L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Arrivée à l’intérieur de l’avion, les compartiments à bagages à main étaient pratiquement tous plein. Eu beaucoup de misère à éviter de mettre mon sac à dos sous le siège devant moi. Chose que je déteste car je suis très grand et j’ai besoin d’espace pour mes jambes. On a finalement trouvé un endroit à inséré mon sc à dos après avoir argumenté avec l’agent de bors."

Nadelen: "I have flown Air Canada many times, and have never taken off on time. Most flights I have been on, were 30 -60 minutes late. Cabin service is usually minimal, lackadaisical, and indifferent. I would only fly Air Canada again as a last resort"

Voordelen: "Had to emergency reschedule the trip home due to a medical emergency in the family. Explained the situation and urgency to the AC client services rep. He got my wife and I on the next flight out (and first one in) from an alternate airport (Fort Myers instead of Tampa). They waived any rescheduling charges and billed flight differential charges of under $10 each. It was very much appreciated that in the middle of or crisis, we found a friendly and helpful response from an Airline that too often has received bad reviews. In my books, you folks are #1 when it counts. Thanks so much!"
Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Nadelen: "People who insist on bringing their "carry on" luggage on board. The cases are clearly over sized and then they get to put them in the hold for free, meanwhile, those of us who are honest about the size have paid to check their luggage from the start. Everyone should be able to check one bag for free and anyone who brings more than real carry on should be charged a fee. It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."

Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Nadelen: "It was a miserably long weather delay that turned into a sleepless. nIght in the airport and on the too cold plane. Not their fault, they kept us updated but updates were always more delays."
Nadelen: "Seats are ridicoualy close together and the aisle's width to short. Every time someone moves, they are bumping into people seated in aisle seats. Boarding and replanting is a nightmare. Asked to help clean up plane before leaving. For all this, I paid $650."
Voordelen: "1. We booked seats together then when I checked in they had moved my seat and we were no longer sitting together. And then I couldnt get the window seat I had paI'd for :( 2. No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."

Nadelen: "The bathroom on the plane smelled of urine. The only snack offered on both flights was a stroopwaffle. Seat didn't relive at all."

Voordelen: "My flight was delayed 30+ minutes going out from Ohare. But overall the flight was good & service was fine. Thanks!"
Nadelen: "The delay concerned me, years ago we flew to Mudkegon and our flight was delayed and we ended up stranded in Detroit overnight. I was very happy to see our plane fly into terminal."

Nadelen: "They would not honor their refund policy with proper documentation submitted four weeks in advance."
Voordelen: "The crew is really nice. They are considerate and helpful as if they know you will be bored through out the flight."
Nadelen: "You get no food. One advise for the company, do not serve alcohol on 6 AM flights. Just serve some eggs or bread. Try to compete with international airlines like emirates and not greyhound buses. The entertainment system requires you to download the app on your phone and you need to buy the internet."
Voordelen: "We had nice flight even so the airplain was full."
Nadelen: "Not quite.little bit noisy."
Voordelen: "Had the ability to connect in my phone to the app for free in-flight entertainment. Other United flights will have the TV in the headrest but charge you for wifi or to watch TV or movies."
Nadelen: "Our flight got delayed 3 hours (which I understand happens) but they boarded group 1 individually, group 2 individually, then combined groups 3, 4, and 5 in the same line. I was in group 3 but was stuck behind people in other groups. Also, they ran out of room in the overhead storage which is frustrating when you're flight is already pushed out to a later time - the last thing I want to do at 1:00 am is wait for my luggage because it had to be checked. People brought on carry-on suitcases along with 1 personal item which were huge tote bags or backpacks. There's got to be a way to monitor overhead storage for items like that - if it's the size of a carry-on, they should need to check their suitcase. The snack was lack-luster. I went on a 5-hour flight to Seattle a few months ago and one cookie with no protein is hardly filling for that long of a flight."

Voordelen: "The plane is very comfortable ."
Nadelen: "The entertainment - not enough movies on Russuian or Hebrew"
Nadelen: "we have been sitting in the cabin for over an hour while they have feuled the plain as they forgot to complete it"
