Overall experience from checking in to boarding off - everything was painless and comfortable. Nice treatment. Special meals was good. Nothing to complain about. The seats were quite comfortable and had ample leg room. Will fly again with them,

Food from Philippines to Japan was excellent but served a little late. Food from Japan to USA WAS LOUSY and they only served hot food one time for breakfast which means 2 hours away from arrival. Hot food meal should have been served 2 hours after boarding in an airport where everything ia closed after 9 pm. Some of the connecting passengers did not have a hot meal for at least 12 hours or maybe more.

For a 12 hour flight with seats that don't recline and nothing the on-board staff could do about the ticket counter's negligence and bad faith other than apologize. Seated upright for an overnight flight (for the second time on the same trip) for 12 hours. Not a pleasant experience. Had a feeling ANA would be bush league. This trip confirmed those suspicions. It wasn't the crew's fault (though they, unfortunately bore the brunt of my displeasure) so much as the counter's fault, but airlines charging what they are shouldn't be putting passengers or crew in this position. The ticket counter folks literally mislead us. They specifically told us that these were not emergency row seats and that we would have reclining seats and seatback displays in front of us like everyone else. The entire reason I asked is because we got stuck in the last row on the way in with seats that don't recline, which blows for a 12 hour red-eye flight. Instead we got seats that did not recline and a fold out screen that came from the right-hand arm rest. Not the end of the world if one had no choice, but certainly not what I paid for and certainly not what the ticketing counter people stated we were getting (under specific inquiry about the very point). The ticketing counter in particular seems to be skeevy, at best. To the detriment of their own crew, who is left apologizing for things they can do nothing about. As stated, this is a bush league international carrier. Avoid unless you love sleepless nights crossing the international dateline..."

Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

The cabin crew was mediocre and were not cheerful at any time! Food was very mediocre compared to other Gulf airlines. Seats in economy was reasonable. My baggage didn’t arrive at the final destination and the local staff were not customer friendly in helping out. I hope my baggage arrives! Would still recommend the airlines if you want a decent connection to India or elsewhere.

Nadelen: "WHEN i ARRIVED AT AIRPORT ON JUNE 3,2019 TRUKISH STAFF TOLD ME YOUR FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT MY FLIGHT WAS CONFIRMED.I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND LOW VISION.I THINK THIS IS TOATLY WRONG.20 MAY I WAS SICK TRUKISH AIRLINES CANCELED MY FLIGHT BECAUST I WAS SICK."
Nadelen: "More space and room seating"
Voordelen: "Toute était très bon depuis le début jusqu'a la fin. Très en écoute. Excellent ..."
Nadelen: "I will never forget Turkish airlines again. They stole our money. We were at our flight on time but they wouldn't let us board. They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month."
Voordelen: "TK Lounge in Istanbul"
Nadelen: "Business Class boarding process is not well setup. I expect that If you are paying significantly more for a business class, you would have priority boarding at least ... this didn't happen. We were asked to be there at the gate 1 hr before the flight of which 40 mins were spent just waiting in a room packed with people."

Voordelen: "Staff & food were excellent."
Nadelen: "Seats need to be wider in coach!!!! NO I'm NOT a typical fat American but have an athletic build with wide shoulders. Thank god I had two small passengers seated on either side of me. The airlines know what they need to do but keep resisting in the name of greater profits."
Voordelen: "It was on time"
Nadelen: "The seats are so crammed together and for 11 hour flight it became quite uncomfortable after a few hours"
Nadelen: "Bagage non reçu. Un bagage sur 10 bagages, quelle mauvaise organisation"
Nadelen: "Delay in boarding by 90 minutes; I think it was a power failure in the boarding gate...computers didn't work. No air conditioning either. Ugh"
Nadelen: "being treated like a drug dealer at the boarding gate #312 and having passport / boarding pass checked several times"
Nadelen: "L'équipage ne fais pas d'effort pour comprendre ce qu'on lui demande dans une autre langue à part l'anglais. C'est un vol international et je pense que c'est important de parler français aussi."
Voordelen: "The friendliness and the ease of flying alone."
Voordelen: "On the plus side, the food, service, entertainment, and comfort on Turkish are the best of any Economy class overseas flights. For that reason, they are my top pick."
Nadelen: "I can't understand why I was booked with an impossibly tight connection. It's a huge airport, with multiple security checkpoints with long lines. I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."
Voordelen: "I am very happy - always good service, timely and pleasant staff."
Nadelen: "La cuisine est vraiment horrible"
Nadelen: "Le manque de sollicitude pour établir le billet pour la connexion IST YUL, suite à la non connaissance du nouveau contrôle AVE pour les entrées au Canada."
Voordelen: "Un grand merci pour avoir été surclassés lors de ce vol qui fut des plus agréable . Le personnel a été charmant et compète a l’aerop et pendant le vol !"

Voordelen: "Boarding on time. Decent food. Relatively clean aircraft"
Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."
Voordelen: "Flight was on time, relatively clean and the food was quite nice"
Nadelen: "For a flight leaving at almost 1 am, it's quite annoying to be force fed dinner and prevented to sleep for the first two hours of the flight. Dim the lights and do "on demand" dinner please."
