Left on the dark all flight.crew disappeared after safety video, poor food and drink service and cramped seating.

Nadelen: "The flight was full and all seats were taken. It means it was impossible to maintain the required and necessary social distancing."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 4 1/2 hours and it was handled horribly. First, I had to wait at check-in for 1 hour despite having checked in online. Next, we were told hourly-wise to check-in at the gate to find out when our flight would leave. This was a hassle and caused me a lot of stress since I had to make new plans with a new itinerary for my arrival in Chile where I was supposed to meet my elderly parents. The staff kept telling me they didn't know when we'd leave asking me to check back four times before they were able to give me a definite time. Aweful experience that caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience."

El espacio es muy pequeño y chocan los brazos cuando ofrecen bebida ; o el de adelante se mueve y bota todo encima ... un desastre, cero comodidad , la silla más dura que nunca y el espacio para las piernas, o sea, yo mido 1.74 y voy justa, que será para el resto de la población.. no por incluir una fila más hagan que todos vayamos incómodos ; y de la tripulación, nada que decir, solo me pasaron servilletas y me desearon suerte .. me gustaría algún tipo de compensación, porque , para más remate, llegamos más tarde de lo estimado."
Voordelen: "Plane was huge and comfortable. Lots of movies and shows to pick from. Crew friendly and considerate. Pillow and super comfy blanket. They offered dinner and breakfast on an overnight flight. Only ate egg and it was normal plane food. We landed 30 min early."

Voordelen: "A good amount of room, really enjoyed that you could check in two 23kg bags free. It helped a lot with the carry on baggage issue (lack of space, too many people wanting to put their too large bags in the overhead bins). Good entertainment selection, they provide headphones which is nice. Comfy blankets. The crew was attentive and patient."

I have traveled extensively for almost 20 years and have NEVER dealt with such a terrible company with such shady employees. It was unbelievable and we aren't the only ones. Just take a peek at their social media accounts. They don't allow reviews anymore but there is a community of people who have been stranded in South America by LATAM and the link is easily found. They seem to have a ploy to try and get people to buy extra tickets. Seriously a scam. Stay away!"

Nadelen: "It took 40min to drop my bags off after having done web check in. There were only 4 people in front of me. Terribly system for check in and bag drop but everything else was great so I could overlook this in the future. Just plan for it."

Nadelen: "They lost my bag, which I didn't get back until my return trip home. I planned a week long hiking expedition and LATAM lost my hiking pack. I had to then rent all my gear. I was very very disappointed in their ability to keep track of my checked bag. When I arrived at my destination they had no idea where my bag was. It took days for anyone to contact me about if my pack was found or not. I will be avoiding this airline from now on if possible."

Indications given to board by group number but it is not enforced and it is a real mess .food does not compare well with other companies.lunch is acceptable but snack(sandwich)and light supper are really awfull.entertainment system not a big choice of moovies"

He sat on the tarmac before we left for one hour and 20 minutes and as we arrive on the tarmac for 40 minute's, it would have been nice if they would've told us what the holdup was.

The employees at the PHL Airport were terrible. Security people were beyond rude and couldn’t have been any less helpful. Thank goodness fir my flight, it was excellent.

Nadelen: "How is it possible, in this day and age, that American flies a 9.5 hour flight with no individual seat screens, just the 1980's style middle-of the-aisle screen with 2 x TERRIBLE movies?? I know, there are much worse things in life, but an Airline that claims to be SOOO big and great, this is a total disgrace, seriously. And try to explain that to my kids-ages 9 and 10-who had NEVER flown a plane without individual screens (and my son has been already to 20 countries....yes, we fly.) Did I mention that the food is the worse in the industry in this airline? Give me now a reason to keep flying American, please...."

Nadelen: "I had selected my seats ahead of time and they weren’t kept. Day of I tried to buy a seat and it told me there were tech issues and I had to go to a front desk to check in/purchase. Well all that got me was the very last row, middle seat. No recline and seriously no leg room or breathing room once the person in the row ahead leans back. Crew was not helpful. Not to mention, the security line was outrageously long and I got to my flight just before it left only to find out my seating arrangement and be presented with more disappointment. Took over an hour where I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in this airport (I fly often). Didn’t have time to go to BR or grab a snack Then my second flight was (again another middle seat) way too warm. The attendants said “there’s nothing we can do”. I was so nauseous and uncomfortable the whole time."

This one they showed one movie and then we were forced to endure snippets and NBC shows that I can't imagine anyone watching. What happened to the second movie? They supposedly had entertainment that you could watch on your phone or tablet, but it was only tv shows as well?!"
Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Nadelen: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

Voordelen: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me."

Nadelen: "J ai du paye 120 euros au guichet d enregistrement pour 1 bagage en soute alors que sur lors de l'achat il m a semble avoir droit a 1 bagage. Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."
Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "Impossible to use a laptop for a 1m80 big guyin the middle seat: seats are soooo narrow"

Nadelen: "Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"
Nadelen: "Flight#1 was late. I missed the connecting flight to Basel. I have to stay overnight in Brussels and fly VERY early to Basel in the morning."
