Voordelen: "Nothing as we could not take the flight."
Nadelen: "Allowing the option to change your ticket date, but failing all debit and credit cards payments offered, actually means that they are not allowing flight changes due to COVID related issues like they say they do. We had to book new tickets with another airline to get home."

Nadelen: "There was no vegetarian food. I do not eat meat and the only available sandwich had ham. Having an only cheese option is not that expensive or complicated..."

Nadelen: "Vol pas très cher mais pas trop confortable et vraiment low cost sur la partie Nantes-Madrid. Horaire respecté mais confort et repas vraiment très limite surtout sur le vol principal entre Madrid et Sào Paolo. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir..."

Voordelen: "When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes. All of this was quite a mess and took a long time."

Nadelen: "With the red eye flight, there were limited food options. Probably what happens normally, but it was a third leg of a journey for us an we were hungry!"

Nadelen: "The Latam check in person charged me $30.00 USA,for my check in bag even though my reservation says 1 carry on and 1 check in. This is not right , you guys can check this information. Maybe I have to look for a different web site for service."

They only offer water for free, if you want food, you need to look at the pricing in the catalog. a cup of coffee for example would cost you 3000 pesos which is free if you take Copa or Avianca airlines. The seats were not comfortable either, just the same as others."

Voordelen: "I was upgraded to premium class. On my way back from Easter Island this was perfect because I had an accident 2 days earlier and needed to out my leg up. The service was great, they maje sure you are comfortabke. The luch very delicious. Thanks for the excellent service"

Nadelen: "When I arrived to Jorge Chavez the ticket counter was down. I waited for 20 minutes and Brunella eventually gave me a boarding pass. The pass was hand written and missing information but she assured me it would be fine. When I attempted to go through security they informed me this wasn't a boarding pass and was missing information. They said I would have to go back downstairs to the desk again. have a visible disability that affects the way I walk, and typically I do not require a wheelchair. I give myself enough time to get to my destination, but thanks to Brunella I was running incredibly late. I finally arrived though my flight was then rerouted to Orlando due to weather conditions at Miami and never arrived in Miami. The pilot of this flight LA2514 decided he was done and wouldn't fly there at all. The passengers were informed they would take buses to Miami."
