People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."

Nadelen: "I would never use American Airlines again. Horrible service at the check-in service at Barcelona Airport. I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."

I've never experienced this with any other airline before. Very disappointed"

I should have known better than to take the window seat (Orlando to DC was painfully uncomfortable because I just don't fit in those seats). The in-flight service was good, but I was glad when this flight was over."

Nadelen: "Arrived in Phoenix and hurried to my next gate for the flight to Palm Springs only to discover a delay in the flight. No marguees were updated, no explanation just the plane had not arrived. Soon after we were told of a gate change, the marquee then said the flight would not arrive until 11 pm it is a one hour flight, so we actually arrived at 10 pm."

Nadelen: "The weather was bad in Dallas preventing our landing. Our plane had to be diverted to be refueled which caused us to miss our connecting flight. There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."

The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"

Nadelen: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

Voordelen: "I had a problem finding ticket number for a return ticket. It took an hour at boarding but Iberia rep. found it and saved the day. She really cared and got the job done. Can't say enough about this Argentine rep. Also this was an international flight and they did Not hassle us about the weight of our carry on. Last year Etihad weighed our purses with a bathroom scale at the door of the aircraft. Outrageous. Slowed boarding for over an hour and cost passengers an average of $150 - $320."
Nadelen: "Food was terrible all around. Didn't pass out water during 11 hour flight and all the "good" movies didn't load."

Nadelen: "Lost bags, dirty plane, seats switched from together with my wife on our honeymoon to seperate."

Nadelen: "When I purchased the ticket I was never told that there was no allowance for luggage. Usually, this flights give you @ least (1) piece of luggage for free. In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Nadelen: "Crew couldn't say if there was or was not meat in the meals."

Nadelen: "No where when I booked the ticket it said I would need to pay for luggage and I had to pay 50euros for 1 checked bag"

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Voordelen: "The seat, the screen, the plane. Premium Economy in Iberia is totally worth."
Nadelen: "The power source wasn't working, Premium Economy pax can't go to the Business class restroom, although is just next to their area and have to cross half of the plane for the 1st Economy class restroom."

Nadelen: "The plan was too small."

Voordelen: "Overhead storage was generous. Being able to check flight progress while in the air."
Nadelen: "They charged us for two aisle seats, and then reassigned one of us to a middle seat with no notice. With advance notice, they were unable to provide a meal that would not contain bell peppers, to which I am allergic. On the plane, both meal options contained bell peppers. Surprisingly, the ingredient lists were not available to flight attendants or passengers, and we were only aware of their presence because of seeing them, or having my allergic reaction (which I did) after avoiding the visible ones. The passenger in front of me put his seat in full recline for the entire 10 hour flight, including about 30 minutes when the seat was unoccupied. This put his seat about six inches in front of my chin and made it impossible for me to view the entertainment screen. It also made it difficult to get into and out of my seat. Several of the toilets had clear fluid covering the floor. I did not want to know is this was water or something else. Although our connecting flight in Miami went from gate E21 to gate E30, it took two hours (and 3,000 steps per FitBit) to get there because of being required to claim our luggage, leave security, recheck the bags, and then re-enter security. Our tickets did not provide for TSA-PRE despite having provided our known traveler number in advance. Many notices and directions were only available in Spanish. As they are based in a Spanish speaking country, this is perfectly reasonable, but their services are marketed to English speaking countries and it was a problem for me as a predominantly English-only speaker."

Nadelen: "My checked baggage was not trasnferred and did not arrive in Chicago."

Nadelen: "Maybe include vegan options for food?"

Nadelen: "Food was poor ( cold, tasteless, meat was hard .....)"

Voordelen: "on time"
Nadelen: "business class is the same as eco...very poor...LH aslo have regional line, much much better."

Nadelen: "In flight entertainment didn't work and crew wasn't concerned and didn't do anything about it."

Voordelen: "Little be more leg space"

Nadelen: "The lack of legroom is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I am 5’10 and my knees were planted firmly in the seat in front of me. I’ve had 5 knee surgeries so this made the tight squeeze even worse. Furthermore, the inability to move is cause of blood clots."

Voordelen: "Great and on time"

Nadelen: "No clear direction when attempting to board. Several passengers were unaware of what to do. Couldn't find the reclining button."

