Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

It is a long flight and being dehydrated on a plane is not a good thing."

We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Voordelen: "The choices for entertainment were excellent! I was never bored for a second on my 20++ hours of flight. I love how they gave us in-ear earphones instead of the normal airline headphones that keep on sliding off."

Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"

There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

But on the flight from DOH to PHL, the neck rest was awful - it only adjusted vertically (unlike the other flights), and it was too thick so that my neck was in an extremely uncomfortable position for 14 hours - not fun!"

I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Nadelen: "Why doesn’t economy class have a passenger lounge for passengers with really long layovers? I had a 15 hour layover and nothing to tide me over during that time. Ridiculous. Every half decent airline out there caters to all classes of passengers. This is an extremely elitist airline. Will definitely try to avoid"

Voordelen: "Emirates leg was good. Easy checkin and I think slightly large than usual seats."
Nadelen: "I bought a return from Emirates with the returning flight from Australia to London as a code share with Qantas. Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

Nadelen: "For 14 hours there were screaming babies making for a miserable flight. Cabin crew was extremely slow on all fronts"

Nadelen: "Seat (bed) - not very comfy (could be wider and full bed) Food - very poor breakfast (dinner was very OK). It's a shame for such an airline to serve such a breakfast (continental)."

I felt uncomfortable and didn't like this behaviour at all."

Nadelen: "My connecting flight (booked through Emirates but operated by JetBlue) was inexplicably cancelled with 24h notice. Emirates did a good job finding me an alternative flight but somehow did not get my bags on my new flight even though the woman at the counter made a special call to "ensure" that my bags would come with me. Now I have to wait over 24h before I can get my bag."

Voordelen: "Service van het personeel is prima. Vriendelijk en attent."
Nadelen: "We moesten ons erg haasten vanwege vertraging van de eerste vlucht. Door ern beladingsfout had de vlucht ook nog erns bijna 3 uren vertraging. En dan blijkt ook nog eens dat onze koffers niet meegenomen zijn."

Voordelen: "Service prima. Eten voldoende. Entertainment ook voldoende keus."
Nadelen: "We vertrokken met vertraging. We konden maar net op tijd het boarden van de volgende vlucht halen."

Voordelen: "The best economy seating out there. Emirates still makes you feel like a person even though you are in economy. Unlike other airlines Emirates flight crew treats you very well, they are polite, the food is good and the seating is very comfortable. It makes a 16 hour flight pleasureable. Thank you Emirates!!!"

Nadelen: "I always enjoy a window seat but the people next to me didn't get up at all! So I was stuck sitting and didn't have a chance to stretch my legs. Not the airlines fault of course. If you put your seat back a little, it just pushes your knees farther forward."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Food quality was marginal. A drastic contrast with the previous flight of the same airline company (but from Amsterdam to Istanbul), which was very good."
