I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "The flight itself was great because there were personal TVs for everyone that had a wide selection of movies and games. It had more categories on it but little time to explore in the short plane ride after the movie from BWI to MIA. Great pilot, little motion sickness and great staff."
Nadelen: "I did not like how I came with my family and the clerks did not even try to seat us together, just gave us our tickets and sent us on our way, even after mentioning we had under age kids with us and a 2 year old who WILL CRY if not seated next to my other 2 family members."

Nadelen: "-Crew kept trying to take my plastic cup and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to reuse it. No concept of sustainability or waste. Very troubling. -The attendants skipped my row when handing out M&M bags. When I alerted an attendant to this, again I was looked at like I was crazy, and he said that they were not distributing chocolates. I said that everyone else around me had M&M's. He then said that they had run out, which I found difficult to believe, given that they flight was at a max 75% full."
Voordelen: "Once I was aboard my flight in Lima LA 2514 the attendants were helpful."
Nadelen: "When I arrived to Jorge Chavez the ticket counter was down. I waited for 20 minutes and Brunella eventually gave me a boarding pass. The pass was hand written and missing information but she assured me it would be fine. When I attempted to go through security they informed me this wasn't a boarding pass and was missing information. They said I would have to go back downstairs to the desk again. have a visible disability that affects the way I walk, and typically I do not require a wheelchair. I give myself enough time to get to my destination, but thanks to Brunella I was running incredibly late. I finally arrived though my flight was then rerouted to Orlando due to weather conditions at Miami and never arrived in Miami. The pilot of this flight LA2514 decided he was done and wouldn't fly there at all. The passengers were informed they would take buses to Miami."

Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled, we were reassigned to a Turkish Airlines flight that departed more than 6 hours later than our cancelled flight, we were given lunch but at a fast food restaurant even when we had to carry along all our luggage (super un-practical). And searching for info on twitter I found out this flight gets cancelled quite a lot."
Nadelen: "Gate change was imposible to keep track of unless you walked from gate to gate and made sure you were at the correct one. Almost missed our flight as we were told gate 5 and it was changed to gate 10 in Spanish over the loud speaker but not in Englist and we just made the flight after they closed the door!!!!! Thank goodness they let us on. Need gate board where gate 5-10 is."

A l’heure où tout est informatisé, tracké, les aéroports sont censés être des endroits sécurisés.. Mais on arrive malgré tout à perdre une valise dans la nature...! Aucun professionnalisme, on nous ballade de services en services sans aucunes informations ni renseignements susceptibles de nous rassurer. Je suis très déçu, voyage de retour gâché par la faute de ces deux compagnies plus a même d’encaisser l’argent des clients que de se soucier d’eux."

Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

Voordelen: "Flight to DC was good, on time, clean, pleasant crew, etc. And the flight back was mostly good, with exception of the booking and boarding issue."
Nadelen: "My TSA information was included in the flight to DC, but apparently omitted from the system for the return trip. This forced me to go through the non-TSA precheck even though I have paid for and am a known traveler. The flight was also late and making it later still, was the gate having to plead for passengers to check their bags as a way to avert the airline’s overbooking it in the first place."

Nadelen: "Get rid of the caste system you have imposed and all the fees you want to charge for everything. More room for real people, not seating for leprechauns. Better boarding procedures. Pretty much everything could be better but they have no interest in making it better just charg as much as they can."

Nadelen: "No room to move at all. I had an aisle seat and almost everyone bumped into me when walking by. The guy In Front of me reclined his seat and banged into my knees for 4 hours. If the inside person wanted out, we had to grab our belongings, unbuckle, and move completely into the aisle to let him out. Then do it all over again when he returned. Rediculously tight on space."

Nadelen: "I asked for specific meals for everyone on the booking but multiple customer service reps booked only 1 meal - when making bookings/changes ask if changes are for everyone or for specific passengers"
Nadelen: "the flight was delayed which kept me nervous as I had a connecting flight in the international terminal which I almost missed."
Nadelen: "The whole flight from Philadelphia to Rome was on American Airlines, not British Air. This was confusing at first and made it difficult to know what airline desk I needed to check into, but once that was clear it all went smoothly. The dinner was mediocre and the breakfast terrible."
Voordelen: "The crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "Far and away the most uncomfortable and worst value-for-money international flight I've experienced. This plane is so old it should be put in a museum. The warm food was terrible and the non-hot food was completely frozen so even if I wanted to eat it, this wouldn't be possible. Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again."

