Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Wheelchair assistance was horrible in Detroit. When told, after check-in, to go to the access area, we were informed we were third in line. The 2 in front had been waiting over half an hour. We thought there would miss our flight if we waited. So that did not happen. On return, there was absolutely no assistance, or of its prospects whatsoever. If you need special assistance, forget Delta. .

The constant droning on and on about masks is tiring. STOP!

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Nadelen: "This flight from Athens was delayed which caused us concerned for our connecting flight in Frankfurt to Los Angeles. We told the crew and they were not very empathetic about our concern. It would have been great to have announced overhead or even to us personally all the gates to those of us who were getting connecting flights. We were just told to check the board outside once we landed. Lufthansa could have provided excellent service to my family if they had helped us with our connecting flight gate information to navigate the airport terminal we had never been in before. We literally ran to get our connecting flight which was upstairs once we identified the gate # by ourselves."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Nadelen: "The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear."

Nadelen: "The food was very heavy, heavier than airplane food usually is. The touchscreen TVs were not very responsive."
Voordelen: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Nadelen: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."
Voordelen: "My flight was very pleasant and comfortable. It was one of the few times I was actually able to fall asleep on a plane. I also like that this is the first airline that served me blueberry juice which I thought was good."
Nadelen: "My only dislike was that we left 45 minutes late. Maybe it was not a good situation for some passengers who had to connect immediately, but I still made it in time for my connecting flight."
Voordelen: "Flight was delayed, and I ended up staying in hotel and spending the while next day traveling. It was very unfortunate, I lost 24 hours. But the hotel was nice."
Voordelen: "Finnair is great. I travel with a cello and they were terrific! 1. They understand and respect musicians and the anxiety involved in traveling with a large, fragile musical instrument. 2. The staff was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. 3. Finnair employees are a totally professional group of people and friendly, too. all the flights were smooth. I've flown a lot and for me Finnsir is always the best choice to Moscow."
Nadelen: "The experience going was great. Coming home, the plan was old, but it didn't bother me."
Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."
Voordelen: "Very simple but reliable and confortable flight. We got clear instructions to get to the next terminal"
Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"
Voordelen: "Vistas along Mediterranean departing Nice"
Nadelen: "Interesting conversation with fellow passenger"
Voordelen: "Everything was great. They made a nine hour flight actually enjoyable."
Voordelen: "On time."
Nadelen: "Seats are uncomfortable."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were courteous and efficient, boarding flowed smoothly."
Nadelen: "Customers should be able to indicate their food preference before the flight, i.e. chicken, beef, vegetarian, etc., instead of taking pot luck or paying more than $12 for the option of selecting beforehand. In addition, there is a great deal of waste in giving everyone sugar, salt, creamer, etc. I know it's more efficient for the flight attendants, but I hate to see so much waste."
Voordelen: "We had a row to ourselves with a seat between us. The flight was smooth. Blueberry juice. Competitive pricing."
Nadelen: "Having to pay to reserve seats."
Voordelen: "Bulkhead seat Good choice of movies"
Nadelen: "Seat recline broken. Sarcastic male steward. Terrible food. Contracted Norovirus from the plane. Need to better disinfect between flights."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants"
Nadelen: "Operated by American. Delayed for 4 hours"
Voordelen: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nadelen: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."
Voordelen: "Great airline. Food great comfortable seats."
Voordelen: "I liked the price."
Nadelen: "It's all crammed but given the price I can't complain"
Voordelen: "Flight was 2 hours late taking off. Completely ruined plans we had made for our first day in London"
Voordelen: "Wonderful service and care from crew."
Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "Loading was like a cattle car. Drinks were slow to be offered. No drinks until after food was served more than one hour into the flight. No one ever seemed to check if I needed anything. When I did, there was no call-button. Seats were from the 90's and VERY narrow. I would NEVER pay for First/Business class on Finnair again. It was very poor."
Nadelen: "No leg room"
Voordelen: "The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the entertainment system worked perfectly."
Nadelen: "The gentlemen in front of me kept his seat reclined through the whole trip, making my space quite cramped. I know this can't be helped, but it does make the space a bit claustrophobic."

