I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Nadelen: "Check-in was terrible, the agent checked our suitcase and then found out that we can't take the flight and the suitcase was gone. After waiting 3 hours at Medellin the suitcase was still not found. We left , besides we missed half of our vacation day, and after calling a lot we got the suitcase back in Guatapé. So much trouble for us because the agent was not able to do the check-in properly."

Everyone was queuing together for baggage drop, checking... it was a mess and took ages. It’s unfair on those who have already checked in online because you were ended up queuing with everyone else."

Voordelen: "THE WAY THE PLANE IS LOADED WITH SEATS IN BACK LOADED FIRST AND FRONT SEATS LOADED LAST SO DON'T HAVE TO FIGHT THROUGH ALL THE PASSENGERS BLOCKING FRONT AREA"

Also KIWI was the booker and did not share the regular flight code of Latam, only KiWis number which wasn't helpful. Finally, both flights were delayed."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay with no email or other notification. Flight number changed with no notification until check in. Electronic check in system was not working twice, perhaps due to international minors, had to wait in line in order to check in. The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

Nadelen: "Plane was 6.5 hours late taking off. I missed a meeting in Cusco because overall I arrived 8 hours past my scheduled arrival time."

Nadelen: "Lost my flight after connection with Turkish arrived late and lost my luggage, Latam has no office in Chicago so i had to call, didn't assist me on the phone with changing my flight, sent me to speak with American airlines that was operating the flight, asked for a supervisor on the phone but they declined. Second day at airport i found out they booked me on a three leg flight home at 8 AM althought i was on the phone with them at 1:30 AM and I was never informed about the flight they offered at 8 AM. I ended up paying again for a flight with United the same day."

Voordelen: "23kg (50lb) luggage INCLUDED in the price of the ticket. Free drinks and a snack!! It's like flyingbused to be, fun!"

Nadelen: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat. The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out on a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

Voordelen: "Absolutely no customer service. Lost my full payment because Latam has no flexibility. They don't need to employ people in a "custom service department " because they don't offer any. Their options for rescheduling is zero. Their reply to all modifications is "no". Not even if you're standing at the boarding gate and they have empty seats. Use any other options for flight. Try Sky Airlines instead."

Nadelen: "Wasn’t able to log onto the WiFi even though my seat mate could following the instructions. Extremely large man next to me took up half a third of my seat. Wasn’t able to sit back in seat or use either arm rest due to being the middle seat between 2 large men."

Voordelen: "Entertainment options were awesome, and we had charging stations too! Made flying very comfortable and passed the time well. Also, the boarding process was super quick."

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Nadelen: "We arrived late in Dallas, due to weather. Our flight to LA had already locked the door, the lady working the desk when we got there, said we had missed the flight and walked off. Two more ladies came to the counter, but would not help us, finally a fourth lady came and helped us."

Nadelen: "AA let me know that our flights were delayed to MIA, which would in effect, make up miss out connection to get to Kingston, Jamaica. They tried to rebook us, but for the NEXT day. So after calling, I got my ticket rebooked for an earlier flight, but I couldn’t do the same for my boyfriend’s. At the airport we requested he check in as standby, however, the rep checking us in said he couldn’t. We asked for other flights arriving on the same day at the original ticket & even looking across partner airlines, he said there was nothing. Hard to believe, but then eventually said he found something by way of Lax to AZ to MIA & then KIN that would arrive later that night. We quickly took it because it was getting late to check in for TSA for my flight, only to find out later that the ticket he printed was for arrival the next night - not at all what we agreed upon! What a waste of time, as if the money we spent on this vacation didn’t mean anything, and when I called to get compensated, I was told to write in to AA. Write in. It’s 2018. Who can I speak with to get compensated for our time & money being wasted? I understand it may not have been within AA control, however, I would have liked for them to have cared that we were inconvenienced as paying customers, instead of being told, in action & in words, that the inconvenience we were being put through (to no fault of our own) was no big deal & we should just suck up the money we are loosing as a result. Very disappointed ☹️"

Nadelen: "They charge you $125 for a dog in cabin (JetBlue and Southwest near $100, Frontier $75). There is NO benefit, even with this extra amount of money. I was assigned to enter the aircraft in Group 8... I suggest AA the benefit to enter (at least) in Group 5 for people with PAID in cabin dogs."

Voordelen: "There is not much to like when you over charge for seats and have staff who don’t accomodate for family to sit together or someone with a disability who needs to use the restroom often to sit on an aisle seat."

Voordelen: "I was upgraded to business class because I had to fly home early after I suffered a crushed wrist and broken arm while in Spain. I could not have made it through the flight without the extra room and pillows and my daughter by my side."
Nadelen: "The stewards and Stewardesses were very unfriendly. I was in so much pain and not one person asked if there was anything they could do to make the flight more comfortable. Just the kindness of offering would’ve been so nice. One girl just threw a water bottle in my lap!"

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

I arrived to the airport 3 hours in advance and finally made it to the gate when boarding started. Food can be improved as well. Had the pasta with spinach which consisted in some tortellini with very greasy cheese and way too many peppers. Second meal consisted in a sad croissant with ham and cheese."

Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."
Nadelen: "I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment."
