We had to wait for all luggage to come out, then go to lost and found, what is more puzzling is that then they tell you the luggage will be loaded on next flight, arrive at night, but will not deliver it until after 3PM on next day. This is flying business class. Swiss begins to feel like a low cost"

This crew could have made an effort to deliver the passengers to the Vienna on time or to delay departures of the plains that the passengers were connecting to. There is no excuse for what they did to us.

This was a code share operated by United with a 787. Don't care for the herringbone 2-2-2 seating in business, many other carriers have gone to a 1-2-1 which is better. Food wasn't much better than economy but what really counts is lie flat seats.

Some other taxi driver gave ya a ride & charged ys $50 rather than $20 that ya the cost of our reserved ride. When we got to our hotel, we had to pay $20 for the transfer to hotel even though he left. Now we have no toothbrush or any change of clothes & hopefully we will get our luggage tomorrow after 2pm"

Voordelen: "I fly this route on Austrian 5 times a year, and I nearly always choose Austrian because it hast the overall best 'package' - a comfortable plane with excellent sleeping seats in business class, the best airline food in the world from Do & Co, the nicest staff that really cares about your well being and the quickest connection between Bangkok and Vienna."
Nadelen: "The entertainment program is a bit slim, to my taste - but I'm not a big consumer of inflight movies, as I prefer to get more sleep when I fly. When compared to the entertainment program on Singapore Airlines, for example, Austrian's own can't really compete."

Le vol était plaisant l’équipage professionnel rien à redire juste un peu plus de sourire ça et là..

Ce qui m'a deplu : les retards aux contrôles ont empêchés certains d'être à bord. Leurs bagages ont été retirés, et au final nous avons loupé notre correspondance FRA-Lyon de 10 mn, sans aucune solution alternative (2 jours de grève après; 16 et 17/09).

Plus d'une de retard à l'arrivée à Bangkok sans explication. Ma valise égarée . Le repas très moyen comme maintenant très souvent en classe éco en devient un détail. La valise égarée est un gros problème et après 24 heures, aucune nouvelle

This flight never happened, but Kayak would never know that because they refused to help me. If you're reading this, stop using Kayak and go directly to Google and search for flights. Then if possible, book direct through the airline. Save yourself the time, money, and pain and avoid Kayak.

Embarquement désordonné Retard d’une heure du vol

L'embarquement a été un peu désorganisé mais le voyage a été excellent à tous points de vue L'équipage, le confort et les services irréprochables ! Bravo à l'équipage Lufthansa (Munich -Montréal ) vous méritez toutes mes félicitations !!! ❤️

C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

Multiple cancelled flights ended up cancelling the whole itinerary. Went on my own and booked directly the day of flight and am demanding full refund.

Better options for food, friendlier staff and better inflight entertainment

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Nadelen: "Our original seats, which we pre-selected for a $45 per seat fee, were changed, without notifying us. Fortunately, I discovered this and was able to get similar seats by calling customer service. I was told we qualified for at least a partial refund..we'll see if this happens."

Delays. Endless walking at Schiphol, most exits closed. No staff or signs.

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.

Nice flight but from Entebbe to Amsterdam they didn’t get me what I requested for the baby.

Voordelen: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Nadelen: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."
Nadelen: "The air conditioners fan was bad and they had to fix it in London which took over 40 minutes off travel time...we arrived much later than expected in Lagos"

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Nadelen: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Nadelen: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Voordelen: "Super friendly, comfortable for the long flight, plenty to keep you occupied. Its my 3rd time flying with them and the flight is always smooth. And it doesn't hurt that there is a huge shamrock on the tail wing to make superstitious people like me, feel a little bit better! I will only use them!"
Nadelen: "When booking there is an option for Food? This gives the appearance that food isn't included in your flight unless you pay extra."

Nadelen: "My bag was lost. The staff at the airport was friendly enough and assured me it would be delivered to my hotel in dublin that afternoon. It’s now the next day and I still have not received my bag. I’ve call multiple times and still cannot give me a straight answer. So now I have to check out of this hotel and hope my bag shows up before moving on to my next destination. Also, on the flight I asked for 2 glasses of tap water while they came around asking if we would like to purchase a soft or alcoholic drink or snacks. There was no water on the cart so she had to continue servicing the rest of the plane and said she would be back. The first flight attendant must of forgotten, that’s okay she was probably busy. I asked a second flight attendant, 10 minutes go by and she still didn’t bring us water. Finally asked a 3rd flight attendant and he brought it to us quickly, this was 30miniutes after I first asked. I felt that my request wasn’t as important because I didn’t have to purchase it."
Voordelen: "Suggest lanes with seat number groups in order to avoid people crowding the entry to boarding the plane. Dinner selection: Msin dish choice ran out and was left with only one entree to choose from Increase chicken bard entrees"
Nadelen: "Had to fight through a crowd to make my way to the gate."

Nadelen: "There was a delay in getting us boarded. My main complaint is the length in the baggage reclaim. It should not have taken as long as it did. I gave low rating for entertainment because there wasn’t any, again it was a short flight. I did not have any of the onboard food."

Nadelen: "After we landed in DUB, some other aircraft's being in the wrong place seemed to cause us quite a long delay, which meant that I very nearly missed my connecting flight to IAD. My suitcase, perhaps because of this same taxiing delay, missed the flight and had to be sent on the same flight the next day - though it reached me without incident about 24 hours after I reached my home."
