I was travelling with a baby and the staff was not even considerate about it and attending fast. I requested for a mineral water bottle as I ran out of baby water for making milk for the baby and the staff was so reluctant and told "they are done" and just left.I am really dissapointed with this. I doubt if I would travel with qatar again"

Nadelen: "I have requested seafood for my meals. Unfortunately I was told that no such request was mentioned on the list as special meal. Overall the food was okay, we had 2 small pieces of beef in one meal, the two salads has no taste and the sandwich was too salty. A passenger who sat next to my husband snored all the time and leaned a bit over my husband as he was heavy."

Nadelen: "Didn't like the fact that I was never notified through email that the flight was from a different , newer airport in Islamabad. Originally my booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but on the day of flight when I went to that airport , it was totally closed for operations and flights. And I asked people in the street e.g taxi drivers etc which airport my flight could be from. They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha."

Nadelen: "They claimed they have free WiFi, but this is not true. Passengers has to pay if they want access to WiFi. Uncomfortable sitting and you cannot adjust it to a comfortable level. Crew keeps demanding sit need to be upright."

Nadelen: "There was not enough tome to catch my connecting flight and I had to stay in the airport an additional 6 hours and had to stay the night in the hotel and then get to Portland on another airline 21 hours later than planned."

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Their food quality is so poor and seats are very uncomfortable i will never fly with eithad"

Voordelen: "Lots of food and drinks offered often and tasted pretty decent."
Nadelen: "I was given a baggage tag without any explanations on what that even means. It would have helped knowing I should keep it safe in case my luggage is misplaced or lost by Etihad- which is was! The seats are not that comfortable and I needed to stand a lot. Bathroom kept running out of soap and needed to wait long for staff to replace. Entertainment system was hard to use due to the person in front of me leaning their chair back the whole time so the screen was in my face."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "I missed the flight in the airport and when I went to the office in the airport to put me on the next flight they denied help. They asked me to pay the difference. I had to agree but I had not a credit card so they refused to take cash. Spend very frustrating two hours trying to convince the rude employee to put me on the flight... Do not use that airport or that company."

Nadelen: "Though happy there was kids meal provided seeing pasta in all 3 meals not very appetizing. Sweet side dish were mediocre at best. There were no snack available or provided for kids except the meal box. When requested milk for my kid some milk from flask was given which I was not comfortable giving to my son.. there were other issues but my sons comfort was the most Concerning"

Voordelen: "The entertainment"
Nadelen: "Horrible food and beverages The crew will never serve a Diet Coke with ice come what may. If asked a lot they will give you a tiny serving mostly without ice. They will never give you a meager can. Ublebeliavable."

Voordelen: "Everything from chek in in LA to the Arrival in Abothbi"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Clean well maintained aircraft. Enough leg room"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed from JFK as well as Abudhabi. Inflight service was not that great"

Nadelen: "Cramed. Bad food. NO CONTROL ON SIZE OF LUGGAGE ALLOWED IN CABIN"

Nadelen: "Everything. They are excrllent."

Nadelen: "Baggage ground staff behavior is very bad"

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"
Nadelen: "Le personnel de cabine souriant et avenant"

Nadelen: "Luggage policy, ended up going in line 4 times."

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "I bought a one way from Los Angeles to Kathmandu. I had a 16 hour layover in Dubai. I went to the Ethiad help desk upon arrival to inquire about my gate. I was given the info I asked for, and to my surprise a voucher to a five star hotel and two meal vouchers at the airport----Complementary!"

Voordelen: "On time. Plane was clean. Security clearance was good."
Nadelen: "Food quantity and quality dropped to zero. Absolutely disappointed. I had travelled with etihad before. But this time I feel like not to travel with them again. In a 14 hour flight hardly one meal with 10 hour gap. Imagine if some one traveling with diabetic needs"

Voordelen: "Loved the entertainment center, movie selections, blanket and neck pillow. The bathroom was large, clean, and cabin staff was good but not passionate."
Nadelen: "The food selection was not that great and everything I had tasted like plastic and microwaved cardboard."

Voordelen: "Better food choice."
Nadelen: "The entertainment"

Voordelen: "Beware of the etihad airport crew at Abu Dhabi. They are extremely inept. The gate agent lost my ID card needed to gain entry into a third country. Not only I had to miss my connecting fight from Abu Dhabi, was never put on another flight, but etihad also cancelled my return portion of the ticket all due to a mistake by their gate agent."
Nadelen: "Beware of their scamming ways by cancelling my return ticket due to their mistake...ripoff...avoid using etihad and any othermiddle eastern airlines, their planes are ok but their customer service is the worst in the world"

Voordelen: "Service was efficient though the there were not that many movies available & after I realized that my television screen would not stay up because I was sitting in front of the exit door, I tried listening to the music but my head set was broken too! The stewards were trying to finish picking up the snack & clean up so there was less than an hour left I decided not to bother them further."
Nadelen: "As far as the snack that was served,it was a dry roll with little bit of cheese in it . My daughter & I both did not take an other bite and put the rest of it back in the bag!"

Voordelen: "The crew was curtious, flight on time, good and clean planes, met all expectations."
