Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Nadelen: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Voordelen: "Everything went according to the timetable, boarding was on-time and we even arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, so I can't really fault the service of the pilots, the cabin crew or the ground operations team. Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Nadelen: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Nadelen: "I had an awful experience. A flight attendant named Comissário Bruno denied me a second dessert when I asked for one. I was flying business class on flight TP059 on March 4 2018 and have Gold status on Star Alliance. Many passengers had declined dessert and I felt extremely embarrassed by having been denied food on a plane for the first time in my life. The attitude and lack of tact of Comissario Bruno on TP059 spoiled the whole flight experience for me."

Nadelen: "This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!"

Voordelen: "The name on ticket had the wrong last name for second passenger and they were not helpful. Only solution was to purchase an additional ticket. Not part of my budget. Poor service from gotogate and TAP Portugal in Barcelona. Very upset and sad."

Nadelen: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."
Nadelen: "Too sleep deprived from earlier missed connection to notice much about this flight except for the complete mess when it came to boarding. You can't line up 4 boarding zones in an area that is maybe 10ft by 10"
Voordelen: "Efficient friendly generous service To a little used, user friendly airport (Free alcohol, i.e., wines; no spirits) I ordered a Muslim meal: delicious"
Nadelen: "We had trouble with the A/C leaving; until we were airborne, it was hot. I suspect that this is an unusual problem. In general, I find small international carriers better than the large ones; my favorite so far in Air Austria"
Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."
Nadelen: "The seats did not recline. It was impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep any at all, even though it was an overnight flight. It was also the first intercontinental flight I have ever taken which offered no entertainment whatsoever. I really don't understand why TAP used a plane with non-reclining seats for a five-hour overnight flight."
Voordelen: "The food was good and there was a decent variety of things to watch."
Nadelen: "Having another TSA check at our gate at the last minute just because we were going to New York, the whole process made our boarding time late and our take off time pushed back even though they had 3 hrs to figure it out. The main flight stuardess in charge was rude and kept giving attitude to people when they asked questions because half the people on the flight didn't understand Portuguese. I wasn't allowed to pick my seat on the website so we ended up in a middle row. The person i was traveling with is over 6 ft and could not comfortably fit in the seats. Thankfully no one sat on the end so we were able to spread out between 3 seats. The entire experience made us not want to fly into Portugal again."
