Nadelen: "Low cost airline so they charge you for everything. I had to pay $159 to check a bag for a 1.5 hour flight. That nearly doubled the cost of the original ticket. By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

Nadelen: "Didn't like the fact that I was never notified through email that the flight was from a different , newer airport in Islamabad. Originally my booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but on the day of flight when I went to that airport , it was totally closed for operations and flights. And I asked people in the street e.g taxi drivers etc which airport my flight could be from. They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha."

Nadelen: "The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

"My flight got cancelled several times, I booked my flight through Fly. us, that was throughly KAYAK engine, I regret my decision to do that, because fly. Us has horrible service no communication what do ever, I contacted them, called them several time but no response so far, I called airline they said they will refund to fly. Us if they request but after 1 week and half no response from them. Please only use direct airline sites during COVID times because flight cancellations is very common during COVID time, so that you guys can avoid trouble of middle man."

Voordelen: "I had really high expectations for this trip but they were unmet. The service was indifferent. The chair wasnuncomfortable. The aisle was super narrow. I was bumped the entire flight. I didn’t like the food. And it was obvious by the end of the trip the staff was just done. Leaving the plane I passed several attendants and they did not say anything. They didn’t thank me for my business. They did t say goodbye or encourage me to come again — they were oblivious and no caring."

Voordelen: "The food was great, the in flight entertainment was great, and as a tall person I appreciate that Emirates still provides a decent amount of legroom, even in Economy."
Nadelen: "Being sandwiched between 2 large men for a 12 hour cuddle."

Nadelen: "The check in process took a long time; longer than other carriers. In spite of so many crew members being there at the gate, there were no announcement of the boarding process. It used to be there before. When asked the staff is very politely responds on what is going on but the rest of the passengers do not know what's going on. Wonder why the staff do not follow the seating process by zone as mentioned on the boarding pass."

Voordelen: "They did an upgrade to make it business class! It was a very nice surprise! Such great Emirates Airlines! The BEST as always!"

Nadelen: "Former travel to Dubai offered food vouchers. No vouchers given and the layover was over 5 hours and portions were smaller on the plane. Bad in flight entertainment screens."

Nadelen: "I paid extra money for the upgrade to sit the exit but only to be told after boarding that due to my size and age that I can’t sit on the exit aisle. Then I said okay, I’ll move if I get a refund and the the flight attendant said that they will. So then I swapped to a middle seat by the attendants directive all the way in the back. After the plane takes off, the flight attendant said that can not refund me the upgrade. I was extremely frustrated and felt discriminated because of my age and size. I demanded to sit back to my original assigned seat but they refused. Not to mention, the flight was delayed!! Unpleasant experience and a rip off."

Nadelen: "The food was OK, especially the appetizer as it was all cheese and since I dont like cheese, I rate it poor. The inflight entertainment was good but there was a lack of choices in music and tv shows."

The business class seats are uncomfortable, they don't recline far enough or provide adequate leg and foot support. The breakfast is not good at all and they seem to fry or provide stale croissants and danishes - they are always so hard and difficult to eat."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Nadelen: "Le racket de cette compagnie commence dès l'enregistrement. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Nadelen: "Les couvertures ne sont pas donnes automatiquent ce qui est regrettable pour un vol de nuit où la climatisation est toujours trop froide."

Voordelen: "Surclassement Buisness Class, arrivée à Paris avec 20 minutes d’avance, livraison bagage rapide"

Voordelen: "I go an email that this flight has not been purchased. I had to call the company directly to purchase. Kayak website never made any correction in the my trips section. Which made me believe falsely that I have a confirmed booking."

Nadelen: "1. Not smiley at all. 2. I asked for a blanket as my 2 yrs old was sleeping and I have to ask three times and finally I got it. 3. I asked for arrival form 40 min before landing and the air hostess said later and she didn’t give me one ."

Voordelen: "Service Cleanliness Food"
Nadelen: "Toilet needed lotion moisturizers"

Voordelen: "A380 is a great plane to fly in, very roomy. Entertainment was good but could be improved by allowing access while plane is still on the ground. This is significant on these long haul flights as boarding commences about an hour before departure."
Nadelen: "Boarding was confusing. The gate showed as "open" sometime before boarding actually commenced which was confusing. The seats have a very strange headrest thing you can't move which I found a bit annoying. Otherwise seat was good."

