Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Vol parti à l'heure et arrivé en avance. Personnel aimable. Voyage agréable

Vol à l'heure. Personnel aimable. Repas corrects. J'ai pu choisir une place confortable moyennant un prix correct. Divertissements limités que écran individuel. Plutôt content du voyage avec cette compagnie

Wheelchair assistance was horrible in Detroit. When told, after check-in, to go to the access area, we were informed we were third in line. The 2 in front had been waiting over half an hour. We thought there would miss our flight if we waited. So that did not happen. On return, there was absolutely no assistance, or of its prospects whatsoever. If you need special assistance, forget Delta. .

The constant droning on and on about masks is tiring. STOP!

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Enregistrement désastreux à l’aéroport, une heure et demie d’attente, seulement 2 guichets ouverts, des gens avaient peur de rater leur vol.

Nadelen: "The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear."

Voordelen: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Nadelen: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."
Voordelen: "My flight was very pleasant and comfortable. It was one of the few times I was actually able to fall asleep on a plane. I also like that this is the first airline that served me blueberry juice which I thought was good."
Nadelen: "My only dislike was that we left 45 minutes late. Maybe it was not a good situation for some passengers who had to connect immediately, but I still made it in time for my connecting flight."
Voordelen: "Flight was delayed, and I ended up staying in hotel and spending the while next day traveling. It was very unfortunate, I lost 24 hours. But the hotel was nice."
Voordelen: "Finnair is great. I travel with a cello and they were terrific! 1. They understand and respect musicians and the anxiety involved in traveling with a large, fragile musical instrument. 2. The staff was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. 3. Finnair employees are a totally professional group of people and friendly, too. all the flights were smooth. I've flown a lot and for me Finnsir is always the best choice to Moscow."
Nadelen: "The experience going was great. Coming home, the plan was old, but it didn't bother me."
Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."
Voordelen: "Very simple but reliable and confortable flight. We got clear instructions to get to the next terminal"
Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"

In addition, there is a great deal of waste in giving everyone sugar, salt, creamer, etc. I know it's more efficient for the flight attendants, but I hate to see so much waste."
Voordelen: "We had a row to ourselves with a seat between us. The flight was smooth. Blueberry juice. Competitive pricing."

Nadelen: "Seat recline broken. Sarcastic male steward. Terrible food. Contracted Norovirus from the plane. Need to better disinfect between flights."

Voordelen: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nadelen: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Nadelen: "Loading was like a cattle car. Drinks were slow to be offered. No drinks until after food was served more than one hour into the flight. No one ever seemed to check if I needed anything. When I did, there was no call-button. Seats were from the 90's and VERY narrow. I would NEVER pay for First/Business class on Finnair again. It was very poor."

Nadelen: "Miami crew from checkin to boarding were rude, demeaning and unhelpful in this extreme situation. Really rude, particularly the gate boarding pass girl. Haven't you learned your lesson about being rude to passengers yet? I won't be choosing AA again. Your loss, I fly a lot."

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed at least 5x. We started getting delays around 1pm but our flight wasn’t scheduled to leave until 7pm. We were on a connecting flight so it was no chance of making the second leg of our flight. I used an AA discount to get a room in Charlotte but we didn’t get to the airport until almost 2am so I had called to cancel that hour before making it to Charlotte but was told I may still be charged for the room even tho at this point it was outta my control. It would be great if the airline took care of giving you shelter when you are stuck in limbo with no reason behind while you are stuck. American is a good airline but they seriously dropped the ball this trip."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed by two hours leaving Fort Lauderdale. As a result of that delay I miss my connecting flight to Palm Springs. I was rebooked for a flight to smile Palm Springs the next day which I did not except. Then I was booked to leave Dallas to Los Angeles that flight was delayed also. To make matters worse my bags ended up in LA when they were supposed to be route it all the way to Palm Springs. I still don’t have my bags yet. Our first leg from Fort Lauderdale to Toronto was delayed three hours because of ground crew issues. We missed our connection but Air Canada booked us on the next flight out. That was great. But then, they held us on the plane for almost two hours while they waited for other delayed flights to come in. I feel that they did this so that they didn't have to put these passengers up for the night. So they ended up inconveniencing the rest of the people on the plane. I would have felt badly for those passengers, but they didn't hold any flights for us.

Sat for 4 hours on the ramp in the airplane because Air Canada didn’t have enough staff to load the bags or close the aircraft door! Lol

The airport in Fort Lauderdale very mediocre !

Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Chose que je déteste car je suis très grand et j’ai besoin d’espace pour mes jambes. On a finalement trouvé un endroit à inséré mon sc à dos après avoir argumenté avec l’agent de bors."

