Pas de film français et siège inconfort
J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
The layover in Istanbul was 1 hour 5 mins. That is NOT ENOUGH TIME to get from one gate to another and go through security again. By the time my plane landed from Kiev to Istanbul, the flight to San Francisco was already boarding. I had to cross a very long airport, go back into security check and then run another 15 mins. I barely made the flight and they were about to close the door when I arrived. Turkish Airlines should NOT SELL TICKETS WITH SUCH SHORT LAYOVER WITHOUT ACCOMODATING US or helping us to get to the other gate faster. It was a very bad experience. Why sell tickets with unreasonable layover times? It is not fair for the customer and not feasible to make the flight.

Nadelen: "The boarding gate was located much further than I remember for previous flights. And then we had to board shuttle buses to the plane, which made for an unpleasant boarding experience. Too many carry-on bags onboard meant no space for my bag in my allocated overhead bin. The plane seemed old and the seats were small and cramped. The entertainment systems kept shutting off in the beginning of the flight, and my screen was slightly unresponsive to touch. Not the best flight experience compared with what I'm used to and expect from Turkish."

Bad service from the outside office that I couldn’t reach to resolve the schedule issue. They never reply email or calls for days. But they finally resolve at the day we fly home inside the airport.
Missed connection due to a 1,5 hours delay of first flight, resulting in a 24 hours delay at destination. Poor assistance at the airport. Long wait, with not even internet connection. Awful experience.

A lady sitting in the row in front of me - a 50-something y/o woman with husband and 3 kids keep on reclining her seat to the point that I was barely a couple of inches from the top of her head, even as I was eating. I had to forcefully push back ti get some room."

I was excited to fly Gulf Air as it was a new addition to Manchester. Unlike the airport they did not disappoint . Very attentive crew on 3 of 4 flights. Onboard not as nice as say BA 787 in my experience but okay. Staff were great and friendly . Only complaint was outbound from Bahrain. Plane half empty 😀 Staff AWOL most of time, Food edible (mostly) Definitely better than BA and American. In all a good experience. Good low prices considering post covid Excellent baggage allowance . I have booked again with them but NOT booked through last-minute.com despite return trip going to plan I will NEVER use LM con and advise you to avoid them even if they offer low prices I have reported them to Kayak Thousands of passengers can not be wrong about LM con
Every thing is perfect Expect the Indera Gandi Airport "Thailand Airways" staff (the indian guy) he hold us for nothing I we were about to lose our flight to Bangkok. I think I am going to stop using Kayak app, if there is no respons in this matter.

When I reclined my seat to sleep the passenger behind me pushed my seat hard back to upright position. When I turned around to ask why the rude response I realized that he was a tall fellow and his knees were already touching the back of my seat so when I reclined it, it hurt him and he had no where to move his legs. I couldn't do or say much as I understood his misery and therefore kept my seat up the whole way for 5 hours! The flight was full and neither of us could relocate to another seat."

Nadelen: "Gulf air has decided to do "silent boarding" - so we were late boarding our flight because even though we watched the gate- it never filled up, there were never lines, no announcements, no lights signaling anything. Our captain took VERY sharp and hard dips and turns during our flight. He even dropped altitude so quickly that some women on board yelled out in terror. No announcements were made as well by the crew or captain regarding these very uncommon experiences of turbulence or announcements to remain with ones seat belt fastened. Finally, the man driving the bus from the plane to the door at Manama airport was too busy talking to the men who decided to sit in the front seat of the passenger bus and not look on the road in a busy air traffic area. I'm literally blown away at how everyone was safe and made it from point a to point b. I'm also horrified at the lack of communication or safety precautions."

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .
On the way in they had vegetarian options but nothing but meat options on the way back. I totally forgot to ask for vegetarian meals when booking my flight, but luckily there were enough items to get me through the flights. A wonderful flight and crew.