Nadelen: "When I arrived at the gate, the flight was on time, but no aircraft was at the gate. The gate attendants left at the time we were supposed to Board, then the departure time changed on the board and no announcement was made. Another gate attendant told me that the aircraft was at DYT, but the reason for delay was crew rest. As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service."
Voordelen: "The free movies that are provided with the normal boarding passes is a huge plus that definitely comes in handy for longer flights. The staff did handle the delays very professionally and offered to help in any way possible"
Nadelen: "The flight received multiple displays before the plane landed then once it had landed it took the crew over an hour to decide that it was broken and that we would need to relocate to another plane."
Nadelen: "We thought we were going to be flying on British Airways American Airways."
Voordelen: "The newer plane is the only nice thing."
Nadelen: "This service is terrible. We had to run and practically knock people over to get to this flight. After being stuck in Dallas at the beginning of our trip. There is nothing organized about this company. And no concern for their customers. We heard different things from every single employee we talked to."

Nadelen: "During boarding, we were pulled out of the line. The attendant that diverted us did not explain why he diverted us. Our boarding passes were printed by our hotel as were many others that we saw. We went to a desk where another individual started asking question about our life and where we were going. Still, no one thought it was necessary to explain what part of the process or what exactly is going on. The man that diverted us, I'll bet, does not have reasons or any idea why he diverted us. I hate to think that he did it because we were Black Americans."
Voordelen: "Staff was kind."
Voordelen: "Cabin crew were quite good. Food was fine for airplane fare with excellent ice cream mid-flight. Airplane was spotless. Entertainment was very good. Plenty of carry-on storage on this 787-9. Customs and airport (DFW) experience was very good. Baggage claim and return for connection were prompt and rapid."
Nadelen: "Seats were tight in basic coach. As typical at CDG airport (other than the government subsidized Air France facilities), check-in and security is a nightmare. Clearly the worst airport in the world."
Voordelen: "The TVs/back of the chairs were great because they could shut off completely so there was no screen glare when you want to sleep, the headphone jack worked with good sound quality, and there was a decent movie selection. Staff was courteous and the food was fine."
Nadelen: "This flight itself was great overall. No complaints. The only thing I didn't like was that I'd wanted to book a return direct flight on American Airlines as well, but the price skyrocketed from a few hundred to over $2200, which is just outrageous, so I booked TAP Portugal instead. My friend paid under $600 round trip and it boggles the mind that the same flights shot up to over $2k... It's not realistic to expect customers to stay loyal to an airline that prices them out."

Nadelen: "Once boarding the plane and searching for my seat number , all of the cabin went pitch black . The lights went out for not more than a few moments. When the lights came back it was problematic and dim then fully lit to flickering off and on. Whenever it "seems" to have any electrical or mechanical failure. It's natural as a passenger my first thought is it's a Bad omen . I had genuinely lost some faith in the plane ."
Nadelen: "Inattentive flight attendants, overhead space was not well managed. Cash only"
Voordelen: "Decent movies"
Nadelen: "Seats are incredibly close to one another. I'm pretty short (5'5") and I felt cramped to say the least. The food isn't great, it's okay but don't expect to be wanting seconds."
Voordelen: "It wasn't a full flight so I had more legroom, since I didn't have a person sit beside me on both flights. The flights arrive on time. Boarding was organized, quick and effective."
Nadelen: "Flight attendant provided a snack to everyone and forgot to offer a snack to me. There were children on both flights, kicking my seat through 60% of the flight. There was not entertainment provided for brief flights and the snack selection was mediocre."
Nadelen: "I paid extra money to sit in the front of the plane due to traveling with my dog... when I looked at my boarding pass I realized I was sitting in the last row of the plane ... the cabin was booked and they could not move my seat! Really upsetting and frustrating!"
Voordelen: "Seats were really neither notably comfortable nor notably uncomfortable. I think they were slightly on the comfortable side. Crew seemed friendly enough although my interaction with them was pretty much limited to requesting a full can of coke for myself and one for my wife. Ticketing counter lady in Phoenix was very helpful with seat switching for us and with allowing my checked bag to be slightly overweight."
Nadelen: "Would be nice to have more modern aircraft amenities, like power outlets for device charging, and display screens with at least some complimentary entertainment, or at least flight path tracking."
Nadelen: "No food or drinks on this flight"
Nadelen: "We sat on the plane for over 2 hours before takeoff. We were offered no competition other than a quick appology from the pilot."
Voordelen: "The crew was very helpful and kind."
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed over an hour and we had a connecting flight to Vegas that we were worried we were going to miss."
Voordelen: "They showed American ninja warrior."
Nadelen: "Everything. The flight was delayed greatly even though the plane got to Chicago only slightly late. Then they make us board and just sit in the plane for an hour. Then finally we start moving, the plane is uncomfortably hot even with the air blowing on me, the flight attendants look like they hate their life, it was honestly horrible and I will never fly with American Airlines EVER again."
Voordelen: "AM staff was very helpful and pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit confusing and crowded. Thankful you had a great intercom system and staff spoke clearly with easy to follow instructions."
