Nadelen: "The flight from LAX Ron Istambul was delayed for 2.5h, then the flight from Istanbul to belgrade was delayed by 3.5h. Then we learned that our luggage did not arrive, after waiting for all the bags to come out. This was by far the worst flight we have ever experienced!"

Nadelen: "The online check in wasn’t possible so I wasn’t able to choose my seat."

Nadelen: "First, the Boeing Executives need to be punished by having to fly in the Economy section of their airplanes. Second, Turkish Airlines (a wonderful company) must impose hygiene requirements for their passengers. I sat next to a man that had insane body odor and when I let the Flight Attendant know she kindly reseated me... It was great until I saw the poor woman who took my place ALSO asked to be reseated due to the man's smell! Unfortunately, I was reseated in the middle of the row, which apparently is by Boeing design, none of the middle seats recline. Who makes an aircraft that handles long (13 hour) hauls with seats that do not recline and are too narrow for the average adult? It was such a painful and uncomfortable 13 hour flight. To add insult to injury, the plane was delayed and I missed my connection and had to sit in Istanbul airport for almost 8 hours."

Voordelen: "As always from Turkish Airlines, you get good service even for a relatively short flight. Puts other national carriers to shame."

Voordelen: "One of the ticket agents, Diego McNuss, was especially kind and helpful when we checked in. He is a credit to the company. Also, so many special touches on the flight, like the warm wipe and the bag with the socks, etc. Also very kind flight attendants."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Over an hour in a terminal with lacking a/c. I want to say it was worth the price, but no. Was the worse flight I have ever been on."

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled ten days prior to departure. Nothing to do with weather. Without my permission they, booked my return flight with a 20 hour layover in Istanbul airport. I had to buy a new ticket home on a different airline. Waiting for a refund which currently seems impossible."

Voordelen: "The seats seemed further apart, thus more leg room for my long legs. I was lucky to have all 3 seats so I could lie down and get some much needed sleep. New seats seem flatter and more comfortable to lie upon if one is lucky. Crew very personable and helpful"
Nadelen: "I had FOUR TKA flights in my travels to and from Madagascar last month. Nearly EVERY seat I tried did NOT recline, nor could crew fix any! Most unpleasant to sit for 13 hrs. behind large man whose seat did reclione and mine could not. 2 yrs. ago I flew to Niger on TKA and I found the food better back then. Please keep the delicious Turkish food I fear a down grading for economical reasons. Don't do it."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Voordelen: "The crew were very friendly and I liked that they always kept us hydrated with drinks. Before I even left on the trip I called the airlines several time with so many questions and the staff that I talked to each time were so friendly and helpful with all the questions that I had."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like is that the boarding process was different than what I was used to. I usually board by zones and this time it was more of a everyone got up at the same time and everyone rushed to the front of the lines and some people would push me out of the way to get in front. ( even though we all had assigned seating) Second thing was that I had asked for a wheelchair for my mom and I had seen one waiting outside and was about to walk up to it but another person was limping up to it and put her stuff down on it so I didn't know if it was for my mom or her. I didn't have the heart to go up and make her move if the wheelchair was for my mom so we ended up walking the whole way to customs. I felt bad for my mom afterwards because her knees ended up hurting by the time we got to customs. I would suggest holding up signs of individual names for who the wheelchair is for. Other than that everything was great"

Nadelen: "Took a few time to ask for my kosher food. Crew couldn't locate me on the list, than the were out of kosher food, gave me regular breakfast, which I couldn't eat more than granola. It was pre-ordered, and I called to confirm a week ahead."

After about 20-25 walk, we finally arrived to .... the train station that took us to the next terminal. Really? It takes 20-25 to just get to the train when walking straight without the train shouldn't be taking any longer? In addition, our (checked-in) car seats were not transferred and never made it to our final destination, so we had nothing to put the kids in for the ride from the final airport."

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "I brought the same Samsonite carry on luggage piece that I’ve used on multiple major airlines (Avianca, United, American, Copa, etc.) with no problems, and AeroMexico says it’s too big, the wheels didn’t fit into the sizing bin. Super frustrating if one of the most popular luggage manufacture makes a “carry-on” bag, airlines should realize people will be arriving with the expectations that they can use it as a carry on. Anyways I’m out $58 both ways ($116). I will not fly with AeroMexico again because of this simple fact."

Nadelen: "This is not a problem with AeroMexico but I found it absolutely RIDICULOUS that our flight crew had to deplane from their in-bound flight - and Go Through Customs & Immigration - only to turn around and get back on the plane for the return trip. INSANE and Embarrassing as this does not happen in other countries - not even Canada."

Nadelen: "Annulation du vol de retour apres un no-show à l’aller. Aucune information de leur part. J’ai du racheter 3 billets d’avion, plus de 2000$ de frais. Derniere fois avec cette compagnie."

Voordelen: "Un check-in incroyable, un personnel très attentionné de l'enregistrement à la porte d'embarquement. Vol avec 1 heure d'avance sur le nouveau Boeing Dreamliner. Diner copieux, service de boissons à répétition. Espace pour les jambes entre les sièges."
Nadelen: "Le système de divertissement n'est pas le meilleur (contrairement à Emirates ou British Airways)."

Voordelen: "Tons of food during the flight, you can still get alcoholic beverages without extra charges, very on time. Flight from here to Mexico was perfect. Now, on my way back, there was a 5 hour delay. The treatment was much better than other airlines, but it would have been better to let us know that we could track the plane from GDL. Now my only complaint regarding the small airplane from MTY to NYC is that the entertainment is provided via a mobile device, yet there's no ports for charging it, and there's no way a device will last that long, which made the whole excercise totally useless."