Nadelen: "We paid extra to sit in Economy * I am 6-3, wife 5-4 and neither had any leg room We were sitting in 2 seats by themselves. It was an endurance contest to make it through the flight. I will never fly Iberian Airlines again. It was terrible!!!"

Nadelen: "The line at the checking counter in Rome was moving very slowly. The person at the counter was a nice person, though. I think they need more people there."

Voordelen: "I had my reservations about Iberia air after reading reviews of them online so was surprised that my trip was pleasant. The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."
Nadelen: "I couldn't get my touch screen to work so didn't watch movies. But I also didn't bother to ask the stewardesses and just went to sleep. The seats were just the right size for me but can see ow it might be a problem for larger people. I'm guessing the seats are European size?"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was great, great food! You can't beat the price of the ticket."
Nadelen: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Voordelen: "Flight from tel aviv to Madrid was awful. Bathroom was dirty and no hand soap. Ordere d a special meal and never came. It was so cramped you couldn't move. I was betwee 2 tall men who placed there legs under my seat. No direction for connection flight."
Nadelen: "My connection flight to use was better on americal"

Voordelen: "Staff, entertainment, food and the plane itself were all good."
Nadelen: "Leg room not great, but better than most planes."

Voordelen: "Good seat spacing"

Voordelen: "This wa a short, one hour flight. it's hard to rate the experience with a flight this short."

Voordelen: "This was a long international flight so we got dinner, snack, and breakfast included. Food was decent, service fine, and entertainment selection was good. Also, since it was not a full flight, there was extra room and therefore a comfortable flight."

Voordelen: "Fast boarding, excellent entertainment, crew were friendly and helpful. Arrived 45 min early, which made the drive to downtown easy."
Nadelen: "Check in online was useless, still had to stand in line to check luggage. Food was ok, kind of mushy chicken, cold bread, and minuscule salad. Breakfast was a sad cold and dry ham and cheese croissant."

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Voordelen: "The flight attendants are rude, the food is disgusting, and their customer service is non existent. My husband left his iPad on the plane, and realized as soon as we stepped off, but they refused to let us retrieve it. Instead, they went us through this ridiculous online process, where they determined they found the iPad, but "rejected our request to have it returned"!!!!!! The absolute worst!!"

Nadelen: "It was cancelled and stranded me in Chicago.I will never use Iberia again."

Nadelen: "Stewards keep trying to speak in Spanish to you. Every time again you have to ask to repeat in English."

Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Voordelen: "Prise en charge par le personnel agréable Je fréquente souvent la compagnie air Canada jusqu’ici tout s’etait Toujours bien passé"
Nadelen: "Au vol aller : problème à l’enregistrement ( soit disant pas d’ave) + bagage soute facturé 50 euros (pour apprendre finalement au retour que je n’aurais Pas du payer) Au vol retour : pas d’enregistrement possible cause de surbooking. On me dit qu’il n’est pas sure que je puisse prendre mon vol pourtantl réservé et payé , on fini par m’imprimer Une carte d’ebarquement Sans siège attribue alors que ma valise est partie en soute. On m’invite à passer en zone d’embarquement Au risque d’y Passer la nuit en attendant le vol suivant le lendemain matin. Départ dans le stress et l’incertitude. La faute à qui ? Kayak ? Air Canada ? Brussels Airlines ? Qui surbooke ses vols pour faire toujours plus d’argent. Au prix du billet c’est une Honte !"

Nadelen: "Le vols a été retarder à partir de Québec. J’ai donc du courir à travers l’aéroport de Montréal pour attraper ma connection vers Edmonton. Arrivée à l’intérieur de l’avion, les compartiments à bagages à main étaient pratiquement tous plein. Eu beaucoup de misère à éviter de mettre mon sac à dos sous le siège devant moi. Chose que je déteste car je suis très grand et j’ai besoin d’espace pour mes jambes. On a finalement trouvé un endroit à inséré mon sc à dos après avoir argumenté avec l’agent de bors."

Voordelen: "Équipage sympa!"
Nadelen: "Pas assez de place pour les jambes."

Nadelen: "J'étais assise tout au fond et j'avais peur de manquer ma connexion. J'ai demandé à bouger à l'avant, mais c'était plein. nous étions quelques uns à l'arrière à avoir des connexion de moins d'une heure vers les États-Unis... avec les douanes... stressant."