Nadelen: "The check in was very slow - only one Iceland Air representative was at the counter."
Voordelen: "The crew tried to make up for an unforeseen event at the airport and at the airport they had already tried re booking us on different flights for the next day when we landed. They put us up in a hotel and gave us dinner."
Nadelen: "My baggage never arrived in Reykjavík. The Iceland Air baggage attendant was incompetent and illogical +told me to file a claim with Delta (who I was flying with the next day) and stated that “it will come.” He said they could not track my luggage and had no way to know where it was."
Voordelen: "The movies were good"
Nadelen: "Very little legroom"
Voordelen: "Early arrival"
Nadelen: "Long walk in Toronto airport to leave"
Nadelen: "The pizza is terrible."
Nadelen: "I never took my flight, the customer service to cancelling my ticket would have been a huge help."
Voordelen: "The in-flight entertainment system is very good (once you get past the spam video ads for Icelandic attractions). The flight crew on both flights was very attentive and friendly. I really appreciate that IcelandAir gives out toy boxes to the children on the plane; that's very nice."
Nadelen: "My first flight was over 50 minutes late. Since I only had 1 hour and 5 minutes to begin with to catch my connecting flight, this forced me and several other passengers to do a mad sprint through Kevlavik Airport. We made it to the gate drenched in sweat and gasping for air - not a pleasant experience. There was also no time to use the airport restrooms or refill my water bottle. The cabin crew on the first flight completely ignored the fact that we were this late - there were no announcements about flight connections, or even an update as to that we were running behind at all. This should have been handled very differently. (Also, general pet peeve: They give you no food whatsoever, even for transatlantic flights, and they do not make you aware of this prior to being on the airplane. If you want to eat, you have to purchase their overpriced airplane food from the menu.)"
Nadelen: "Short flight limited beverage choice, but pleasant underbooked flight."
Voordelen: "Good basic service and ontime flights. No real frills but very adequate."
Voordelen: "The flight was comfortable and the cabin crew attentive. The 7-hour flight time can't be beat. Free checked bag. On this occasion, the boarding in Reykjavik was through a jetway so you weren't exposed to the weather, though that's not always true."
Nadelen: "Even using a jetway, boarding in Reykjavik is ridiculous, with inadequate seating and lots of standing around in confusing lines. They had four US/Canada flights leaving within 10 minutes, with the gates 10 feet apart and about 600 passengers jammed in four lines running through the concourse."
Voordelen: "Appareil moderne. Tranquillité du vol. Nous étions 3 dans la classe Saga.."
Nadelen: "Pas de service en français. Pas de divertissement en français. La bouffe non mangeable. Débarquement par l'arrière de l'avion. Embarquement par bus"

Voordelen: "Crew and food was nice If you are a Saga class passenger like my wife and I left something to be desired"
Nadelen: "Boarding procee in Iceland for Saga class means you get called up first to wait in line for bus to plane. There you wait for others to check in the gate. Then you proceed to board the bus. Saga class was with everyone. By the time we got on board waiting to climb the stairs we were soaked from the rain. Our bags were marked priority yet to our dismay it took 20 minutes for our bags to come on the carosill after others started getting there bags. Glad We had those priority stickers as we were clearly in the last of the bunch. 0"

Nadelen: "Only drinks provided. This is the first international flight I have ever been on that provides no snacks or food unless you buy them."
Voordelen: "The USB plug and screen"

