Good Maintenance and best food.
The flight was rescheduled by 6 hrs delay and no accommodation provided. also the connecting flight from India to Doha was minimum basic comfort level.
Awesome! Excellent customer service. I would recommend Qatar Airways over other airlines :)
We called chatdeal ahead of time to book a child meal for a daughter they said they did it but she was not given a child meal

I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children."
Nadelen: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

No blankets provided when asked for blankets was told by the Indian air hostess on board the Qatar Airways flight that there is a shortage of blankets and they had to give children first Flight was at 3:50 am at this early tme pls provide blankets for all specially if it is freezing"

Nadelen: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

We had originally booked the flight with the expectation of being on the A-380, but in the last 48 hours before the flight learned we were changed to the 777. A bit disappointed in the last minute change as we were looking forward to the A-380 experience and would have planned differently if we’d known that the 777 was the only option.

After booking through KAYAK for flights, the on-line check-in process was a nightmare with the KAYAK booking number not matching the information required by QANTAS. As my children were all spread over the plane, and two son's look very similar, a hostess almost did not serve one of my son's a meal as she believed my son had already received a meal further forward in the plane. Thankfully, upon checking, the hostess realised that it was a case of mistaken identity."
Voordelen: "I’ve taken Qantas once before and it made my trip from the US ato AU so much more relaxing. I just took Qantas again and was even more blown away with everything. The crew members are extremely nice and are always present to help you with something you may need."

Voordelen: "We were late arriving due to roadworks at the entrance to the airport leading us miles out of our way due to poor signage Baggage had closed and the Qantas staff were excellent in ensuring that we caught the flight .Well done !"