Voordelen: "Aircraft, crew, comfort, ground staff."
Nadelen: "Food and entertainment are average. Movies are old."

Voordelen: "Amabilité du personnel et qualité de la nourriture"
Nadelen: "Ma femme voyageant en économique n’avait pas le droit de venir me voir en Business"

Voordelen: "I reached safe and the flight was smooth with minimal turbulence. I did not interact much with the crew but they did their job as usual."
Nadelen: "The food was not good. I had ordered low calorie and I got uncooked chicken and uncooked vegetables"

Voordelen: "Confort de l'avion excellent surtout pour les grandes personnes"

Voordelen: "Confort correct. hôtesse à l'écoute"
Nadelen: "Emplacement des jambes un peu juste pour les grandes personnes"

Voordelen: "Le confort , le calme"

Voordelen: "It was a smooth flight."
Nadelen: "No entertainment but only slightly over 1:30 so it wasnt that bad. Someone stole my cell phone and Vapor between Manila and Kuwait after my hand carry bag was checked in."

Voordelen: "I thought 11 thousand dollars for 2 of us to fly was way to dear business class there was not a lot of room. Was my own fault I thought I was going on a380 but I woukd think twice about booking again for that price not worth it."

Voordelen: "It was a great flight. I got an exit seat, and the air host, Dylan, was very helpful."

Voordelen: "There is nothing much to like about the flight. The only good thing about Etihad is the pre clearance option at Abu Dhabi that saves a lot of time after landing in the US"
Nadelen: "14+ hours of flying time where it can be done under 10 to 12 hours. Food is not good at all."

Nadelen: "The seats never recline. All the 4 leg seats had reclining ossue"

Voordelen: "I purchased a premium seat, and I still felt as though I was being packed into a sardine can. Furthermore, the online seat map used to purchase my preferred seat did not match the seating arrangement of the actual aircraft, which was TREMENDOUSLY disappointing."

Voordelen: "Again, excellent flight crew."
Nadelen: "Nothing to dislike."

Voordelen: "Etihad is the best airlines by far nothing beats it from quality of the planes to the staff."
Nadelen: "The entertainment needs some improvement they need to work on the content."

Voordelen: "Cheapest fair"
Nadelen: "We have cancelled the trip on some personal problems online on kiwi.com, called twice also but till date no action is taken. Neither we got refund nor tickets got cancelled, eventhough we have cancelled tickets 3 days prior to start of our trip"

Nadelen: "Nothing. Everything was perfect."

Voordelen: "Efficient and friendly crew, on time"
Nadelen: "Boarding announcements can be improved so that it's clear which group of passengers can board. Seats are too narrow even for average sized individuals."

Voordelen: "Nothing special"
Nadelen: "The flight crew was rude."

Voordelen: "The movie options and food were good."
Nadelen: "This flight had the potential to be good as the entertainment and food options were good, but I felt cramped and the volume of the surrounding passengers was awful. There were three crying babies, which I know neither the airline nor the families themselves can control, as well as one child with special needs who was making a lot of noise the whole flight. I wasn't able to sleep at all for that reason. Additionally, I was disappointed that the flight was late and that the deplaning process was so long – we taxied for a long time and there was only one staircase, so we were very late."

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Voordelen: "Crew , seats and crew"
Nadelen: "Boarding was very slow although we did it online as they were serving all client without differanciating the online checked already."

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "On time. Plane was clean. Security clearance was good."
Nadelen: "Food quantity and quality dropped to zero. Absolutely disappointed. I had travelled with etihad before. But this time I feel like not to travel with them again. In a 14 hour flight hardly one meal with 10 hour gap. Imagine if some one traveling with diabetic needs"

Voordelen: "Etihad is the best airline on the planet. Certainly the best of the ME3."

Voordelen: "all things like"
Nadelen: "nothing"

Voordelen: "For the price, its good, Entertainment system is really good, also its` good for the quick flight.Flight is always On time!"
Nadelen: "Staff is not super welcoming, looks like they are forced to serve the economy class, you get what you pay for, Also its super crowded."
