On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Nadelen: "The experience in the Frankfurt airport was terrible! We had arrived from Rome with an hour between landing and boarding. When we were directed to security at Gate Z, there was a huge mob of people, not really in lines. We didn’t know what we were waiting for or where to stand, but we and others around us were very worried about missing our next flight. There was no Lufthansa representative to help. Finally someone directed some of us to a long roundabout back way to Gate Z security. We did get to our gate in time for boarding, only because it had been delayed. Then we sat in the plane for over half an hour. Altogether, it took off more than an hour late, so we missed our flight from Chicago to Minneapolis."

I understand that there is nothing Lufthansa can do about the weather, but they (or the Munich airport) need to have more de-icing machines. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long."

Nadelen: "I hated that the plane did not wait for me as I have been on plenty of airlines that have waited 5-10 mins to allow for these sort of things to be rectified. thankfully, Lufthansa and United booked me on a plane that left 5 hours later. they even bought me a 10 euro lunch. :), a pass to the , Luftanhsa lounge would have also been a good showing. I asked about this , but was gently denied. the help desk was gracious, which I appreciated. I had an entire row to myself on the United flight to DC, which softened the blow as well but the flight to Munich from IAD was great (2-28-18)"

Nadelen: "Economy seat space is small for 11 hours flight. get the meal of my choice, also as I tried to check in at home, the system did not give me choice to check in or change the seat."

At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"

We had to take a transport to new gate and were afraid we would miss flight as the original flight time was still posted. There was no updated flight info anywhere. Very stressful after what was already a long wait."

Voordelen: "Loved the retrofitting work done on the 777-200 for atmosphere and head room. The flight crew were among the most accommodating I’ve experienced."
Nadelen: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Nadelen: "The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the meal. I don’t eat red meat and requested it theough the website, but nithing special was arranged and I ended up eating pasta. Pasta is fine and I love it, but people that don’t eat meat need to have vegetables added to their meals, or at least an egg. And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Voordelen: "Excellent service , good food . Ahead of time flight"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Nadelen: "The whole experience of missing my connecting flight due to Iberia's delay. When we deplaned they gave us Express Connection envelopes and told us to run to our gate - 21 minutes away, a passport and a security checkpoint along the way... this is after a red eye... facing an 11 hour delay before my next flight and a voucher to McDonald's - really????"

Voordelen: "OTP, the plane was modern, high load factor, which means that this flight is doing good. The wifi was also good,"
Nadelen: "Only 4 bathrooms for the whole economy and premium economy classes and only at the center of the plane. No snacks between dinner and breakfast."

Nadelen: "The line to check bags was way too long. No kiosks and only one person working the desk and way too slow."

Nadelen: "Few minutes late. Which caused us to miss our main flight. Still have no luggage. Why would flight like that be scheduled so close together. Impossible to accomplish after going thru customs."

Voordelen: "clean"
Nadelen: "No legroom, plane too warm, movies were unedited, but most of all we missed our connection and there wasn't even an apology, or any compensation. We missed the main event of our trip and were very disappointed. There was only 45 minutes scheduled between the two flights--in which you had to traverse the huge Madrid airport (train), and go through customs and security again. We were 5 minutes late to the gate--after being told in Miami they would hold the plane for us."

Voordelen: "The AA Tampa crew need to train the IB crew on customer service"

Nadelen: "dirty bathrooms, little space, the crew seemed tired and a"

Nadelen: "I requested a vegan meal weeks prior and the only meal without meat had a lot of dairy in it. Not enough water was offered as well. The flight was delayed boarding. The leg room is pitiful on the flight."

Voordelen: "New plne, service from American Airlines was good news friendly."

Voordelen: "Great and on time"
Nadelen: "Nothing all good"

Nadelen: "It's ridiculous in 2 hours flight even a glass of the water we don't get ... and in the flight Madrid to Miami all flight they don't give a bottle the water ... please need keep the people hidratate in the flight"

Nadelen: "It was hot in there and the WiFi wasn’t working Besides that it was good"

Voordelen: "The crew was awesome and very helpful. The trip was also comfortable as it could be for a full flight."
Nadelen: "I am a vegetarian, I was not made aware of food options and was only offered chicken or beef, which I do not eat."

Voordelen: "Clean plane, pleasant staff, excellent movie selection. food better than most."

Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled at the last minute due to a hurricane. Both British airlines and Iberian airlines posted conflicting information as to the flight cancellation, hence affecting hotel reservations and proceeding flights. The whole process has been a nightmare. I will have serious reservations booking future flights with either airline. Very disappointed !"

Nadelen: "Iberia's only thing is that airplanes don't have enough leg space"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was great, great food! You can't beat the price of the ticket."
Nadelen: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Nadelen: "They lost our four bags. Three were found two days later. One bag we never saw again on vacation so had to buy a fourth of the stuff a family of four had to survive in Europe for a month. Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."

Voordelen: "Fast boarding."
Nadelen: "No air conditioning.no help with making connecting flight/customs. Staff could not speak english."

Voordelen: "Movie choices on flight, crew was also very friendly."
Nadelen: "Boarding process at MIA was disorganized."

Voordelen: "On time. Great service."

Nadelen: "Could be perfect if the service in the flight was better"

Nadelen: "When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Nadelen: "Stewards keep trying to speak in Spanish to you. Every time again you have to ask to repeat in English."

Voordelen: "Confirt of plane"
Nadelen: "Delayed flight when in runway, had to return to the terminal..."

Nadelen: "The aircraft has air condition problem and they whole flight was extremely HOT!!!! Cabin crew paid very little attention to this until we were 4 hours into the flight and basically said there is nothing I can do. I call for the head of the cabin crew and she took 2 hours to come talk to me. I had to wait for here to come out from her flight nap in the crew quarters."

Voordelen: "Great entertainment set, neat reclining seats and nice crew."
Nadelen: "Plane departed early effectively leaving my luggage and vacation. Why did we leave gate 10 minutes early?"

Voordelen: "Best transatlantic flight for a long time. More legroom quiet and delays were communicated well"
Nadelen: "Would have liked another couple rounds of water"

Voordelen: "Love the individual screen on each seat."
