Sur ce vol l'organisation de l'embarquement est à revoir car très mal gérée. Rien à dire sur le personnel et le service. En revanche sur le vol aller (D265 le 8 août), 4 heures de retard sur l'horaire prévu à Roissy au final avec un changement de porte de dernière minute, très mauvaise gestion qui a impacté notre arrivée et la suite du voyage.

Une famille de 4 personnes et nous n’avons pas été assis dans la même partie de l’avion…

Un petit problème, mais pas forcément dû à Delta, est que nous avons eu 3 changements de porte. Sinon tout était bien.

Nous étions en surbooking et avons attendre le dernier moment pour savoir que nous pouvions partir.... Et l'avion a eu 4h de retard... Mais nous sommes arrivés

J aurais aimé que les passagers soient appelés par zone. Exemple zone 1 présenter vous pour débarquement ensuite zone 2..... ainsi les autres passagers restent assis et attendent leur tour.

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Personnel très sympa, très serviable.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Nadelen: "The flight attendants could have served some drinks in between the meals. They actually refused to serve something additionally when asked."
Nadelen: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

I asked when the meal would be and was told a few hours...which turned out to be breakfast..i wated all night for food that only came an hour before landing. Now hungrey and tierd.I.will not be flying klm ever again !!"

Nadelen: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Le vol en lui-même s'est bien passé. En revanche, l'obtention du boarding pass et les formalités à remplir en ligne ont été une vraie galère (et à faire en double exemplaire, en plus (American Airlines + Kayak)).

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed. booked another flight through Dallas with a 150 minutes layover there. That almost wasn't enough as we had an unscheduled 1 hour stop in Austi . In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Nadelen: "Due to a medical issue I needed to change my flight. American would not work with me and charged $500 for new tickets. They would not even refund the upgrades I paid for. 100% sure they were able to resell the seats on the original flight. On top of that had to pay a $100 heavy baggage fee for a pound over weight. Will never fly American Airlines again."

Nadelen: "We gate checked our stroller and carseat intending to pick them up at the gate when we land. This is something we do every flight we take with no issue, but despite the gate agent confirming that the items would meet us on the jetway, when we landed, we were informed that we would need to pick them up in baggage claim. This meant that instead of having our infant sleeping in his car seat as we spent an hour + going through customs, we had to carry a crying baby around the entire time. In addition to the fact that we asked the gate agent told us the wrong thing, instead of being handled with care, the stroller and car seat were sent down the baggage claim carousel with all of the other bags, getting banged up. This was incredibly frustrating and a terrible customer service experience."

Repas excellent Il faut compter une éternité désormais pour l’embarquement puisque les gens apportent tout leur bagage avec eux. Les compagnies aériennes devraient devenir plus strictes quant à l’application des règles

Arrivée à Toronto, 2h30 entre l’atterrissage et la sortie de l’aeroport

L'arrogance et le mépris d'Air Canada fasse à plusieurs situations gênantes n'est pas acceptable pour compagnie qui a la prétention de jouer dans la cour des grands.

2h de retard car l'avion n'avait pas été nettoyé. Je n'ai pas eu de boisson chaude le matin. On m'a dit que me l'apporterait mais le personnel m'a oubliée malgré mes nombreux appels. Sinon l'équipage est très aimable.

Un peu retard donc assez juste pour notre connexion mais le reste était parfait

Divertissement nettement amélioré pour les francophones

J’ai gelé tout le long du vol

Nadelen: "Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR."
Nadelen: "They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it."
Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and gave clear instructions, they worked as a team."
Nadelen: "I would appreciate clearer information about bagge costs"
Voordelen: "They had very bad service for 5 hours flight I asked two times I need a coffee but they didn’t give it for me and on that time I saw they serviced for two another guys just they said to me “we come back to you” but unfortunately they didn’t come back. No facilities for calling the crew. I am very angry for my flight Toronto to Vancouver specially the bad crews."
Nadelen: "See and train the crew and look for your services for 5 hours flight."
Voordelen: "compagnie trés sérieuse"

