Flew into ITM and flew out KIX and boarding ticket it says only OSAKA so I didnt know. I barely made the flight....if they had accommodate the transportation I would understand. But they tell you, you have to make it there on your own. Another CRAZY information is that I thought at the very least the baggage will be transferred. But nope! You have to pick up the baggage and ride the train across town to the other station. Whoever made this itinerary should be really fired and no longer work at this company. You take a great airline and make the experience so bad."

A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
Nadelen: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"

Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Voordelen: "My flight from Chicago to Doha was late to come in and there was a gate agent waiting for us and two other passengers with a sign when we got off the plane. He told us that our flight had already left but he would get us on the next one. We ended up getting seats on the next flight but then were also given the option to get a temporary visa and explore Doha for the night. We opted for the comped night which included a very nice hotel and $100 in meal vouchers. We absolutely LOVED Doha and the hotel and food was fantastic! I don't think I have ever received better service from an airline or a hotel. We ended up walking around Souq Waquif and the downtown until 1am (we are two young females!) with no issue and just used Uber to get to and from the hotel. Everything was so well laid out for us! No complaints whatsoever!"

The lavatory to passenger ratio for Business class was excellent and I never had to wait for more than a minute. The food was very good but there is room for improvement."
Nadelen: "Some of the bread and croissants were not really fresh. Fresh fruits were also very limited and not properly ripened."

Nadelen: "same remark : Before our trip we called Kayak service desk with the request to reserve our seats. The answer obtained was that we should do it online. When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!"

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "While my family and I were waiting for boarding in chairs in front of the gate, my little child falet down and had very minor cut with one blood sign and drop but first aid group came and made some tissue cleaning to the cut with detergent. They told me that medical report is required by the flight captain and this report will cost me 230 TL. I told them no need for their report but they told me that I may not travel and the male misbehaved againest my wife when she told him that no need for their medical assistant and he replied this is not your country. They sqwezed us at the last minute and my remaining family at the plane and they told me that I am not authorized to travel with my wife and small child. We are total of 9 passingers. We were only remaining at the lounge. I told them my remaining family are at plane and I must travel otherwize I am going to claime all charges againest Turkish airline. Finaly at last minute they let me board."

Nadelen: "The passport office was very rood with us as we famliy not allowed us to pass and he just allowed the disabled boy with other one only"

Nadelen: "It was Air Canada. Terrible service. Staff needs education on where to take travelers thru the immigration locations. Wasted time going to different locations and time is an essentence! Too many changes of staff from one location to another when it came with wheelchair assistance. One staff was on her personal phone!!! Had 3 different changes of hands then still did not get us to the right terminal, had to run to make the flight! Is that how you treat a 86 years old traveler?"

Voordelen: "The service was very good. You never really felt you had to ask. I was able to catch up on a few movies of my choice. That was nice."
Nadelen: "It's a long flight and it's always difficult to get comfortable and 1st class is just out of my budget."

Nadelen: "Entertainment was just too poor(movie selection was just counted numbers.) the seat comfort was one of the ugliest, I think. even though they prepared many of premium seats, still once you compare with other airlines, it is far below than the average I think."

Nadelen: "Entertainment was horrible. Those movies were not the best selection but the poorest selection as the cheapest probably."

Nadelen: "No entertainment and half sandwich with some cookies was the only food we got."

Nadelen: "This was an old plane. There were no video screens or wifi. Legroom was minimal."

Nadelen: "the food was pretty much the same that we had during our previous flight from Moscow to Frankfurt and of the same mediocre quality. the plane was freezing cold - this was the first time in my frequent travels that i had to use the provided blanket. My girlfriend used 2 of them. When I called the flight attendant for the extra blanket using the bottom nobody showed up - I had to stop an attendant passing by to get the extra blanket."
