On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Overall, I am done with Swiss until they upgrade their planes. Wifi was 99usd for 220 mo ... what a joke. A 20+yo plane for a such reputated company. There was still the ashtrays inside the restrooms."

The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?"

Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Nadelen: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Nadelen: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Nadelen: "The food was not heat correctly it was cold and I felt that the crew rush to give out the food. The seats are terrible, if the person in front of you reclines you won’t be able to see the screen if your watching a movie and you will see the top of the persons head."

Voordelen: "The food, beverages and choices of movies, entertainment There was a medical emergency that caused the flight to land in Canada. This was handled very professionally - I hope the passenger ended up getting the care needed and is doing well."

Voordelen: "Everything was fine"

Voordelen: "Late leaving - no reason or apology. A bumpy flight all flight. Food almoat inedible. Seat gave bum axhe after 45 minutes. Staff friendly, but they dropped my meal"
Nadelen: "Nothing to like"

Voordelen: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

Voordelen: "That flight have been short"
Nadelen: "Fly attendants have been in hurry when they served snack"

Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly and professional. The food very good"
Nadelen: "First the plane was delayed because of a technical issue that I think they should check before The plane was crowded and old."

Nadelen: "Vlucht door vertraging van uit lax gemist op een paar minuten"

Voordelen: "Arriving safely."
Nadelen: "We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip."

Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Nadelen: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Voordelen: "What’s not to like!"

Nadelen: "Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights."

Voordelen: "The crew is great, with their typical slightly humourous and casual French attitude. Great collection of international quality movies."
Nadelen: "Average and disappointing sitting space. The vegan lacto-ovo meal is disappointing."

Voordelen: "Friendly people on board"
Nadelen: "Crew was not very responsive. It would take over 45 minutes for them to respond to a customer call. Plane landed and we were kept on runway for 1.15 hours and crew only checked in with us twice during that time. People were panicking regarding missing their connections"

Nadelen: "Business Passngers have to wait in the same bus to board the flight what is the point then...."

Voordelen: "It didn't take longer to board! Crew with great attitude Take off and landing were just great"
Nadelen: "My sandwich, it contained too much pepper, I mean too muuuuuch My narrow seat No entertainment"

Voordelen: "Staff was responsive, effective and pleasant; Nice selection of digestifs too. Food was decent and, in airline level, even good."
Nadelen: "The audio system is outdated with unreliable touch-screen that makes it frustrating to navigate."

Voordelen: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Nadelen: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Voordelen: "Seats were comfortable with good recline. Food was good, but not excellent."
Nadelen: "They forgot the snack/breakfast service for the front right section of economy then had to rush it. Overall, the service was good, but some things just seemed off. An attendant call was never answered, etc."

Voordelen: "Párizs Budapest kb 1 óra késés műszaki hiba miatt. egyébként minden rendbe volt."

Nadelen: "Food was not good."

Nadelen: "Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time."

Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Voordelen: "Got assisted to the plane by airport staff as I was in a wheelchair"
Nadelen: "Food on board was awful. Ordered hamburger but not availabe having already pre paid. Pizza was poor quality and had no taste. Range of food disappointing"

Voordelen: "No legroom"
Nadelen: "More legroom and snacks offered"

Voordelen: "Seats not that good need softer seates for long haul flights"
Nadelen: "Dissapointed that my flight info screen does not rotate and update the screenshots like they used"

Voordelen: "The overall experience was okay, no food service and seats were not super comfy."
Nadelen: "More leg space for a long flight and free snacks."

Voordelen: "Superbe avion avec un beau service de divertissement, équipage très gentil et attentionné, offre des cousins et des couverture ce qui est très rare maintenant, il faut les acheter. Si je devais reprendre une compagnie aérienne, je les choisirais sans hésitez."

Nadelen: "Would have been nice to serve some food since it was 5 hrs flight and good thing it has TV entertainment but the seat were so old and not comfortable. No ear phone or had to buy to use TV, i personally felt that they were just trying to make money in lit lit thing."

Voordelen: "You have to put up with a lot,,"

Nadelen: "9 hr delay disrupted travel plans"

Nadelen: "Seats that can go backwards/recline more. Sleeping is a bit of a challenge."

Nadelen: "I never took my flight, the customer service to cancelling my ticket would have been a huge help."

Voordelen: "Good basic service and ontime flights. No real frills but very adequate."

Voordelen: "Appareil moderne. Tranquillité du vol. Nous étions 3 dans la classe Saga.."
Nadelen: "Pas de service en français. Pas de divertissement en français. La bouffe non mangeable. Débarquement par l'arrière de l'avion. Embarquement par bus"

Nadelen: "As with most other airlines, the seats are uncomfortable and packed together, and we're trained to think that it's ok, it's normal... No food is provided unless you buy it, so we brought our own which is better anyway. The crew is nice. There are movies and music, but nothing interactive. Soft drinks are given in a 4 or 6 ounce cup, very small."

Nadelen: "I was charged for baggage FLYUS confirmation did not clearly explain about the charge before I booked the flight. Not good!"

