The supervisor get a special mention as he helped me with eating my meals with a sleeping toddler and even held her for me while I spent a penny. I have never felt more cared for by a group of complete strangers in my life! Thank you. You literally saved my sanity!"
Nadelen: "Nothing to fault at all on this flight. Food was great, staff were hard working and magical unicorns."
Voordelen: "My children enjoyed their first flight they were very well spoilt on the flight also the care they took with my mum."
Voordelen: "The departure & arrival time. A fantastic price that included an excellent meal there and back, 30k luggage quota, entertainment that lasted throughout the duration of the flight. It just seemed seamless and felt like it didn't take that long to get there. I will definitely be catching this flight, every time I return to NZ"

Nadelen: "My meal was awful the only option for me was raw vegetables in order to have vegetarian and gluten free... It was carrot, cucumber and celery sticks and some fruit. I had the same meal twice it was very sad meal for 17.5 hrs with no snacks offered either. My partner and another man were forgotten as the meal rounds were being done. The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."

Plane was two hours late with no explanation or communication. I did not expect such a poor level of service and it my worst experience with emerits."
Nadelen: "I could not pick my seat in advance. It wasn’t clear while booking that this was the case with emirates. I could only pick my seat when online check in was allowed."

Nadelen: "The customer service. After the meals came I pressed my button for assistance and was not attended to at all, there was over an hr before our flight was due to land. I didn't want to move from my seat as the person beside looked busy at work and I didn't know where I would go because I couldn't see any flight attendants anywhere."
Voordelen: "The plane was wonderful. Even in Economy, the seats were very comfortable with lots of room, both leg and seat. It felt like I was in Business Class of any other airline I've been on."
Nadelen: "My flight had a luggage limit of 30kg, which sounds good, until you find you pay per kilo, not per piece when you're over."
Nadelen: "I have used Kayak many times but I am afraid I may not use it anymore. We booked tickets to India from Boston few months ago. We booked for Emirates. But we got the tickets issued through web jet. With the recent travel ban we wanted to reschedule our tickets. And then the whole problem unravelled. We called kayak to reschedule. Kayak team said its not their responsibility and forwarded me to Web jet. We called emirates directly but they said since we booked tickets via Web jet they will be able to help. So we called Web jet and they charged a hefty 250-300$ extra to what Emirates would have charged for difference in pay. They said its basically the processing fee. We were disappointed as the reason for postponing was not in our hands, and the fact that kayak passed the buck to Web jet in dealing with the issue. If we had bought our tickets directly from Emirates the process would have been very smooth."

Nadelen: "We moesten ons erg haasten vanwege vertraging van de eerste vlucht. Door ern beladingsfout had de vlucht ook nog erns bijna 3 uren vertraging. En dan blijkt ook nog eens dat onze koffers niet meegenomen zijn."
Voordelen: "Service prima. Eten voldoende. Entertainment ook voldoende keus."
Nadelen: "We vertrokken met vertraging. We konden maar net op tijd het boarden van de volgende vlucht halen."

Voordelen: "La amabilidad de la tripulación, que sí el menú es completamente vegetariano. No como otras aerolíneas que te ponen manteca, leche para el café..."
Nadelen: "Todas las veces me cae muy, pero muy mal. Cuando llegó el momento del té o café, me dieron sal en vez de edulcorante. Demasiado condimento. No es comida para un vuelo, es difícil de digerir. Hasta produce síntomas de indigestión."
Voordelen: "The flight entertainment system and crew were top-notch."
Nadelen: "The off-loading from the plane after landing in Dubai was as terrible as I have experienced. It took forever to get off the train to the busses, the staff on the ground seemed very confused about who should go to which bus (much to the visible frustration of flight attendants), and once we boarded the bus, it was a half-hour trip to the airport terminal. Half an hour. Standing up, to get from the plane to the airport. We landed an A380 at the Emirates flagship airport on-time for a normally scheduled flight, and it seemed to take everyone by surprise."

Nadelen: "Due to an accident the flight was redirected which I understand but when we landed in Bahrain it took four hour for Emirates to organize a hotel then we did not fly out until 15 hours latter on top of that there was no communication or assistance with connecting flights. I missed my connection and was charged another me to fly the following day. This could have been avoided with better communication."
Voordelen: "The service for my granddaughters was phenomenal."