Voordelen: "Le support offert par rapport à mes baggages"
Nadelen: "Retard pour embarquement, aéroport pas facile très très longue distance à faire plus contrôle supplémentaire failli pas le faire malgré une heure trente d’escale prévu. Transport par autobus pour l’avion... ouf pas reposant et vol super plein pas d’espace pour bagages cabine"
Nadelen: "I didn't like the food at all, and couldn't complete it."
Voordelen: "Le commandant très rassurant"
Nadelen: "J’aivais Achetée notre repas en même temps que notre billet ! Servis avant le service régulier mais ne pouvait avoir le breuvage en même temps alors quand j’ai eu mon breuvage ma pizza était froide!"
Voordelen: "Everything was great!"
Nadelen: "The overhead bin space of this airplane was too small. My suitcase, which fits on every other type of plane, could not fit on this one. I had to check it and then go grab it at baggage claim, therefore having to go through security again. This was not the most convient for a tight connection."
Voordelen: "The flight itself was fine but AC could splurge for a gate rather than bussing our to the tarmac"
Nadelen: "The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?"
Voordelen: "Divertissement même si Prise audio ne fonctionnait pas bien"
Nadelen: "Départ en retard"

Nadelen: "Les agents de bord auraient pu être plus directs avec une passagère dérangeante en lui demandant de bien se comporter afin que je puisse dormir."
Nadelen: "More clearly written policy about baggage allowance"
Voordelen: "Good no - frills flight."
Nadelen: "Food & drinks are expensive."
Nadelen: "Nous avions des billets avec united Airlines pour finas’ Se remdre compte que nous avons été changé sans le savoir avec air canada qui n’est théoriquement pas la même compagnie et donc qui ne se trouvait pas dans le même terminal... beaucoup de perte de temps ..."

Nadelen: "L’espace 0,"
Voordelen: "1. Repas de bonne qualité et offrant plusieurs à côtés (salade, pain, brownies, etc.) 2. Films disponibles à bord par le biais de l'écran de divertissement inclus au siège."
Nadelen: "1. Non disponibilité du Wi-Fi à bord de l'avion 2. Avion remplie à pleine capacité et ayant accepté des voyageurs avec plus de deux (2) bagages à main à bord 3. Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Nadelen: "1. Wi-Fi indisponible 2. Aucun système de divertissement intégré au siège à bord"
Voordelen: "How I was treated How I felt was wonderful."
Nadelen: "Nothing"
Voordelen: "D’être arrivée à bon port en toute sécurité Ponctualité du vol"
Nadelen: "Pour un vol d’environ 1hr, rien à redire."
Voordelen: "Professional staff"
Nadelen: "The plane was too small to ever be considered comfortable. AC needs to stop using this aircraft."
Nadelen: "The wifi never worked and the attendant did not really care"
Voordelen: "L’embarquement s’est bien déroulé, le vol était à l’heure."
Nadelen: "L’équipage avait des sourires forcés et était plutôt bête avec les gens, ça paraissait qu’elles n’avaient pas le goût de travailler. Aussi aucun repas ou au moins snack servis sur un vol de presque 5h, c’est assez cheap, on a eu droit une fois des rafraîchissements, sinon de l’eau seulement. Aux prix qu’on paie nos billets, on devrait avoir un meilleur service et un sourire. Ça fait dur comparé à d’autres compagnies aériennes."
Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."
Nadelen: "Pas de place, pas de nourriture inclus, retards dans les vols, bagage perdu. Un cauchemar!!!!"
Voordelen: "Le vol était à l’heure précise"
Nadelen: "Pas de cuillère pour manger ma soupe et la bière était chaude"
Nadelen: "Cancelled one flight, then delayed another one because they were waiting for a pilot. They offered very little help, citing that they couldn’t control the weather, meanwhile WestJet is finding & paying for rooms, shuttle buses and taxis to make the delay more tolerable and less stressful. We could only watch and wish we were flying WestJet."
Voordelen: "Le personnel l’avion et la propreté"

Voordelen: "Le vol s’est bien deroulé dans les temps requis (un peu en avance actuellement) et il y a beaucoup de films disponible avec sous-titrage. Le personnel aurait pu etre plus sourisnt mais c’est bien"
Nadelen: "Transfert à la course"
Voordelen: "The end of the trip and delivery of luggage 24 hours after arriving in Vienna"
Nadelen: "Old and partly broken plane, horrible food. 2 officials to immigrate hundreds of people at Brussels. Breakdown of luggage system in Brussels. No luggage at arrival in Vienna."
Voordelen: "It made it to Athens smoothly & on time."
Nadelen: "There was no movies available to watch. Flight attendant said we need the app to watch movies however there wasn't enough time to download the app before the flight took off to download it in time."