Voordelen: "Avion neuf, confortable et silencieux. Nous sommes partis en retard mais sommes arrivés « presque » à l’heure prėvue."
Nadelen: "La barrière de départ n’a pas été indiquée sur les écrans électroniques, et comme nous nous étions enregistrés en ligne et que nous attendions au salon où les vols ne sont pas annoncés, nous sommes arrivés tard à l’embarquement et avons presque manqué notre vol. À bord, le personnel a fait le nécessaire mais pas plus, service peu chaleureux et minimaliste. Le débarquement s’est fait avec une navette, comme à Mirabel dans le temps, et comme il n’y avait qu’une seule navette à la porte arrière, le processus a êté laborieux."
Voordelen: "They provided a pillow and blanket which was very nice, and the crew were helpful in finding space for items during take-off and landing. The boarding and exiting were fairly quick."
Nadelen: "Everything on board costs extra, including basic drinks and snacks, but that's to be expected on cheaper flights. I assumed that the inflight movies cost money as well, although I didn't watch any because I didn't have headphones."
Nadelen: "crew were not warm or friendly. professional, but not friendly. and bag check prices were outrageous!"
Nadelen: "Hard to get services from flight attendants. Called several times with service button and no one came."
Voordelen: "The entertainment selection was good (movies) and the staff was friendly, however on the 8 hour flight, my headphone jack to watch movies did not work."
Nadelen: "The connector for my headphones did not work on the 8 hour flight, every other airline will provide, at a minimum, a complimentary snack where as on this flight you needed to pay for everything, seat assignments were changed (booked with a group of 6 and we were all sitting with each other when we booked it but when we got to the gate everyone was scattered. In fact, I heard a man say he was on his honeymoon and that they changed his wife's seat so they were unable to sit together."
Voordelen: "I liked the price of the trip. I only had one issue, and that was not knowing that I had to pay for the luggage. I had a backpack with me and I also had a 21 pound suitcase. More in new work I was told that I had to pay $95. But that was my fault because I did not do the reading properly."
Nadelen: "Same as above"
Voordelen: "Crew and entertainment were great!"
Nadelen: "Seats were too narrow. You could not fit both feet under the seat in front of you! No meals were served unless you paid for them!! For a transatlantic flight that's unheard of and reprehensible!"
Voordelen: "Entertainment was excellent, great TVs with a quality selection of movies and TV shows."
Nadelen: "I know it's an economy airline and there is a first class/business class option. I personally thought the economy seats could use some more leg room. Quite tight for a 3+ hour flight. But overall, satisfied, and I would fly again."
Voordelen: "Free movies kept me pretty entertained."
Nadelen: "I'm glad I don't have to live on those flights. I would either starve or go broke. As it was, I bought a sandwich in Dublin and ate that instead of buying the on board meals."
Nadelen: "No food except to purchase"

Voordelen: "The flight was late, and then after we'd finally boarded, approximately 45 minutes after the intended time, they announced that they had to unload all of the baggage to find some bags for customers who were not going to make the journey. It took almost another hour to unload, locate, and reload the baggage, during which time we all just sat onboard and waited. To the pilot's credit, he was out on the tarmac w the ground crew trying to move things along, but it still was a very annoying and lengthy delay. Once we got moving, the flight was fine, and the blankets were high quality!"
Nadelen: "Late!"
Voordelen: "We were traveling in response to a family health emergency. We were having an impossible time getting on to the in-flight wifi. The flight attendant couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, and got us onto the wifi we needed so badly. thank you!"
Voordelen: "Cleanses"
Nadelen: "Arrived at airport and could not drop off checked bag, had to wait 1.20 hours for staff to take care of this. Very confusing at AMS where I should go, please provide better signage for Iceland Air where check-in resides. Flight was delayed in taking off with no communication for reason why, and my connection was close enough to next flight that I nearly missed the flight. No complimentary snacks offered."
Nadelen: "Too bad that there is no food included in the flights. We bought sandwiches, and they were worth it though :)"
Nadelen: "Iceland airport was over crowded on the way to Brussels."
Voordelen: "Not too long flight.courteous and polite staff"

Nadelen: "We were delayed for two hours due to a weather delay from the day before. When we boarded our plane it was cold, and then we had to sit and wait for 45 minutes while we waited for connecting passengers. I would've preferred to be held up inside the terminal a little longer than sit on a cold plane with little communication. No water fountains at KEF"
Voordelen: "Very professional. Left nothing out. Perfect flight"