Voordelen: "Avion neuf, confortable et silencieux. Nous sommes partis en retard mais sommes arrivés « presque » à l’heure prėvue."
Nadelen: "La barrière de départ n’a pas été indiquée sur les écrans électroniques, et comme nous nous étions enregistrés en ligne et que nous attendions au salon où les vols ne sont pas annoncés, nous sommes arrivés tard à l’embarquement et avons presque manqué notre vol. À bord, le personnel a fait le nécessaire mais pas plus, service peu chaleureux et minimaliste. Le débarquement s’est fait avec une navette, comme à Mirabel dans le temps, et comme il n’y avait qu’une seule navette à la porte arrière, le processus a êté laborieux."

Voordelen: "Plane boarded and left mostly on schedule. The price was pretty incredible, I paid a fraction of what I expected based on previous trips to Europe."
Nadelen: "Arriving in Reykjavik, we needed to bus to the terminal. Weather was fine so it wasn't a big deal, but it involved additional waiting and the buses fill up quickly."

Voordelen: "The short flight time between Keflavik and Anchorage. 6 hrs 40 minutes."
Nadelen: "Standing in line the entire layover in Keflavik. Having to use Iceland currency in airport on an international flight."

Nadelen: "The cabin heat was too high."

Voordelen: "Boarding okay, seat legroom good, flight had no issues & arrived on time."
Nadelen: "Crew not friendly (except to Icelanders), no food served (very expensive things to buy)."

Voordelen: "There was a USB port to charge my devicw"
Nadelen: "The service was minimal, they only offered water when you got on the plain and once at the end of the flight."

Nadelen: "No free meal, not even a snack. That’s ridiculous. Most international flights also give a free cocktail to adult passengers but not IcelandAir"

Voordelen: "Friendly staff and easy flight from Orlando!! Can’t wait to fly Icelandair again"

Nadelen: "Staff was not attentive and did not allow other seats to be filled after take off. They all could use a refresher course in customer service. Our row would have been acceptable for 2 people except the arms did not raise up, only side to side to widen the 2 seats. No food was offered for a 7 hour flight. :-("

Voordelen: "Though I didn't take advantage of the stop over. Iceland air put my traveling experience at ease. They first gave me bottled water from iceland, very interesting taste, supposedly it was filtered through a volcano. The entertainment was great they have enough movies and TV shows to keep you entertained for endless amount of hours. And the flight attendants were so nice and polite."
Nadelen: "The music on the entertainment. I understand that the airline is trying to promote the arts and culture of Iceland. That's nothing it would bother me."

Voordelen: "Iceland Air lived up to its reputation, yet again! Best airline to fly between North America & Europe!"
Nadelen: "No meal provided on long flight."

Nadelen: "seats are too small and there is too little leg room."

Voordelen: "Personnel sympa, avion confortable."
Nadelen: "Absence de repas de qualité offerts."

Nadelen: "48h et 27 minutes de retard sur l'horaire prévu."

Nadelen: "5h de retard.... Aucune prise en charge par la compagnie. Si je n'appelle pas, personne ne s'occupe de nous. Retour cauchemardesque!"

Voordelen: "Avion confortable. Personnel correct."
Nadelen: "Qu'ils devancent le vol de 15 minutes; on a failli Le rater. Aussi: piètre qualité de l'offre de nourriture."

Voordelen: "At first the price, after experiencing the airline, nothing"
Nadelen: "No food, no entertainment, old planes. Terrible, the transatlantic spirt airlines... pay more, be more confortable"

Voordelen: "The bigger more comfortable seats on this flight were so nice. The complimentary beverage and food was nice also."
Nadelen: "Boarding from the tarmack and having to carry our bags up many stairs to get on the plane! Not so nice when you are an elderly person."

Nadelen: "Got delayed about an hour on the tarmac and there was no communication regarding the reason for the delay. Poor organization of boarding process as well."

Voordelen: "Cleanses"

Nadelen: "Too bad that there is no food included in the flights. We bought sandwiches, and they were worth it though :)"

Voordelen: "Checking in and boarding were good especially with on line check in. flights were on time but boarding did take a while. For economy seats the flight was comfortable with helpful flight attendants. Included a blanket and pillow. In flight movies were current with lots of video options."
Nadelen: "The food was okay. Was not really anything that was really good but just adequate."

Voordelen: "This flight was 100% full, so I was bumped to first class"

Voordelen: "Not too long flight.courteous and polite staff"
Nadelen: "Smaller plane"

Voordelen: "Price and stated arrival times."
Nadelen: "Flight from Newark was delayed an hour. Was assured in Newark would make connection. Arriving in Reykjavik all go through customs. We missed flight. Now we are in town for 16 hours and are flying to Sweden with an hour layover then to Geneva. Have bee assured there is plenty of time to make the connection. Let's just say I am skeptical."

Voordelen: "Seats ok. No food unless paid extra. Really? NO food on an overseas flight?! No Global Pass boarding. Perfect landing in KEF, absolutely horrible landing at Heathrow! So bad it should have been explained!"
Nadelen: "See landing note above"

Voordelen: "Flight in Saga Class was excellent."
Nadelen: "Bus from boarding area to plane was not the best experience --- like LHR 40 years ago. Also, my checked bag apparently did not get transferred at KEF."

Voordelen: "Friendly staff. Low wait time at passport control compared to other connection points in Europe."
Nadelen: "We were delayed for two hours due to a weather delay from the day before. When we boarded our plane it was cold, and then we had to sit and wait for 45 minutes while we waited for connecting passengers. I would've preferred to be held up inside the terminal a little longer than sit on a cold plane with little communication. No water fountains at KEF"
