Also, to me little things like fold the cup holder before take off and landing is just a simple task to do without giving a lecture to the passenger when he or she might be tight up with kids."

Nadelen: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

Voordelen: "To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

Nadelen: "I had planned to check an extra piece of luggage, gifts and purchases for church needs. They wanted to charge me $3,655(!!!) for that. Absurd. I had to leave the suitcase behind. I will probably fly on a different airline whenever I go to Russia now."

Nadelen: "I heard so many good things and was left disappointed. The service from staff try to help and be nice but some of them do not care at all, things like too busy to bring a beverage etc was a tad annoying. dont know if i will use them again"
Nadelen: "I purchased this ticket without realizing that the law stipulated 6-month validity remaining on one's US passport to enter singapore. The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

Nadelen: "Particularly asked for aisle seat during checking in and I was told I was allocated aisle seat, but my seat was in the middle all the way to Brisbane. Person who checked me in did not seem like who wanted to be on the job beside being not too busy at all."
Voordelen: "Great service. Really friendly and polite. Lots of current movies and TV shows to watch and provided earbuds with adaptors. Made the experience a lot more pleasant."
Nadelen: "The seats can be laid bag pretty far and the people in front of me decided to recline for a majority of the 10 hour flight. I wish the chairs either didn't do this or the flight attendants would have said something. I didn't feel like I had the authority to do anything about it. Also it was so warm! I have no idea if there was a fan."

Nadelen: "The get out and get back in halt at Hong Kong. Practically the entire flight had to do this, quite wasteful. Bad customer experience. Find a better way please! If Hong Kong makes you do that switch over to another airport, better yet make no halt. I have flown direct from SF to Singapore before so not sure why this halt."

Lost baggage

Doha to Hyderabad..we have given indigo flight it’s the worst experience ever. It could have been better if they have given only Qatar airways

Qatar plane choice on this Barcelona to Doha leg with their business seat configuration is superior to most other and definitely exceeds the poor standard of their business configuration on the B777 leg Doha to Melbourne

Service was excellent but food was mediocre

Did not like the food.

The breakfast menu was quite disappointing in comparison to the other food I’m used to being served on Qatar Airways

We left in time, arrived on time but my luggages did not! I just got them the next day.

Nadelen: "Initial confusion at boarding with paperwork and onward passage through Athens,GREECE. Once again the airport teams reached out to my colleagues and I ahead of time and managed to resolve to satisfaction."
Voordelen: "Although my flight was canceled they quickly found me a flight on another airline and provided me with a hotel room for the night"

Nadelen: "At Mumbai airport, during check-in I was told that my carry on bag plus personal item together should weigh not more than 7kgs!! I have never had any airline actually weigh my personal item (laptop backpack) before this journey. Eventually I ended up stuffing my check-in bags with everything I was carrying in my carry on bag before I was allowed to check in. The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."
Voordelen: "Just as I thought it could not get any better The service was perfect. The privacy was superb and the comfort allowed me to sleep for a good while."

Nadelen: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

The seat from DXB to HKG did not quite go “flat”. The upper half went as far back as, i’d say, around 170 degrees."
Nadelen: "I'm desapointed with first flight with Emirates. Having travelled with various airlines, i was expecting a much better service on board. 15 min waiting on a call for the cabin crew to answer and separately banquets and pillows who stinks."

Because he told me that my 2 bags coming out in a vew hours. And they give my cell phone # 01114488833 and I give them my wife's cell phone # 01225993535. They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

Voordelen: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Nadelen: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

Voordelen: "Obviously Biz Class is a great proposition for a flight of this length and once again the experience was a good one. Staff are always friendly and very attentive."
Nadelen: "We are not big eaters but when you leave at 10am then a lunch and breakfast is a bit of a stretch and even with light snack options we found ourselves hungry. Breakfast was not too flash"

Voordelen: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. Ce qui m'a deplu : les retards aux contrôles ont empêchés certains d'être à bord. Leurs bagages ont été retirés, et au final nous avons loupé notre correspondance FRA-Lyon de 10 mn, sans aucune solution alternative (2 jours de grève après; 16 et 17/09).

Plus d'une demi heure de retard au départ de Lyon, en bonne partie attrapée mais sans expli

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

L’organisation pour l’embarquement afin que les passagers soient équitables en nombre de bagages à main autorisés en effet le dernier groupe embarqué n’avait pas le droit d’embarquer avec son bagage à main alors que les précédents voyageurs ont embarqué avec plus de 2 ou 3 bagages cabine ceci est inequitable et irrespectueux L’équipage devrait faire respecter le nombre de bagage cabine par personne

Les sièges trop étroits

Bonjour, Comme à l'aller, impossible de réserver un siège sur l'appli donc inconfortable. Sinon, vol très sympa en Premium économy.

Le confort des sièges en premium economy. Le vol très bien géré par le PNC. Seul problème, impossible de choisir le siège sur l'appli .

Stop making the people on the flight pay extra for WIFI. The flights are expensive enough.

Le gros point noir : quand on fait le check in en ligne, les places sont attribuées de façon aléatoire de façon à ce qu'une même famille soit séparée afin de faire payer très cher le placement si on veut être regroupé. Et ce, avec énormément de places disponibles à côté. Nous étions 3 ,il y avait plein de places à côté mais il fallait payer pr les avoir ce que nous n'avons pas fait.Nous avons donc ete séparés .scandaleux !!!

Ponctualité du vol mais embarquement très long à Helsinki

La réservation du vol est à revoir, après avoir acheter le billet d’avion pour Helsinki, il n’est plus possible de prendre le bus directement de l’aéroport pour aller à Tampere, c’est très frustrant

Notre fils est très grand et la procédure d'enregistrement des places n'est pas toujours facile pour obtenir un siège adéquat quand on voyage en économique .

Kayak was terrible, I was told that I got 1 free checked bag, but when I got to the check-in counter I was told otherwise and had to pay for my checked bag!!!!

Very nice experience with Finnair, especially transatlantic flights. Professional crew, excellent service, scheduled on time, headache free environment, very clean and looks like new airplane. Only positive emotions. However, the aircrafts on domestic or short range flights look outdated, and definitely there is room for service improvement.

Nadelen: "Sitting behind me plus the seat across from that in center was an adult with two children going to summer camp in US. There were 40 kids and several counselors on this flight. These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."

Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."