Voordelen: "Facilité à obtenir de l'eau, voyage doux, sans turbulence."
Nadelen: "Systeme de divertissement qui proposait belle variété plantsit souvent. Il a finalement été "rebooté" mais il était tard et cela a pris plus de 30 minutes."

Nadelen: "Bonjour, Suite à mon achat de dernière minute payé avec ma propre carte de crédit portant le même nom que sur mon billet de vol, on m'a laissé entrer, passer la securité, attendre l'embarquement ( 2h attente) et a l'embarquement on m'a annoncé je ne pourrais faire ce vol par doute de paiement et que mon bagage n'étais pas dans l'avion, j'ai donc dû retourner, attendre ma valise et aller à la billeterie pour que l'agent regarde que c'est bel et bien le même nom, qu'un manager vienne et s'excuse, disant c'était du au délais de preuve du paiement car ce n'était pas book avec eux directement et on m'a remis sur un vol le jour suivant avec 2x le temps de vol plus un escale à Toronto. Avec tout cela j'ai manqué le souper d'anniversaire a ma copine a Cancun, j'ai perdu les frais déboursé dans mes réservation de la nuit du samedi au dimanche, j'ai du défrayer 3 taxi à la place de un à raison de 40$ chacun pour l'aéroport, j'ai du refaire l'attente et la securité et j'ai perdu une journee de vacances. Je ne sais pas comment vous procédez pour les booking de derniere minutes mais je crois il y aurait place a améliorations, j'ai souvent reservé avec vous par confiance et maintenant ceci m'a coûté beaucoup dans plusieurs sens. Nadelen: "Le vol Fort Lauderdale-Montréal a été retardé de 1:30h pour un entretien. Sur le vol de départ, le service de divertissement n'a pas fonctionné pendant une longue période. Il faut payer pour manger mais nous avions été avisés par la compagnie."

Nadelen: "CA FAIT DEUX JAI VOYAGE AVEC AIR CANADA JAI PAS AIME LE SERVICE PARCE QUE LA PREMIERE FOIS LE VOL A ETE RENVOUYER POUR DEMAIN PASSE TOUTE UNE JOURNEE SANS RIEN MANGE. LA DEUXIEME FOIS PAS PLUS QUE LE VOL A ETE RETARDER DE DEUX HEURES. JE TROUVE SOIT LE SERVICE CEST PAS BON OU CEST MOI QUI A PAS CHANCE. DON LA PREMIERE FOIS JAI PERDU UNER JOURNEE DE TRAVAIL ET LEDU Payer plus pour ma voiture."

Nadelen: "Une femme à fait un malaise à côté de moi avec perte de connaissance, étant infirmier j'ai pris en charge cette dame avec un médecin, une fois installer à l'arrière de l'appareil nous avons pris ses signeservices vitaux mais à ma grande surprise aucun thermomètre n'était disponible et le brassard à tension était Manuel (plus personne ou presque n'utilisé se genre de brassard à tension...)"

Nadelen: "Coût des bagages 25$ par valise pas indiqué lors de notre réservation de vol via Kayak. On parle alors d'une augmentation de 50$ du coût du billet. Pas assez de personnel à bord. Assis à l'arrière et le premier breuvage nous a été offert que 2,5 h après le décollage!!!! Pourtant le personnel n'a pas arrêté de faire tout ce qu'il pouvait mais en nombre suffisant pour répondre adéquatement à la clientèle. Les sièges semblent avoir diminué en dimension et on ne se sent pas à l'aise lorsque que l'on mesure 6pi et plus et pèse 200 et plus sans pour autant être obèse."

Nadelen: "Aucun confort, mon banc était defoncé. Le vol avait 4 hrs de retard dû à un problème d'avion."

Voordelen: "Très bon vol , personnel courtois et attentionné. Nourriture excellente"

Nadelen: "l'espace entre les rangées est trop restreint Pas assez sévère sur les bagages en cabine 2 et 3 bagages Moi je dois payer pour mon bagage et les gens qui remettent leurs valises a l’entrée n'ont pas a payer"

Nadelen: "L'app n'a pas fonctionné sur ma tablette donc rien à faire pour 5 heures. Même avec l'app ne fonctionne pas trèes bien."

Nadelen: "La prise pour les écouteurs ne fonctionnait pas, donc je n'ai pas pu utiliser les divertissements!"
