In Frankfurt, three agents were helping people when we arrived in the line. Twenty minutes later they were still with the same customers . Finally two additional agents appeared. We got our boarding passes, but were told we needed to hurry because they were already boarding. We made it because we ran as much as we could and arrived breathless and sweaty. Poor customer service!"

Hardly any food on board, the comparison to Turkish airlines doesn't look good for Lot

Everything. We arrived at our destination with a nearly 3 day delay. That's almost a week from my vacation including the travel from Canada and after the delay in Poland. Staying TWO days in Poland is unacceptable.

Has not happened yet, and the airline has offered no assistance in making it happen, other than waiting for 5 days.

There is no entertaining offered on the shorter flights. I wish that would change.

It was more then four hours delay!

Voordelen: "I liked the smooth boarding process"
Nadelen: "Snacks could be better and you could reduce plastic waste. I don't want to drink water from plastic cups, I don't need a napkin to my water, I don't need to receive a sweet bun packed in plastic wrap..."
Voordelen: "Comfortable plane, good entertainment and very good food."
Nadelen: "The plane departed over 2 hrs late and didn't make up any time during the long flight. Most of the other airlines flying long distances make up the time if the departure is delay."
Voordelen: "Food was nice."
Nadelen: "2 hr. delay caused me to reschedule everything for the day..."
Nadelen: "No vegan meal, although specified at booking, broken entertainment center, lost luggage."
Nadelen: "Give more informations if there is any problem or schedul"
Voordelen: "Crew was great."
Nadelen: "I had to switch seats due to recliner and tv remote did not work. Also, my baggage did not arrive on my flight. I had a 14 hour layover in Warsaw which was plenty of time to transfer onto plane. This also occurred on my flight to Germany."
Nadelen: "I am disabled and the ground crew and flight crew were terrific in helping me board and getting me to my connecting flight."

Nadelen: "We had seats not together. As more of passengers. Only asking to change seats helped"

Voordelen: "The crew was disappointing."
Nadelen: "I had to beg for a blanket, and other basic service."
Voordelen: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Nadelen: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."
Voordelen: "Je n ai pas réservé ce vol et je ne l ai pas pris!!!! Calmez vous!"
Nadelen: "Quand vous avez un bug corrigez le au lieu de tourner autour du pot!"

Nadelen: "Comfort, food, delays. Second leg had a 1 hour delay in boarding and once in the plane there was 2 hour+ delay to take off. Spent about 6 hours in a plane for a 3 hour flight. Only coffee and water were available free of charge. Sodad, juices and food has to be purchased."
Nadelen: "need to move away from stereo type attire and serve the customer"
Voordelen: "Overall it was a good flight"

Nadelen: "Aucun divertissement en français dans l’avion qui était pourtant neuf et dernier crie. Les films en japonais, bref à revoir."
Nadelen: "Departing flight left 2.5 hours late. Missed my connection. No one from LOT met us at the connecting airport to explain how our transfers would work. Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Voordelen: "We liked the flights that we got switched to on Lufthansa."
Nadelen: "We checked in the night before and got confirmations by email and text. When we got to the airport and the flight was canceled, they said that they did not have our contact information!"
Nadelen: "flight delayed and no information was being given!"
Nadelen: "Crew was grumpy. It was a problem to get a full glass of water. It was always a half of glass and no ice. Even in warm pop-no ice Food was not up to standards. Seats no leg room If crew was nice and smiled. Would have helped"
Voordelen: "Great flight lots of leg room"
Voordelen: "Price was cheapest for us, so we bought with LOT. Turns out that you get what you pay for."
Nadelen: "Flight was over an hour late. Boarding involved remaining in an extremely crowded bus for more than 30 minutes waiting, without apparent reason. No food or inflight entertainment"
Voordelen: "Flight was smooth, stewardess we're very friendly, and accommodating."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed (not their fault) however when we land their was no one to help with transfers or new arrangements with flights that were missed. Had to get 3rd party involved in order to get to destination."
Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "This is about as budget as you can get. Entertainment systems didn’t work, drinks were warm. Food was mediocre. Bathroom doors didn’t work, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up while using it! Yuck! Had to shuttle EVERYWHERE between flights, before and after. Crew was not attentive, and not so friendly either. Only good note was the young lady who checked our bags in Warsaw and helped get our seats together (after the airline messed the seat assignment up in the first place). Ugh. Worst airline I’ve been on."

Nadelen: "All of my bags got left behind. We landed over 18h ago and there is still no information about them"
Nadelen: "Terrible and stressful experience transferring at WAW airport with crowded security lines and no guiding personnel. Slight delay this time (compared to the first leg of my trip couple of weeks ago with 3h delay and missed connections)"
Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."
Voordelen: "Du personnel navigant très agréable et à l'écoute. Et un bon point supplémentaire pour le repas (;"

Nadelen: "Entertainment on my seat wasn’t working"
Nadelen: "Old films"
Voordelen: "Overall very good - no complaints. LOT is comparable with Lufthansa and KLM (the airlines I have most experience with) in terms of service and space. Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
Voordelen: "Spacious leg room"
Nadelen: "No head support & no back tilting of seats"
Nadelen: "Kosher food wasn't good, seat's where not comfortable"
Voordelen: "The landing was little hard."
Voordelen: "Older aircraft had not as narrow seating and was more comfortable."
Nadelen: "Boarding que at Warsaw is a mess."
Voordelen: "The Dreamliner was a nice aircraft and the entertainment screens were in great condition."
Nadelen: "Seating was tight as usual on all planes. The seat cushion was worn down and was hard. Crew were not overly friendly but weren't rude either. They won't be winning any customer service awards. They didn't offer drinks as often as United has especially on an international flight. They need to offer water more frequently."
Nadelen: "We were bused to the small older plane and it was raining steadily."