Le personnel contractuel n’apporte rien à la situation. Départ pour Montréal/Ottawa en retard. On m’avise que je manque ma correspondance et on me donne des vouchers lorsque je passe le kiosque AC aux correspondances. On dit me changer pour le prochain vol. Je me rends à la porte 25 et on appelle mon nom. On me dit que je suis toujours sur ce vol. Aucun sens. Donc Venise/Ottawaplus de 33 heures. J’y repenserai"
Nadelen: "Voir mon commentaire. personnel nayant aucune empathie. Des indications fausses. Au comptoir des correspondances une employée AC avec pancarte Venise me demande pour quel vol. M’indique de passer au comptoir pour changement car raté. Au comptoir l’employée sans lever les yeux me dit sèchement d’aller ailleurs. Je désire son nom pour me plaindre de la façon dont on s’adresse. La dame à la pancarte me dit je suis là superviseuse c’est mon employée. Rien de plus. Ce n’est certainement pas de ma faute si AC connaît une mauvaise journée"

Nadelen: "Que des retards. Informations transmises erronées. Entreprise contractuelle à Venise et nous rappellent qu’ils ne travaillent pas pour AC"
Nadelen: "Boarding was awful"
Nadelen: "AC was aware of flight delay due to computer system failure which caused missed flight connections for passengers and yet there was only one customer service rep at the counter in the Toronto Pearson airport to provide directions to stranded and confused passengers when AC1621 landed at 12:30pm on March 13 from Fort Lauderdale. After waiting in line at customer service for more than an hour, I was told I was booked for 9am flight the next day. I was with 2 kids, no options were explained about an overnight stay. The rep put me on standby and said they were flights every hour and told me to wait for next flight. Again no further explanations about standby, I was going from one gate to the next for 3 hours and I wasn't called. When I asked the agent, she asked me to wait. Finally a fellow passenger told me to check with agent at the next gate. That agent found out the cs rep put my family on standby but put a Nonexisting flight #202. So I was never called. I didn't pay money to get this kind of poor service. All I wanted was the basics, get me home without confusion. What a shame Air Canada! Our national pride is on the line. It should be named Air Nada cause no cs whatsoever. Bad management is to blame. Train your staff and hire qualified people to handle tech dept. We have no control over weather but tech backup is worth investing to prevent tech system issues."
Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Nadelen: "Le personnel était mal aimable. Pas de sourire, pas de formules de politesse. J'adore air Canada mais l'équipage que j'ai eu pour ce vol ne reflétait pas du tout un esprit de service. Et ma valise n'a pas suivi jusqu'à Paris ! J'ai du annuler une partie de mes vacances!"

Nadelen: "I always fly Air Canada but I guess I wasn't aware that Air Canada Rouge was a completely different species. No entertainment at all. When we got on the plane, the sun was shining through the window & floating in the air was a mind-boggling amount of dust, feathers, etc.. flying all around... like the air was completely FILLED with them.. you couldn't get a breath of oxygen. This irritated my respiratory system immensely. They also had children helping out the flight attendants which was cute, until the one girl who had just served water to the entire plane broke out into an awful fever. They were putting ice packs on her head, giving her meds, & eventually she had to get carried through the airport. This was 5 minutes after serving water to an entire plane of passengers. I ended up getting extremely sick & missed almost a week of work. Not sure if this was the cause, but it makes sense. I will make sure 100% to never fly air canada rouge again. For $400 a ticket... doesn't make sense to experience this."

Nadelen: "My flight was first delayed, then cancelled, and there wasn't even bad weather at either airport. I still don't know why the flight was cancelled. My alternate flight had to be from a different airport and that flight was also delayed. I went from a non-stop flight to a flight with a layover... a 7 hour layover. Was not fun sleeping at the airport. On top of that, I had paid to select my seat and it wasn't honored on the flight back. Somehow I was unassigned because of the flight change during departure but I was still charged."

Nadelen: "Bonjour, Suite à mon achat de dernière minute payé avec ma propre carte de crédit portant le même nom que sur mon billet de vol, on m'a laissé entrer, passer la securité, attendre l'embarquement ( 2h attente) et a l'embarquement on m'a annoncé je ne pourrais faire ce vol par doute de paiement et que mon bagage n'étais pas dans l'avion, j'ai donc dû retourner, attendre ma valise et aller à la billeterie pour que l'agent regarde que c'est bel et bien le même nom, qu'un manager vienne et s'excuse, disant c'était du au délais de preuve du paiement car ce n'était pas book avec eux directement et on m'a remis sur un vol le jour suivant avec 2x le temps de vol plus un escale à Toronto. Avec tout cela j'ai manqué le souper d'anniversaire a ma copine a Cancun, j'ai perdu les frais déboursé dans mes réservation de la nuit du samedi au dimanche, j'ai du défrayer 3 taxi à la place de un à raison de 40$ chacun pour l'aéroport, j'ai du refaire l'attente et la securité et j'ai perdu une journee de vacances. Je ne sais pas comment vous procédez pour les booking de derniere minutes mais je crois il y aurait place a améliorations, j'ai souvent reservé avec vous par confiance et maintenant ceci m'a coûté beaucoup dans plusieurs sens. Nadelen: "When checking in, the flight attendant randomly checked sizes of carry-on baggage and forced us to pay extra to check a clearly carry on sized bag, which we have used on at least 50 flights previously as a carry on without ever an issue. On the flight, there were countless carry on bags clearly larger than ours which were allowed on the flight. We soon realized there was not enough room for all the carry on baggage and so they randomly chose us to pay extra since baggage would have to be checked anyways. It was unfair, biased, and classless. Shame on you Air Canada."