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed and caused me to miss my connecting flight on another airline that had no other flights that day. As a result of the lack of communication and general lack of professionalism, staff refused to rectify the situation and take responsibility, and I was forced to stay overnight. Worst"

Nadelen: "The food was the same on consecutive flights, which made eating painful. And the Addis Ababa airport is very poor right now."

Nadelen: "It took 45 minutes for a flight attendant to respond to my call despite me calling dor assistance every 10 min. I had an issue with my tv screen and was not able to use the in flight entertainment I am very dissatisfied with such poor care and professionalism from your staff. This was something that should not have taken 45 min to get solved and even worse despite the call light being on multiple flight attendants walked by and did not even bother to question why the call light was on"

Voordelen: "I went for my honeymoon but ET never transported my luggage. I had to spend my honeymoon buying very expensive clothes and basic needs in Mauritius instead of relaxing. My luggage never came. I got it on my way back to Bamako. Nobody was even able to even trace my luggage or respond professionally on the phone. Out of hundreds of calls I made to them, they only picked up twice. ET screwed my honeymoon that I had planned for over a year. I'm so dissapointed that I don'y even want to claim reimbursement."
Nadelen: "Office in Bamako and apperently even in Nairobi never picks up the phone ! The only time they picked up (in Nairobi) they were rude!"
Voordelen: "Will never fly this airline again"
Nadelen: "The food was bad and on the second stretch the airline did a stop over in Cairo that was not originally planned and delayed the flight by over 3 hours making me miss my connection flights and forcing me to rebuy tickets since there was no ground staff at Rome that could handle the situation. Made me end up losing 1000 usd in tickets I had to buy. Not the way I'm used to be treated as a business class costumer"
Nadelen: "That the Airline choose to take Russsian paid load, cargo. And decided to off load the Luggage of 25 passengers. Some of them even had connecting Flights. Luggage tags were not matching with the names, so it became difficult to actually track the bags. Not funny..."

Voordelen: "Lots of leg room, pillows, blankets..."
Nadelen: "Breakfast was cold and runny eggs, not so nice. And no vegetarian option offered."
Voordelen: "Check in was brilliant. The incoming flight was half an hour early so they wanted to leave half hour early too. We were clearly instructed to be available at gate accordingly. Fabulous breakfast service in Business class too. Pre-order and indicate preferred time of service or to skip altogether so each customer got their required rest."

Nadelen: "I've been flying Ethiopian airlines over the last four weeks to nine African countries and can give an overall excellent rating. They're always on time. They however showed the same movie on all flights. The food quality and variety also need to be improved. Thanks"
Nadelen: "The services at the airport was terrible. The Booked me a flight with only a 30 minute layover. When I try telling the people before boarding the plane, big Norred me. When I told the flight attendant she said she would talk to the captain to see if there’s a way I could get a ride to my next plane so I wouldn’t miss it. That never happened. When we got off the plane no one at the airport would help us and when I was trying to run to my next terminal one of the officers at the airport told me to slow down because I wouldn’t miss the plane and I was fine. When I asked help with directions and told him I was afraid of missing my flight people laughed and walked away. When I finally found my terminal and got to it, my flight had already took off seven minutes prior. I absolutelyHated my experience flying with Ethiopian air. The seats are uncomfortable on the plane, not all the seats recline back the same level, and when I was eating dinner I decided to eat chicken since I can’t eat beef and halfway through the check in my stomach started her and I looked up the chicken and it was still pink inside."
Nadelen: "The crew on the ground could be more friendly and could improve their communication. Improvement needed on the food."
Voordelen: "I took a roundtrip to Addis Abeba, Ethiopia from Washington, DC. The trip was 13 hours there and 16 on the way back (I think that included a refueling stop in Dublin). There was plenty of food and beverages provided throughout the flight - usually every 3 hours or so. Blankets, pillows, and several movie/entertainment were provided."
Nadelen: "I would prefer the the main cabin lights be kept off longer."

Nadelen: "Food was served to passengers from seat row 30 and beyond very late. About twenty minutes to landing In Addis so passengers were forced to gulp the food Hurrying which is not comfortable"