Vol ponctuel, rapide, calme. Pas de confort dans ces nouveaux petits sièges EasyJet

Convenient and relatively inexpensive flight. Expensive baggage and tight seating though.

Nadelen: "check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue"

Voordelen: "Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage."
Nadelen: "Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage."

Nadelen: "Some attempt at better customer service"
Nadelen: "Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either"
Voordelen: "leg room, crew and flight comfort inc access to toilets was better than BA! (No business class hogging the front toilet)"
Nadelen: "Boarding was slow and crowded, and flight was from a remote gate which is always less comfortable than an air-bridge much worse than BA"

Voordelen: "We got to Lisbon in one piece. Comfortable during the flight. Well behaved neighbouring passengers."
Nadelen: "Although the flight is actually good, my overall experience is still poor due to the boarding crew at the gates. If anything I want to make an official complaint on how poor the services were towards other passengers and us. I will do this in the week."
Nadelen: "Flight was late leaving, boarding was unorganized. Stood on the tarmac for 20 minutes waiting to enter the rear door and then turned around to enter the front door."
Voordelen: "Tout s'est déroulé de manière fluide, l'avion n'était ni en avance ni en retard pour une fois."
Nadelen: "Le confort dans l'avion est mauvais, 0 place pour les jambes et sièges inconfortables"
Voordelen: "Crew very nice. Seat not great"
Nadelen: "It was all fine, I am very tall so seat was tight"
Voordelen: "Everything was fine apart from the delay in flying out. I am a Special Assistance traveller and due to the delay I had a very very long and late journey back home. So the delay added two hours (plus the flight delay) to my trip home from the airport."

Nadelen: "L’application Easyjet incapable d’afficher la porte d’embarquement alors qu’elle est affichée sur les écrans de l’aéroport depuis longtemps. Cela fonctionne parfois très bien!"
Voordelen: "Great beer selection on the flight. After spending 4 days in Paris with all wine it was great to have an IPA on the flight. More importantly, the service was incredible, airport was beautiful, and transport was seamless."
Nadelen: "Queue à lEmbarquement."

Nadelen: "The plane smelled like vomit before take off which leads me to believe it was not cleaned properly"
Voordelen: "Pretty quick and easy. EasyJet is not the most intuitive considering what is standard for booking and travel. But it worked out."
Nadelen: "STN Airport is horrible. Nothing you can do about this but really not good."
Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and courtious"
Nadelen: "Long lines waiting to board. No pkace to sit, no bathrooms, nothing. On-board weird 40 min tarmac delay. No offer of water or anything not glued to a price tag. Come on - people need a drink of water after hours sitting on a plane and standing in lines. Unbelievable!"

Nadelen: "I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem"
Voordelen: "Staff and flight was excellent no complaints"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by 2 and half hrs and staff at the gates where really unhelpful when asking about information. It seemed forever getting on the plane from gate . We were waiting inbetween boarding gates and getting on the bus in small room with no room to move and still pushing more people into the room. Really unhappy."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for an hour an a half and only landed at 12.30am. Missed my Gatwick express connection (as nexttraij wouldn’t be for another 2 hours 40 mins. So I ended up spending £120 on Uber to get home."
Voordelen: "rien"

Nadelen: "That they were overbooked and 1 hour and 45 min late. All this time we were already sitting on the plane."

Nadelen: "L’equipage au sol et à bord Le retard de près de 2 heures Équipage peu aimable. Très mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie que je vais éviter à tout prix"
Voordelen: "Embarquement rapide et pour une fois on ne nous demande plus de ranger nos sacs à main dans notre valise déjà pleine à craquer Arrivée en avance"
Voordelen: "I thought the crew members were nice. Probably because they feel like they have to make up for the fact they are required to completely rip off the passengers... I mean not to even provide free water..."
Nadelen: "This company will gauge you for money. It’s a complete joke. To check two smal bags they charged me $94 euros, which unfortunately I had no other option but to pay. The easy jet representative charging me for the bag check treated me like I was stupid for not checking the bag online. I didn’t know until late that I was going to need to check a bag... The flight boarding was completely unorganized. They shuttled 3 bus loads of people to the plane and had everyone board on either end of the plane, making it so people had to scoot past each other both ways to get to their seats creating a traffic jam. The biggest insult was they don’t even provide water unless you pay for it. All the food and drink must be paid for. Not only that they have a magazine for items you can buy while flying with them. It felt so commercialized and like a complete rip off. I will never fly with easy jet again. Oh and I forgot to mention, the plane was dirty when we loaded. There was a dirty tissue under my seat and trash in then compartment in front of me."

Nadelen: "J’ai déposé mon bagage à main au pied de l’appareil et surprise en arrivant à Bruxelles : PAS DE VALISE ! Je suis à Bruxelles pour le week-end , il neige et fait -8 degré dehors et toutes mes affaires d’hiver sont dans la valise . Comment ma valise a t elle pu être oublié au pied de l’avion sur la piste à Bordeaux ????"
Nadelen: "Le chaos au moment d'embarquer. Trop de monde entassé devant la porte. Pas d'endroit ou s'assoir. Mise en soute de mon bagage à main au dernier moment."
Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant and the pilot did an excellent job in difficult weather conditions"
Nadelen: "The flight was not stocked with sufficient food and had run out of sandwiches by row 3. Considering food is purchased for an additional fee this is surely makes poor business sense aside from being frustrating for passengers on a 3 hour flight plus a delay. Flights were very expensive especially when factoring in that we had to pay to check a bag, to select seats and to purchase food and drink. Worked out as terrible value for money when compared with an Emirates flight to New Zealand."
